If you ever need to stay in Canberra, consider this accommodation, close to restaurants, pubs, clubs, and a full shopping mall across the road. The apartment is clean and has everything that you require for either a short or long stay. Thoroughly recommend Norm and Patchey made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with a lock up garage as well! I will try to use this again next time i stay in Canberra.

A private little oasis with everything you need, comfy furniture and bed, very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook too. Being on the second floor means a private balcony looking over the hills towards Canberra, and it has all the little nice touches like lovely towels, shower products, basic pantry stuff and Bluetooth speaker etc. thanks Lucille!

The location, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry were all very good. I didn't do much cooking (visiting relatives every day) but I did appreciate the washer, dryer, and good supply of detergent.

If you like to be away from the hustle and bustle but still want easy access to everything Canberra has to offer then this is the place to stay. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access to bike/walking tracks and great restaurant choices within easy walking distance. This was our second stay and will be back!

Fantastic accommodation. Lovely location overlooking Lake Tuggeranong. Close to everything you might need - shops, restaurants, cafes et al. Stephanie is responsive and friendly.

A comfortable and extremely clean apartment, in a central Canberra location. A range of restaurants are close by, as is the light rail station. The apartment is compact, but well-equipped: the induction stovetop and ironing board were especially nice touches. Communications with Robert were clear and timely.

Linh's place is in an awesome location and is clean and easy to access. The parking spot is large and easy to access too. Linh provided clear instructions on how to access the property. Extra touches like the fresh flowers, bottled water and snacks were appreciated. Indoor plants gave the place a homely feel. Thanks Linh!

The place was just as described, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

A great one bedroom apartment located in the leafy neighbourhood of Kingston. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and very clean. I frequently visit Canberra and typically stay in the Braddon area, however, will now opt to stay in this residential serviced apartment and hotel complex. A really lovely and quiet neighbourhood, close to cafes and restaurants and a medium size supermarket. Would absolutely stay here again and plan on doing so next time I’m in Canberra.

The apartment was lovely, and the location was perfect. It was very clean and felt like home. I definitely recommend it for long or short stays.

The place was very clean and tidy. I could catch a bus outside the shops. Shops were handy for a bite to eat and a beer. Our GPS sent us round and round the block so might be an idea to say it is right next to the Duxton. 🙂 I enjoyed my stay, bused several places and walked to the Botanical Gardens. Very convenient.

After Cyclone Alfred derailed plans to go to the Gold Coast we booked this apartment very last minute at a really nice rate. It saved our holiday. The apartment building was great with a pool & kids room on Level 5. The room served it purpose and most importantly the location is great with lots of food options downstairs and most of Canberra within a 10-20 minute drive. Our kids loved their stay. Without Charles clear instructions it would have been pretty difficult to check in/out but he is a great communicator which made it an easy endeavor.

Chris's apartment is exactly as the listing shows o air bnb. The uninterrupted mountain views from the lounge room and balcony are magnificent. the apartment is spacious with 2 good sized bathrooms. the gym and pool area is great. the complex is very clean and well maintained.

Yakiv was an excellent host. Room has a great view of Black Mountain Tower. Undercover car space. Short walk to local restaurants and a great bar close by. Will definitely book next time we visit Canberra.

First time traveling for a business conference and found this lovely close by place to stay! so close to foodcourts and places to see, was very clean felt so at home when i walked in. Lovely Host!! 100% would come back and recommend

This is my second stay in one of Jenny's properties. She has been very responsive and helpful throughout. Provided very clear instructions for check in/check out and parking. The apartment was clean and as described, close to all amenities. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Canberra.

Rochelle’s place had us feeling right at home. My son and I enjoyed the convenient location, with many shops surrounding the entrance of the building. Anything you need for dinner, etc, is quick to grab and there is much to choose from! Her apartment was quiet, modern and immaculately clean. The beds and couches were comfortable and had a great tv. My son loved the bunk beds. The outdoor area was peaceful and large. My son and I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from it - and from the deck surrounding it. While there are many levels of underground parking to get through, Rochelle’s parking spot is located right next to the lift so carrying items to and from the car was easy. Finding the spot was somewhat tricky the first time but her instructions were clear and detailed. I would absolutely stay here again. Seeing how excited my son was over the place was a highlight. The convenience that the flat offered was so helpful to our trip. The host was responsive and warm. We highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend staying here. Lindsay was the perfect host and the place itself was modern, clean, comfortable and nicely located right by the lake.
