What a great weekend we had in Little Washington! Place was exceptionally clean & walking distance to everything we wanted to do!

We had a wonderful and much needed get away - Exploring New Bern was great - so convenient and we really appreciated how peaceful Lil'dock was. More spacious that the photos showed and so clean and neat! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and seeing the sunset.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

Loved, loved this place. We are already talking about our next stay. Only minor concern as lighting for the stairs, but we worked that out with our phone flashlights. We definitely return.

My family loved this location so close to everything in Washington. The apartment was also a great escape to relax when resting. We had plenty of room to stretch out and loved the kitchen area. My wife and I spent some time on the upper deck out back in the evenings and could even enjoy some of the local music. Plenty of linens and towels too! Highly recommend this spot 5 stars!

My family and I came in town for a festival and were denied multiple times by other hosts. The Camilos were the first hosts to respond and to offer for us to stay. They were so nice and very responsive, their instructions and house rules were clear, and their home is clean and beautiful. Great appliances throughout the home (although we didn't get to use the kitchen much). When we arrived there was a wasp nest in the carport. My siblings and I are allergic so we asked if they had any spray or if they could send someone with some spray so that we would take care of it. We reached out and within 30 minutes they had sent over some wasp spray and some goodies and all was good. Great location. Not directly in downtown but not too far (a little less than 10 minutes). 10/10 recommend! You won't be disappointed.

We loved staying at this place! The house was cute and the back porch swing made me incredibly happy! Close to the beach, close to good places to eat and shop. Would definitely go to again!!

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

Beautiful charming old house perfect for our 2 day visit. The beds were so cozy and linens were so incredibly soft. We loved all the extras, hair ties, q-tips, shampoo, plenty of towels. The host thought of everything extra to do for guests. We would stay again as it was a perfect location to walk to everything downtown.

Our stay was wonderful. We travel with our dogs so having the fenced in back yard was amazing. The home is in a secure neighborhood with kind neighbors. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs which was great when our family came to visit. Each bedroom has a tv as well as the living room, which was nice. Daniel was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay visiting family and spending time on the large back porch with our dogs.

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

I absolutely adore Linda's home. I love the location, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the view from the balcony, and the surrounding area. I traveled to Atlantic Beach for a business trip, and I'm so glad I choose to stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. It was the perfect mini getaway and Linda was the perfect host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Loved staying here in this slice of paradise!!!! Exactly what I need to recharge my mom batteries!!! The community is really nice and welcoming as well . Felt at peace the whole trip.

Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, always answered questions in a timely manner. The place was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. We walked the beach, searched for shells and saw a couple of dolphin pods. There were very few people on the property and it was very quiet. We had a GREAT time and would definitely recommend Lisa’s place. We hope to return sometime.

We had an extended stay at Aaron’s during the renovation of our house. His place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location provides views of both the ocean as well as Bogue Sound and the beach is just a short walk away. The Town of Emerald Isle is just a short drive away as is Salter Path. While Emerald Isle is the largest of the two both have shopping and dining. There is also a well stocked Dollar General store just 2 blocks away. The Crystal Coast is a great vacation area with beautiful beaches and great amenities and Aaron’s place is a great place to stay. We found communication with him to be easy and prompt and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our stay.
