Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

We absolutely loved our stay. Rebecca was kind, helpful and just a great person! Her place felt like an escape, on an island between 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦. The dock was just lovely. Will definitely be planning another stay

We had a good stay! We needed a place to complete a job in Kingston. The check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. No parking spot but there’s a parking lot within an easy walk from the place. Very nice place to stay with high ceiling, roomy bedrooms, clean and right downtown so lots to do.

This place is absolutely amazing—serene, peaceful, and beautifully designed. Every detail is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels just like home. A perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort!

We hosted some family at this space for a great weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The space was impeccably clean and well-prepared, offering serene and tranquil views that made for a relaxing time. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking and prepping meals for our large group. The dining area was rustic and peaceful, and the deck with the grill was an ideal spot to enjoy drinks and evening barbecues. We had everything we needed, and the location was central enough to be convenient for site visits in PEC while still providing the peace and tranquility we desired.

We had a wonderful stay! the view is amazing and there was plenty of room and activities for everyone in the family :)

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We will be back to Napanee often to visit our new friend Heather. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. Happy thrifting. Linda and Paul and Maizie.

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!

Our second time staying with Jenny, just as good as the first! Perfect house for large groups. Jenny is great to deal with and always quick to respond. Great location if you would like to stay close to PEC.

All of us 8 people + 1 baby had a fantastic stay! The place is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We visited in winter with lots of snow, but the host made sure the driveway was cleared, which was super convenient. All the appliances and furniture are clean and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. The water filter provides great-tasting drinking water, which was a nice touch. The view is breathtaking, and the decor is stylish and inviting. There’s a Pack ’n Play for babies to sleep in and plenty of things for toddlers to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Traveled to Chaumont Bay for our annual ice fishing trip. Chose this house for its ice access and its open floor plan. House was absolutely perfect for our group. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
