We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at this gem of an apartment. stunning views ,fantastic facilities & absolutely zero complaints! We hope to return! Thank you 😊

We really enjoyed our short break staying in Seascape. The shops were right on our doorstep or we could do a quieter walk to the castle or Kingswear. The view from the lounge window was magnificent with plenty to see. The apartment was very comfortable and well equiped. Thankyou for having us - we had a lovely time.

The apartment was immaculate. Very well thought out and decorated in relaxing tones throughout. It had everything I needed. The views from every window were amazing especially the sunrise . Spectacular!

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

This was a first class stay. The studio was spotless, comfy and well-equipped. There was a lovely extra touch of home made chocolates on arrival. The host was very helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Recommend!

Lovely flat. Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing view from picture window in living area. Close to town shops and excellent restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay again if visiting Brixham.

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely location with some great views and easy access to lots of sights.

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful house and location, the beach was perfect for our 2 year old and Labrador. Lots of beautiful places to visit. The surrounding roads are all single track and a bit challenging but there’s not a lot of traffic so if you take your time you’re fine. The hosts were really responsive, flexible and helpful with our last minute change of plans due to illness. Would definitely recommend.

Jackie was a magnificent host and the accommodation was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Jackie went out of her way to welcome us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 stars across the board from us.

We booked for a 2 nights for a ladies weekend to catch up. Mel’s cottage is super cute and had everything we needed. Mel offered us early check in but we were in Exeter shopping so didn’t take advantage of that. However she allowed us a late check out on Sunday which allowed us to have a leisurely breakfast together. Thanks Mel for a super stay. We loved the wood burner too. Topsham has great restaurants, shops and pubs to hang out to by the estuary. A perfect place for a catch up with friends. I would definitely recommend staying at Mel’s cottage and a visit to Topsham Xx 😘

Nick’s place is an absolute gem, couldn’t be better located for the harbour. The views were incredible and the house was so quirky with lovely homely touches. Highly recommend a stay here if in the Brixham area.

Took a trip down to Exmouth with a few friends so needed a place that was near the pubs and had room for 6 people. It looked exactly like the photos with plenty of space in the kitchen to socialise. Quite a tall and narrow building so potentially not perfect for anyone with mobility issues, but exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!

Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful AirBnBs we have had the pleasure of staying in. From beginning to end communication was excellent. We could not fault this beautiful apartment. It was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The nautical themed and country decor was fresh and very tasteful. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms pristine. The location was gorgeous and very picturesque, looking out over the harbor. We had quite wild weather ( to be expected in Winter ) but I could imagine it would be gorgeous in Summer. Sarah was an absolute delight and perfect host. The thoughtful hamper and beautifully written card were very personal touches. I hope we can return one day. Thank you Sarah.

We had a really lovely short break, the situation helped to make it special, so close to the sea and to our favourite restaurants. We thoroughly recommend The Beach and Rockfish for good food, and La Mar for a special treat. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, even down to beach towels. The bed was supremely comfortable, there is a good shower and my husband says the television was easier to navigate than most in rental properties. Thank you Julie, we hope to return next year sometime to take full advantage of the beach towels!

Beautiful apartment which was just as lovely as the description and photos. Annie and her team from the management company were really helpful and so quick to respond to any queries. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on New Years day and after a quick call to the emergency helpline, someone came and let me in after 25mins which I thought was pretty great considering it was New Years day!! We will definitely look at going back as the place was lovely, and the view was stunning even in the bad weather we had some days.

We stayed at Ashley's beautiful Captain's Rest for the second time. The location is absolutely perfect with everything within walking distance, close to amenties, restaurants, parking and plenty of places to explore. The property really is a home from home with lots of added extras that help to make your stay a delight. Captain's Rest is beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and perfect for all the family. I stayed with my family (including two children, aged 12 and 4) and we had more than enough space to relax between adventures around Brixham. Thank you so much for having us a second time, we will be back!

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

Matthew was an absolutely amazing host. We loved the experience from start to finish. The place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Had the most wonderful weekend and will definitely be returning Matthew - you have been ace! Highly recommend this place and the hosts are fab.

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

A stunning studio apartment, beautifully fitted out with all amenities. The welcome pack was fabulous with croissants and preserves, fresh fruit and butter. The view from the apartment is fantastic! Probably one of the best views on the complex. The apartment is situated in walking distance of the esplanade, town, rail and bus links, didn’t use the car for the entire week. Can’t recommend highly enough.
