We enjoyed our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean with a wonderful kitchen and well stocked pantry. They had kept a loaf of very good olive bread for us which we enjoyed a lot. It’s located very close to Hamilton station and a short walk from Victoria Street. Highly recommend this place

The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay and we truly appreciate the extra nice touches that Tracy provided to make her guests feel welcome!

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

Had a great stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies, close to bus stops and local parks. I recommend this stay.

The apartment was immaculate, great location in the middle of hamilton. Had everything we needed as a family of 4, we weren't around much as we were visiting friends but it was warm, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend if travelling to hamilton!

Very helpful hosts. Lexi was understanding of various small requests and the team stay for our work project had everything they required. They were happy. Thanks for the stay!

Colin's place was beautiful and in a peaceful surroundings. It's home away from home. Everything you need are available and Colin's is very generous leaving us some fresh fruits, snack food likes chips and biscuits, a boxes of juice and a big bottle of milk. House are very warm, tidy and plenty of space for a big family to enjoy. Lastly Colin's is very flexible to our check-in time to the property. A big thank you to you Colin and your place with be highly recommend to our friends and family who want to visit Rotorua...

Check in was super easy with convenient. My traveling party all enjoyed themselves and had a comfortable stay. We cooked a few good meals as the kitchen is fully equipped. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. Everyone could have enough personal space. We loved the super massive TV where we enjoyed a few movies together. Check out was a breeze too.

Great place to stay. Clean, great size for a family. Right next to an entrance to the river walk so daily runs were a great experience. House was modern, clean with no clutter.

Underground car park was a real bonus over the very busy weekend. Elevator made for easy in and out to the car park. Ideal central location for beach, shopping, restaurants and walks. Well finished kitchen. Lots of utensils and kitchen items. Comfortable beds and linens along with beach towels. Would come again for sure. Great accommodations that made a great holiday location even better.

The apartment is beautiful, with a big double bed and a single bed placed in the same room. The bed sheets were amazingly soft, we wished we could have slept longer but our tight schedule didn't allow it. Spotlessly clean and overall in great shape. Definitely worth the price!

We bought family together from various places. So it helped a lot to have clear instructions and especially that Charlene went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciate the assistance with a late change in timing due to travel issues. The balcony area was particularly appreciated to get a cool breeze and nice view!

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
