Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

We were very impressed with Adam’s apartment. It was very clean with everything you could need. It was in a beautiful location looking over Goodrington beach with sea views. The doors opened up onto the balcony which was great. The swimming pool looked lovely but the weather was just too cold to use it in February. It was only a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return.

This is one very impressive apartment. Located in a lovely area, the place was extremely clean and very comfortable! Lots of space, modern and really well equipped, with some essentials ready for us when we arrived which was really appreciated. There really isn’t a negative thing to say about this place. Mark was a great host, and very quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend this 5* apartment and will definitely return to this pace in the future.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog and we loved it! Peter was so helpful, and we were grateful for a late checkout. The views are incredible, fantastic location, beautiful home, lots of character... A lovely light space - highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dartmouth.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Gary's is a fantastic host and his home is stunning, we have stayed here quite a few times and its been exceptional every time. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend here celebrating a 40th Birthday; guests’ ages ranged from 1 to 69 years and everyone’s needs were catered for. The pool was enjoyed by all, the table tennis and basketball hoop a welcome activity when the sun shone and the hot tub a lovely relax. Everyone enjoyed the welcome rocky road too! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for the weekend for my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. More than enough space for everyone and more than well enough equipped! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, walkable for those that wanted to down to Hope Cove and lots of other lovely beaches and places to visit nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! The house has a lovely home from home feeling and we all had a great weekend. Would recommend it!

Wonderful winter stay. Great walks on the beach. Then drinks by the fireplace while looking at the waves. Local pub up the hill is great.

We had a really lovely short break, the situation helped to make it special, so close to the sea and to our favourite restaurants. We thoroughly recommend The Beach and Rockfish for good food, and La Mar for a special treat. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, even down to beach towels. The bed was supremely comfortable, there is a good shower and my husband says the television was easier to navigate than most in rental properties. Thank you Julie, we hope to return next year sometime to take full advantage of the beach towels!

The most lovely stay in Totnes! What a wonderful flat - beautifully decorated and perfect location. Very relaxing and welcoming feel. Great communication at all times from the host. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!
