That's exactly as what we are looking for! Big enough for every of us, open view face to the golf course that we are going to play next morning, too short to enjoy our stays as we've been busy to finish our golf trip in only 2 days inTaupo (Kinloch). Looking forward to book here again when I have a chance in the future :)

We had an incredible stay at Emma’s place in Kinloch during our visit to Taupo. The house was spotless and beautifully designed — a perfect blend of comfort and calm. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting. The outdoor area was a real highlight, offering stunning views of the lake and sunset. We loved relaxing in the hot water spa, firing up the BBQ, and enjoying the warmth of the outdoor Fire chimney while sitting under the stars. Emma was a fantastic host — always just a message away if we needed any assistance, which made our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — peaceful and thoughtfully set up. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Probably my favourite AirBnb so far! Stunning home, gorgeous views, friendly welcome and had everything needed and more! They have thought of everything! Also had the best sleep ever, I didn’t want to leave. I will be back as soon as I can!

John from the get-go was easy to communicate with and made everything very easy. From check in to check out, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The home is beautiful. The gardens were serene. The house was full of extra bedding including different pillows, blankets, and the supply of towels was exceptional. The kitchen was well appointed too, including the coffee capsules provided for the great coffee machine. An easy walk to the lake, very safe and quiet. The spa pool was so relaxing too. We did not want to leave. Thank you John, the stay was fantastic and we will absolutely be back!

Loved the homeliness of this place, was comfortable and cosy. Particularly loved the environment, quiet and peaceful and close to the lake and river walks.

Tolle Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

We stayed for almost a week as a family of four. This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The Pods were immaculate, exactly as described. The location is fantastic, the view is incredible, there is lots to see and do, and it is very peaceful. We jumped off the rock, went to the squeeze and the baths and stopped in for coffee at Orakei Korako. All magical locations. A short kayak to Paradise Hot Spring a hidden gem. Sherrie & Mark are wonderful hosts, and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Serena's place. We spent a lot of time swimming at the lake, which was a short walk down the road. Would love to come back and stay again.

looking for peace & to switch off from the pressures of city life for a night or two then this is the place for you, Fantastic scenery, private & the option of 3 different rooms. you can hire all 3 and it would be an awesome get away for family or a group of friends. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and the other two shared facilities which were only a couple of meters away in the stockyard shed.All clean safe and great hot shower too! We had the best sleep ever! It is off the grid but the solar power was more than enough for basic power, lighting,charging devices etc.Cell phone reception is patchy but a few steps up to the barn and you well connected to the world again. (also being semi disconnected added to the charm of the place.) Bring all your own food & drinks + maybe a board game or 2 and really just enjoy the awesome spot without having to venture into town &relax. bonus is the use of a private boat ramp, we had our 2 jetskis and had an amazing time exporting the lake

Setting is gorgeous, with the stream at the rear being a particularly nice touch. The interior gets quite hot but AC works well so this isn’t a big issue. There is a second identical unit next door which I thought gave a neighbourly feel, but wasn’t something we were aware of initially. I don’t think it would have changed our mind in any way, but just thought it worth raising. Lastly our check in was seamless, but I thought the comms from the host were a touch impersonal as all messages were automated. Also all messages stated the rules again and again, which made it feel a bit more like a school tour than an Airbnb lol

Very friendly, kind hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot pool and peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed our stay immensely!
