The host was very attentive and kind

Nothing short of the best stay in Tokyo. We were visiting the city because our son lives and works here. This apartment fitted us all. It is very pleasant decorated and the hosts really made an effort to make us very welcome. They picked us up at the busstation and the fridge was packed. The beds were comfy. We all liked this accommodation. We saw a lot from Tokyo , and we visited the restaurants, they were all good or very good. And in the neighbourhood we could do some groceries for breakfast and such. I am quite sure that everybody will love staying here. So thanks for taking care of us.

位置优越，距离京城曳舟，曳舟都5分钟距离。如果购买地铁pass卡，可以做到押上站，步行15分钟可到民宿。卫生干净整洁，住6人没问题。临街2层房间到夜间有摩托车响，因为隔壁有个Uber eats. 距离民宿300米有个超市HiRuMa，非常不错。超市一条街上有个Hatoya Bakery 非常赞，homemade 非常好吃。

Fantastic place to stay with mount fuji view from the rooftop, it's quite new and clean, walkable to restaurants and marts. The host gives clear instruction on check in and out. Will stay again if we are back to kawaguchiko.

Great house, spacious with a gorgeous view. A bit of a walk from popular locations at Lake Kawaguchiko but near to a shuttle bus stop! Would recommend.

C is a very nice and proactive host with a good location near the heart of Shinjuku. A good place to stay in Tokyo.

The apartment was well designed, neat and clean, had everything our family of three adults needed for the five days stay. The heating system had kept us warm and the washer & dryer came in really handy. It was a pleasant stay for us.

Great stay! Perfect location – quiet but still convenient. Spacious for Tokyo with nice sunlight. Super comfy bed and super nice host.Just one note: The glass bedroom door lets in sunshine and light from the hallway's night light. An easy fix like a curtain would make it perfect for sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Located between two subway stations, the apartment is very convenient to travel in Tokyo. Quiet community with several restaurants and markets around. Suits a big family to stay. We have a good time in the apartment!

A great stay for great value! Shimokita Stay is just as pictured and we felt right at home! Shimokitazawa has awesome vibes and is super accesible. Highly recommend!

Ryo’s Shimokitazawa apartment is small and simple, but perfectly formed for a stay in a real neighbourhood and leaving feeling like you’ve had a glimpse of local life. A breath of fresh air after the hyper nature of places like Shinjuku, it’s a lively and super safe neighbourhood with fantastic vintage and bespoke shopping, cool and numerous little bars and restaurants, a great supermarket to cater cooking back in the apartment, and not overly touristy. Ryo is a fantastic host and I loved his comms from his messages to the brilliantly written house rules. I hope to stay again Ryo!

This was a phenomenal apartment that was close to many train stations, allowing for easy access to all of Tokyo. We highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect location with good cost effectiveness. Easy to access to the heart of Tokyo such as Ginza, Tokyo, etc. Even around the accommodation you can find lots of restaurants and shops along the street of Togoshi Ginza and Musashi Koyama.

The place was in perfect condition, exactly how the pictures portrayed. Our host was extremely responsive. We even needed to push our reservation back by 1 day due to flights and they were very accommodating. It was also a great location to a train station, as well as a 7/11 and grocery store to get food. Host provided easy check in procedures a d helped provide a guide to get from airport to Airbnb. Would stay again.

Beautiful home, really unique design. Great location in Shinjuku close to a few different metro lines. Easy access from HND & central access to all major attractions in Tokyo! Would definitely recommend, was super comfortable for our party of 4

We stayed here as a family of 3 with a 5-year-old daughter. Everything was great, and we would gladly stay there again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants fast access to everything Tokyo has to offer.

This is an excellent option for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It's an easy walk from Shin-Okubo train station, and is in the heart of Korea Town - so surrounded by great restaurants. A taxi to Shinjuku was cheap and easy, or you can take JR or a subway. The directions on Google maps was perfect, and the host was very helpful and an excellent communicator.

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
