Bel appartement, bien équipé, proche de Chania en voiture. Stationnement facile dans la rue qui est très calme. L'appartement est très spacieux, il peut convenir à 2 familles. L'accueil de notre hôte est parfait. Le sejour autour de Chania est tres agreable. Je recommande !

We stayed at Georgia's mansion during our honeymoon at the end of September. The place was large for two people, but we felt like royalty with all of the space :) The mansion is beautifully redone on the inside - it has modern amenities with a traditional aesthetic. The place had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and outside. The pool was wonderful! We spent our afternoons lounging after hot days in Chania and the surrounding areas, which offer lots of restaurants, attractions, and great shopping! The area was great as well - easy to get to, quiet, and with easy access to the main road that can take you east or west in no time :) We highly recommend a stay at this beautifully restored mansion, and we hope to be back ourselves someday!

Es war super schön hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ein bisschen am Berg oben, was super schön ist, da es dort viel ruhiger ist. In die Stadt und zum Strand kommt man super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, quiet and walking distance to the beach. The host was incredibly welcoming and super responsive! The little touches were so sweet. They had an amazing garden and gave us fresh veggies to eat and even made us local Cretan salad and pie! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent. The Monastery is the perfect example of contemporary architecture and interior design. The proportions and visibility lines appear to be expertly planned and cleverly designed to guarantee peace, privacy and comfort from the heat of the day. Even more important though, is how friendly the staff were. We were made to feel welcome from the very moment we parked the car, and the staff could not have been more helpful. In particular, Meggie and Georgia went out of their way to help us. All of the staff were great though. The food was excellent, and the views spectacular. This part of Crete is incredibly beautiful and given the friendliness and style of The Monastery, we will certainly return.

This Airbnb was a great spot for our stay in Chania! We had around a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Port, which had a wonderful selection of restaurants. (We highly recommend the Sailing Club.) There was also a good coffee shop around a 5-minute walk towards Old Port and a grocery store 5 minutes away (opposite direction of Old Port but still very close by). The hot tub was amazing as the weather was a bit chilly some days of our stay. The inside was just like the pictures, and our host replied very quickly to help resolve any problems we had. We walked to a beach that was 45 minutes from the Airbnb, but it was a nice area with beach chairs and tasty restaurants. We would warn younger guests to travel here during the earlier seasons as you will be cat-called a lot. Overall, our stay was fantastic!

Wij zijn 10 dagen verbleven in het appartement. Het is zeer vlak bij het oude centrum van Chania wat wel wat omgevingsgeluid opleverde, maar dat vonden wij niet storend. Ook het strand is op loopafstand. Om de paar dagen werd er schoongemaakt en werden handdoeken vervangen, dit was prettig. De jacuzzi is geweldig, er ontbreekt enkel een handleiding. Al met al een mooi appartement op een uitstekende locatie met voldoende privacy. We zouden het aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Everything was exceptional! Katerina was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for our 10 days relaxing stay, right on the beach (1 min walk to the golden beach). Katerina provided fresh bed linen and towels half way through our stay. There are only 2 apartments in the building, 2 penthouses. Very quiet and peaceful! No lift but not too bad, easy stairs. 2 supermarkets are very close, 10 min walk, and the other shops are within 2 min walk from the apartment. The bus stop is 1 min walk. By bus 21 is 10 min to Chania, 2 EUR pp. Taxis are a bit pricey. 14 EUR. Thank you Katerina for everything! We recommend this apartment.

L’appartamento di Savoula si trova in pieno centro, e grazie alle indicazioni precise dell’host è stato semplice trovarlo. La cucina è ben equipaggiata, con dell’olio, sale e zucchero a disposizione (sempre ben accetti). La camera da letto ampia e il bagno funzionale. Il grande più la terrazza col divano e il tavolo, e il locale lavanderia a disposizione. Sono stata davvero bene e consiglio questo appartamento senza dubbio.

Irene est une hôte exceptionnelle, particulièrement accueillante et dévouée. Chaque soir, à notre retour, des spécialités crétoises qu'elle avait cuisinées nous attendaient. Nous sommes restés une semaine et Irene a tenu à changer serviettes et draps au bout de trois jours. La petite maison,au calme dans des champs d'oliviers, est très agréable avec un petit extérieur. Un couple de chat et leurs chatons seront aussi contents de vous accueillir! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et sa propriétaire!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Haus und haben uns von Anfang an total wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist unbeschreiblich. Es ist wirklich ein toller Ort, um zu entspannen und sich zu erholen. Zunächst wollten wir nur eine Woche bleiben, haben dann aber den Aufenthalt sogar noch verlängert. Dank des tollen Gastgebers war das kein Problem. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Urlaubserlebnis. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder ;-).

