Fabulous apartment just as described. Clean, comfortable with an excellent position for all amenities. Parking space is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat.

A large bright and airy flat, excellent location within a few minutes walk to the centre of Lytham. We took the restaurant recommendations and had a great meal at Bocco a family run Italian restaurant. It's a great base and location to explore the Fylde coast and beyond.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Really enjoyed our stay-lovely apartment with everything you need and lots of little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. Liz provided us with fantastic directions and lots of helpful information about the apartment and local area. Definitely recommend and we will certainly be coming back!

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Simon's place was clean and tidy with a cosy, homey feel! We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Even in the cold weather, the place was warm enough on mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, only 5 min walk to the main street and so close many attractions. We couldn't get a parking space on the street, but as Simon mentioned the surrounding streets are also available. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a cosy getaway in the lakes.

Excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

The absolute most beautiful home! The house was exquisite, the fews were insane and walking distance to the breck! Amazing. I will definitely be staying here again

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and relaxed in the cottage. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a great shower with plenty of hot water, the beds were very comfortable. We were able to park the car directly outside the front door and Martin left the parking permit for us in the front room. The cottage is situated just a few minutes walk from the main town centre which allowed us easy access to the shops and restaurants. I would like to stay again in the future.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

Great quirky place, which was in a brilliant location. Lots of bars and resteraunts around. Parking 2 seconds away and buses running to Windermere and other areas. Be aware if you get to windermere on the bus, the buses back are early and it's £50 in a taxi . Thanks for the stay Rachel would highly recommend.

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Thank you so much for facilitating the perfect family weekend away to celebrate a birthday and some quality time together. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

Absolutely loved my stay. It had everything I needed and was pristine clean when I arrived. The location is good only a short walk in the centre of Kendal and lots of nice walks almost outside the front door. Highly recommend.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

We loved the Artists Attic, great location in the centre of Kendal main shops, pubs, cafes and a great arts centre. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds with quality linen. The kitchen was well stocked and Lottie had left some croissants, cookies & a pint of milk which was very kind. Lottie was a great host with great communication, highly recommended!

This flat was perfect for exploring the Lake District! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very comfortable and cozy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Immaculately clean apartment in the centre of Hawes. Excellent situation especially for walking in the surrounding areas. Loved the layout of the apartment and the fact that there was plenty of space. The log burner was lovely at night, it made the apartment really cosy. Little Spar shop just a couple of doors away and lots of places to eat. Regular bus service (little white bus) up and down the Dale. We got the bus to The Moorcock Inn and walked back via Cotterdale back to Hawes. 9.5 miles and a beautiful, scenic walk. There are so many beautiful walks here. We were very comfortable in this apartment , Jane has thought of everything you could need. Even a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. Thank you for a lovely stay. I’d love to come back again 😊
