Superbe séjour à la villa Markisa ! La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. La piscine est à une bonne température, l’endroit est très calme et ressourçant. Il y a la climatisation ainsi qu’un ventilateur, très pratique la nuit. La villa dispose également d’une bouilloire avec thé et café ainsi que d’un petit réfrigérateur. Le seul bémol, les agents de sécurité ne parlent pas anglais… mais heureusement le traducteur existe ! Très sympa, nous avons pu laisser nos valises le dernier jour pour pouvoir profiter de la journée avant de reprendre notre vol.

Captain Jacks is a great place to stay, right on the beach you don’t really need to leave. Everything was as described, we had air conditioning issue in one room but Patricia kept us in the loop and compensated us for the inconvenience, and also arranged airport transfers x 2 for our family which was fabulous. The pancakes of a morning are delicious and a real treat. The first day we had monkeys and they left for the remainder of our stay, they are cheeky brats but we missed them when they left lol. No better place to watch sunset than at the cafes on the beach and watching the waves roll in from the living area is something else.

Wonderful! Great service from Siki (logistics) and Anni (cleaning included)! We stayed with our three kids (9 and 6 years and baby 6 months). We really enjoyed the house and the pool and ordering food from the local restaurant from Rai (warung rai), who was so kind to deliver everything (best dinners we had!) For breakfast we often went to the big neighboring hotel. Their breakfast buffet is okay and they make good coffee, which we enjoyed while the kids played in their pool. We already booked the vila again for when we return from Lombok.

Lovely place to relax for a couple of days. Anneke couldn’t have been more helpful. Great weekend!

5/5 Stars - Serene Oceanfront Oasis! Gede's hosting was phenomenal! Warm, welcoming, and attentive. The location is breathtaking - quiet, peaceful, and oceanfront. On-site restaurant serves delicious meals. Gede arranged a fantastic fishing excursion and reliable taxi service. Airport pickup was a scenic surprise, stopping at stunning viewpoints and temples. A picturesque waterfall is within walking distance! Gede's trustworthiness and local insights made me feel secure. Highly recommended! I’m already recommending I Putu’s place to friends. The location is incredible and Putu and his family are so helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to Nusa Penida

The perfect blend of access to urban Ubud life but a quiet location a bit of a walk from everything. The closest street with shops and cafes and massage (5 minutes walk from property) had a real village vibe, and was easy to get a scooter taxi to any event or restaurant in Ubud. Gorgeous property, I enjoyed my stay and getting coffee on site with other guests and the hosts. I felt like a princess. I was worried about no AC, but I stayed a month and was only hot at night once or twice. I was also surprised to see no screens on the windows, but in fact that is normal for Bali and the bugs were nothing like what I’ve seen in other tropical places or even at home in the US in summer where screens are a must. The semi-outdoor shower was a bonus! I stayed 2 other places in Ubud this year and this was by far my favorite. Stayed 1 month. Kitchen amenities are bare bones - if you really plan to cook you might need to supplement what they provide.

Questo alloggio è una vera e propria oasi verde a un passo dalla strada principale (e molto trafficata) di Ubud. Le camere e i bagni erano grandi, spaziosi e pulitissimi - ogni mattina ci aspettava una colazione buona e abbondante. Ottima la comunicazione con Wayan, che non abbiamo incontrato di persona, e simpaticissimo il manager, Agung. Grazie!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! It is a tranquil oasis very close to the best beaches and restaurant. The pool is great and the villa a nice design. Fabio and Fina and the rest of the team has been so helpful and kind!

We came as a family of 4 (two kids aged 3 & 6). Already on the first day, my son asked if we could come back again next year so this speaks great volume of the place. The place was huge, windy, has a beautiful view over the padi field, nice outdoor shower area, neat rooms and clean pool. Breakfast is delicious, beds are really comfortable and you can barely hear that traffic outside. It is really peaceful. Because it is in Ubud, you got to manage your expectations. There will be lizards, tokehs, ants, mozzies, worms, snails and spiders. After all, you are in the forest. Putu (our contact person) is really helpful, responsive and friendly. She made us feel right at home. Kudos to all staff as well. Their drivers and laundry services are reasonably priced. We have done the comparison so we know that they are doing an honest business. It is within walking distance to Cupit BBQ (best pork ribs & satays!!!) and Alchemy yoga.

This place was absolutely stunning! Gorgeous views DELICIOUS food and very cool in the evening. Enjoyed the hanging net and coffee in the hammock. No pool in this unit and no refrigerator but they happily brought us an ice bucket and the outdoor bath is lovely! Also has a nice floor fan which we haven’t found in Bali. Highly recommend and the staff is FANTASTIC

Es war ein schöner Monat in der Unterkunft. Etwas außerhalb von Ubud um sich zu erholen, aber mit dem Roller in 15 min Ubud City. Das Café „Decafe“ in 5 min Entfernung ist empfehlenswert. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Lilis & Wayan, dem Housekeeper sehr gut. Man muss Wayan Bescheid geben per Nachricht, wenn man eine Reinigung möchte. Wayan hat außergewöhnlich genau sauber gemacht, das war toll. Und einmal sogar selbst gebackenes Baguette mitgebracht, was man bei ihm bestellen kann. Ab und zu waren Bauarbeiten in der Gegend, aber wo in Bali ist das gerade nicht so in touristischen Gebieten. Sonst war es ruhig und friedlich. Vielen Dank 🙏🏽

We zijn super warm ontvangen, Een echte bijzondere ervaring was het om bij Ngurah en ayu te verblijven. De authentieke uitstraling van het verblijf, waarbij alles netjes en schoon was, gaven ons het ultieme vakantiegevoel. Super vriendelijk, heel behulpzaam. Onze kleine meisjes voelde zich erg op hun gemak bij de gastheer en gastvrouw en waren vrij om ook lekker door de tuin te lopen!. Kortom een echte Balinese ervaring rijker! We komen graan nog een keer terug.

Great place to stay, we had a lovely time next to the pool, the breakfast organised was amazing, cleaned every day, host answered questions very quickly and even went and bought us a bag of ice! Fabulous
