Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

Highly recommend this property for a family with kids. All amenities were as described and my kids had a good time. Just 10 mins walk from the Paignton station.

Das Studio hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Es war sehr ruhig- und der Garten im Hinterhof ist traumhaft. Patricia hatte Tee, Kaffee und andere Willkommens-Geschenke bereitgestellt. Sie hat mich vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mich bei der Abreise wieder am Ort abgesetzt, wo ich hin musste. Sie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Begegnung mit ihr und in ihrem schönen Studio.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

This was our first Airbnb holiday. Comprising of two adults and two dogs, Ellie kept us informed from pre-holiday until the end of our holiday. The Airbnb was exactly as we had expected with the additional bonus of the house smelling fresher and cleaner than expected given that dogs are allowed. It is ideally placed for walking to the amenities of Paignton, Goodrington and Torquay if you love to walk, all of which would otherwise just be a very short car ride away. We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

A very cosy, comfortable home with two spacious bedrooms and everything needed if you are wanting to self cater - but also with nearby amenities in walking distance if you don't. Super outside space with seating area out the front and private back garden with pretty pots and paving - we used both depending where the sun was when we were at 'home'. Location is great as it was very peaceful but just off the main road so really easy to get out and discover the local area. Excellent value for money too - would definitely recommend and go back again.

An amazing stay in a beautiful place. Nicky was really helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The accommodation was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. Watching the deer every morning was a delight. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nicky

We are just back from a wonderful week at Vomero, traveling with my 7 year old son, husband, and father in law. The flat was lovely with great views and peaceful gardens. Louise and Sean were great hosts (even after we locked both sets of keys in the flat and Sean had to go in through the window - sorry Sean....) and we'll definitely be back, if they'll have us.

Lovely place to stay very clean and homely also great location

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

We had a great time here and loved how the apartment was designed with a fantastic view of the garden and coast line in the distance. It looked even better in person. We were treated to complimentary scones and prosecco which was a lovely touch

With quick communication and check in advice, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was bright, clean, and had everything necessary to make it an ideal home base for exploring Teignmouth and the surrounding areas. Off-road parking was included (although there is also plenty of parking on the quiet road outside), as was a private entrance and the quirkiest garden / summerhouse / patio area that has to be seen to be believed! Great value, perfect host, this is the ideal bnb for an anytime getaway to the south Devon coast, whether alone or with another. Thank you Neil, I had a fantastic stay, it was great to share memories of the old town and the people we used to know who are now sadly gone.

Great Location! Fantastic Host! This Air B&B provides a great alternative to the usual hotels and classic b&bs in Paignton - it was comfortable and convenient and had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Will be rebooking in the future.

Wonderful place to stay in Brixham. Location is ideal to get into and out of town. The parking space is very handy. Accommodation is luxurious, peaceful, very well equipped and clean - Chris is a great host. We would 100% recommend it and stay again
