Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Lorraine is a very friendly host, responsive and has a beautiful accommodation. She has been generous and left us a hamper basket to make our stay that extra bit nicer. The highlight of the accommodation is how close it is to St Anne’s beach and the amazing PRIVATE heated swimming pool and hot tub that we had access to. All in all, a great weekend destination and an amazing host. Would highly recommend!

Loved the apartment. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed as a family. Was definitely the most comfortable stay I have had in blackpool. Has a beautiful large balcony but unfortunately it was very windy so we did not get to use it. I felt very safe here with gate and door lock codes being required. Lots of towels provided. Has everything you could possibly need. I would like to have been able to hoover before I left but it’s understandable that one is not provided. Also due to us only having takeaways during our stay we had some rubbish that I would have liked to have disposed of myself but I had no idea where larger bins would be. Would love to book again when I return to Blackpool.

What a beautiful place to stay! Great hosts that provide everything needed for a break away. Based in a lovely area with lots of countryside walks. Hot tub is a great extra to relax in and look at the stars at night. Recommend a trip to the Shooters Arms for a meal if you are looking for a local pub to eat in.

Spent 3 days at the cottage. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really clear instructions provided beforehand on how to find the cottage as it is tucked away. The cottage was lovely, peaceful, and full of character, and the beds really comfortable. It's location is superb and central. Six pub/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the start of the Cumbria Way walk is around the corner. The WiFi is strong, (as I needed it for work). Would definitely stay again.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Great place to stay after we'd had a day out in the Lakes. Perfect location for walking distance to Lancaster centre.

This is our second stay here, the apartment is in a great location, easily walkable down to the lake and town. Good restaurants right across the road too. The apartment is spotless, beautifully furnished and a great place to stay. Alison is a great host. Highly recommend.

Perfect little home only a short walk away from blackpool seafront! Would recommend for a group of friends or even a family considering we only used 2 of the 3 rooms available! Would consider staying again if we happen to be back in blackpool

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! Absolutely lovely clean home, everything you could need for a relaxing stay, near to all the amenities. Beds so comfortable 😁😁. Just perfect 😁 Definitely great value for money and plenty of room.

Excellent and cosy stay in a comfortable basement flat. Very quiet setting with lovely views from the door and a beautiful quiet garden to utilise. Walking distance to Grasmere and onto the hills. Everything of good quality in the flat and easy to access and park. Highly recommended

Found the place really easily with the instructions Julie provided. Easy parking and we were greeted by the owners and their lovely dogs on arrival who showed us around and were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but this place is a little hidden gem in the most beautiful scenery. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here!

Hosts communicated well with me before arriving and when I got they there they had put the heating and the kettle on! Flat was exceptionally clean and perfect for a trip away for work. Kitchen was fully functioning and well equipped and the extra touches like milk and breakfast items were much appreciated. Hosts were very friendly but also respected my privacy and their two Labradors sealed it for me! Would definitely stay again for work or a short break

Very close to Winter Gardens, apartment was clean and had everything you needed! even a cupboard full of essentials in case we forgot something 😊 Nic was very clear with the instructions and provided useful information! will definitely use this place again!
