Great wee place that gets warm and cosy when the heat is on, with endless hot water. Netflix channels was a great bonus. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The property was absolutely spotless—meticulously clean and well-maintained, which instantly made me feel at home. The interior is modern, with sleek, stylish furnishings that combine comfort and luxury perfectly. But the real highlight of this place is the view. You’re treated to stunning views of the countryside, which made for a peaceful and serene setting. The host was also incredibly welcoming and communicative, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. I couldn’t recommend this place enough—whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore.

We had a lovely few days here over half term. The whole experience was so relaxing; really peaceful surroundings and the house was gorgeous. The house had everything we needed; the boys appreciated the tennis courts and the Prosecco on arrival was a nice surprise. Jane was really helpful throughout.

Wow! What can one say except this was truly, truly exceptional in every way. From initial booking to the end of our stay Sheila was the most prefect hostess, providing information and advice in a timely fashion and with enthusiasm. We felt she was a friend before we even met her. And the accommodation! Outstanding is an understatement. Five Star Deluxe. Pristine in its cleanliness, comfortable in the extreme, with every amenity that was required readily available. The location was perfect, especially for golfers being so close to The Old Course - roughly 90 seconds to the 'Home of Golf'. One cannot offer sufficient praise. We will never forget our stay!

Sandra's house is in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. I would highly recommend. The living room is very spacious, has multiple couches and an open fire. The kitchen contains 2 ovens with 7 -8 rings for cooking, and a decent size fridge freezer, ideal for preparing meals. Outside rating area is ideal for alfresco dining. Perth is only 20 minutes drive away and contains loads of restaurants, pubs,shopping centres. A quick check of Google maps shows you that the surrounding area is peppered with castles. We had a very peaceful stay and felt at home

Beautiful place with a fantastic view. Comfy beds and a great shower. Only bad thing was that we were only there for one night. No complaints at all.

Morag is a wonderful host - very responsive to all the questions I had before coming, and very helpful in making our stay a very comfortable one. Location is excellent and we were walking distance to the Women’s Open at St Andrews. The place was as advertised and very cosy - we were happy to call it home for the nights we were there.
