Danielle’s place very clean. Spacious room. Even though I only spent one night, I felt like I was at home. Kerry was there to welcome me and checked me in. The place was quiet and peaceful which I really enjoyed. I would really recommend Daniellee’s place. Plus I would stay at her when I next visit. Thanks for hosting me and also thanks to Kerry for her warming welcome.

Sangela & Jason were magnificent hosts! First of all, they welcomed us after 11pm, walked us to our unit, helped with luggage and gave us a quick tour before we retired for the evening. The next morning we had a lovely fruit breakfast with fresh, local juice. They really care about their guest’s comfort. The grounds are gorgeous and paradisic! The staff are also extremely friendly, honest and kind. We felt very safe and comfortable. They were wonderful with local recommendations and checking in on us regularly. The unit was spotless and has an amazing balcony that we will miss dearly. We will ALWAYS rent this property for our Portland stays! Our 2 week stay seemed like 2 days in this beautiful sanctuary. I could go on and on about this place, but I’m sure you get the point. Book this property and stay a week longer than you initially planned. You won’t regret it! The second floor unit is adorable too! Wi soon come back! Give thanks.

Magnifique, logement en pleine nature, au calme avec la beauté de la forêt, tropicale. Intéressante. Visite des plantations de café et l’accueil de Mikael a été parfait Juste un petit bémol, l’accès est très difficile avec des routes étroites et en très mauvais état, à flanc de montagne… Et de ravin !mais en roulant doucement et en étant très prudent, on n’y arrive sans trop de difficultés Un lieu de séjour au calme à recommander PS si vous n’avez pas de 4x4 pas de problème, Mikael vient vous chercher à 500 m de la propriété car il y a une rivière à traverser !

In these wood and water cabins, I discovered a divine, sanctified haven where all my senses were heightened. Here-my body came to a complete rest. The sun never felt more perfect, and here mother water watched and held me closely as I flowed through all the emotions of design. I am Deeply grateful for the opportunity to retreat within myself and reflect. It’s a very quiet place but still close to the center. It’s was a very nice experience for us and we would recommend this place to stay. As recommanded you should bring just the stuff you need to climb the stairs.

My only issue? I didn’t stay long enough! From booking, Rahfyah’s warm welcome sets the tone. Upon arrival, Yohance’s vibrant hospitality made us feel at home. He guided us through the land, shared insights, and helped us plan an amazing stay. Crossing the long swaying bridge to the cozy cabin felt like entering another world—fruit trees, medicinal plants, rivers, and waterfalls all around. Yohance treated us to fresh fruits, and later, we had a complimentary meal bursting with flavor and nourishment. Hiking to hidden river spots, swimming, and climbing waterfalls was pure magic. The air is crisp, the stars at night are breathtaking, and the best part? Falling asleep to the river’s soothing sounds. Tip: Bring natural mosquito repellent for the afternoons, but at night, nature’s symphony takes over. This place is pure healing—a true escape. I left feeling lighter, freer, and deeply refreshed. I’ll definitely be back!

Whenever my husband and I visit Jamaica, we always visit our favorite parish, Portland! Jamaica Colors Resort is now our new favorite place to stay while in Portland, this truly is a hidden GEM! Upon arrival we were greeted by host Marlon and given a tour!! This property is beautiful with so much nature and scenery. Nestled upon the ocean, we were able to watch the sunrise in the morning, words cant describe how amazing this view was! I also appreciated the attention to fine detail, and ADA accessibility. The cabins were exceptionally clean, cozy, and equipped for comfort. This resort has an onsite restaurant, and also offered a delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff was amazing! They were friendly and fun, and even joined us for a game of Ludi, which was filled with much laughter! Arlene assisted me in winning the game!! After hurricane Berryl, we were looking to wind down, relax, and just enjoy Jamaica. My expectations were exceeded! Cant wait to return!!