Michalis is such a kind and helpful host. The house is close to amazing restaurants and stores but on a quiet side street. It was incredibly clean and cozy with a nice firm bed, good kitchen for cooking and warm shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Από την αρχή της διαμονής μας, οι ιδιοκτήτες μας υποδέχθηκαν με θερμή φιλοξενία και φιλικότητα. Εκτός από το γεγονός ότι ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Είναι, επίσης, ιδιοκτήτες ενός τοπικού καταστήματος με παραδοσιακά καλούδια, και μας πρόσφεραν τα πιο νόστιμα καλτσούνια που έχουμε δοκιμάσει ποτέ – μια πραγματική γευστική εμπειρία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο, ενώ η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική: βρισκόταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά μόλις 8 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το όμορφο παλιό λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, ήταν εξαιρετικά pet-friendly, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα, καθώς οι ιδιοκτήτες φροντίζουν με αγάπη μερικές γάτες στην αυλή τους. Γενικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή με εξαιρετικούς ανθρώπους, και σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε σε οποιονδήποτε θέλει να απολαύσει την πραγματική κρητική φιλοξενία!

Wunderbare Gastgeber und persönlicher Aufenthalt.
Unser Aufenthalt bei Aristea und Kostas war einfach großartig! Sie sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und waren jederzeit für uns da. Besonders haben wir ihre vielen wertvollen Tipps geschätzt. Für unsere Kinder haben sie sogar Spielzeug vorbeigebracht, was die Kleinen total begeistert hat. Die Katzen und Hühner vor Ort waren ebenfalls ein Highlight für die Kinder. Das Airbnb-Erlebnis war so, wie man es sich früher vorgestellt hat – sehr privat und persönlich, fernab von den typischen Ferienhäusern. Ein absolut authentischer und herzlicher Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Manolis's apartment for six nights. It is spacious, clean, conveniently-located to the old harbor/town, and so comfortable! There are two private, covered balconies - front & back of the apartment building - both offering great views. It was nice to be able to slide these doors open for the breeze. You will find a large portable clothes drying rack on the back balcony. It came in handy and our clothes dried within two days. The king-sized bed was super comfy. We didn't have a need for the second bedroom which had two twin beds or the oven/stovetop. There was plenty of surface space for our items, including in the bathroom, which is a big plus. The available parking spot was very convenient. The bus line was close by. We used the bus for a day hiking Samaria Gorge, as well as a couple times to hang out at Sunset Beach (~20 min ride). Communication with Manolis was perfect. We even had the pleasure of meeting his lovely mom. Recommended!

Wir waren zu dritt im Apartment inkl 3-jährigem Kind. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber geben sich alle Mühe, den Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthalts war super schnell und hilfreich. Wir haben sehr viele Tipps und Beschreibungen erhalten, um uns vor Ort zurecht zu finden. Die gemeinsam genutzte Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und auch der Balkon des Apartments hat eine gute Größe. Die Ausstattung ist simpel, aber es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen (Preis-Leistung stimmt).

We were very happy with our choice of Villa Asteri. The location was perfect, and Esther responded quickly to our queries and always had great advice on where to eat and what to see. We stayed in October and enjoyed endless sunny days relaxing around the stunning pool in a secluded garden, both were meticulously maintained. There is a convenient and well stocked mini-supermarket a short stroll away and, just a little further down the road is Kalamaki Beach, a great spot with golden sand and clear water. We were able to park our rental car off the street in the driveway. Getting about was a breeze as the highway onramp was less than a kilometre away and it was only 5km into Chania. Our holiday in Crete exceeded all our expectations and Villa Asteri and its amazing location was a big part of that.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa4Dreams this August. The hosts were so welcoming and kind and genuinely wanted us to have the perfect holiday (which we did). The villa itself was incredibly comfortable, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed - including a very large complimentary bottle of homemade raki!! The villa grounds are very large with parking, a lawn area and huge patio. Again very clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic, large enough for us to swim lengths and for the kids to play in. The neighbouring sheep and chickens were very entertaining and the view from the villa is breathtaking. There's a village nearby with supermarkets and tavernas. We highly recommend Maxis Yard, great food and very friendly. In summery, you can't go wrong to book here. We loved every second and would love to return!

Nikos and Joanna were above and beyond as hosts. They were very responsive with our questions, helped arrange travel for us from the airport, and provided us with some pastries, treats, and water. Their place was absolutely beautiful. Our group of 7 had a wonderful time!

Wonderful House in beautiful surroundings, big garden, great pool, great views. We really felt at home, every kitchen tool an all necessities were there, shelves full of books in english, german an norwegian language. Eivind is a very nice host who answered promptly to all questions and provided valuable recommendations for nearby restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful time on Crete!

Appartement avec très joli jardin et très belle piscine. Il y a un emplacement pour la voiture. Marilena nous a très bien accueillis, et en français en plus 😊! Elle nous a informés des activités à faire dans la région.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The house is spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean—just perfect for us and our kids. The heated pool was a highlight, and our children enjoyed it every single day. The location is great for exploring Crete. We went on beautiful hikes and visited stunning places like the Palm Beach of Preveli, the Imbros Gorge, and Balos Beach. Coming in the off-season was a dream—peaceful and almost empty, unlike what we imagine it would be like in summer. Communication with Iro was excellent, and the warm welcome made us feel right at home.

My wife and I stayed at Villa Sfinari for 10 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Breathtaking views across the infinity pool to the sea with a different stunning sunset EVERY evening. The local restaurants were fantastic. Genuinely traditional and delicious food. Everything in the villa was perfect and there was every appliance you could need to make the holiday go smoothly. Book it, you won’t regret it!!
