벚꽃시즌을 맞아 일부러 신사 근처로 잡았습니다.10분 거리에 센소지가 있고 라떼가 맛있는 후글렌카페가 있습니다 이번에 임산부와 함께 여행을 했는데 너무 숙소가 아늑해서 그런지 하루는 숙소에서만 쉬기도 했네요 모든것이 구비되어 있고 두개의 화장실이 있어 활용도가 좋았습니다 나리타에서 오려면 닛포리역 혹은 우메다역에서 택시를 타고 오거나 버스를 이옹하면 됩니다 스카이라이너와 연결된 역이라 빠르게 이동했습니다 타올이 넉넉하고 식기용품 냉동냉장고 모두 있고 안내가 철저했습니다 앞으로 번창하세요!

8명 대가족이 머물렀는데 지하철역에서 가까워서 접근하기 편하고 침대가 넓고 공간이 잘 꾸며져있어서 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 또다시 도쿄에 많은 사람하고 같이 여행한다면 다시 들러보고 싶습니다.

I traveled with my family (two adults; two kids) and we had a wonderful stay at Masaki’s place! It was the perfect balance for us of being close to metro stations (that took us right into downtown Tokyo) and being surrounded by the large, beautiful Inokashira park. The park has a zoo, lake, playgrounds and lots of open space (great for the kids) and is surrounded by areas with nice restaurants and shops. Masaki was a very proactive and welcoming host - we appreciated all his clear instructions and recommendations. His place was very comfortable for our family of four. A true gem!

This place felt like home. Everything was perfect! From the very beginning, communication was outstanding and the level of genuine hospitality was unmatched. We have stayed at over 20 AirBnBs and this one by far exceeded our expectations!! Lynn and Uchimura are phenomenal hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We stayed at Maki's place for a couple of weeks and the house is just perfectly identical to the pictures, or even better! Had a lovely time there, the neighbourhood is super cute and there are a lot of options to eat out close to home. Well connected through transportation. Maki is responsive and very helpful. Would go back any minute tbh! Thank youu <3

We've just finished a 5 night stay at Fumi's apartment. It was a great apartment for our family of 6 for our stay in Tokyo. Super close to the train station, and only a short ride to Shibuya. The futon mattresses were super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for a larger group - great bathroom, multiple toilets, separated sleeping areas, large washing machine/dryer and great heating. Fumi even helped us find a doctor when our son wasn't feeling well. Highly recommend!!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids staying here. It was the perfect setup with the kids on one floor and the adults on another. The common areas were great for group hangs & an amazing view of the skytree. This neighborhood was so adorable and it was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you - core memories were made!

Logement petit mais confortable à deux, dans un quartier très sympa avec un thème qui semble être celui des chats pour les magasins et décorations, et une petite rue de petits restaurants et bars très mignonne. Rinrin était très avenante et toujours prête à aider en anglais ou en japonais. J'avais lu dans des compentaires que les escaliers étaient très étroits, mais ils étaient normaux. Niveau cuisine, on avait un micro-onde et une bouilloire, donc je déconseille si vous voulez faire votre propre cuisine, parfait si vous préférez manger dehors et profiter de la bonne cuisine japonaise, ou si les repas de combini ou nouilles instantanées vous conviennent. La douche de notre chambre était séparée des toilettes/lavabo, c'était parfait, le seul hic c'était le manque d'eau chaude par moment. Dans notre sdb, il y avait un recoin idéal pour stocker les grosses valises, et on ne gardait que la petite à portée de main avec les affaires dont nous aurions besoin pour le séjour.

非常感激有機會能住到Harumi的房子，當天入住雨很大，但Harumi直接來地鐵接我們到住宿處，還為我們親切介紹房子，房子的設備一應俱全，就像回到家的感覺，非常喜歡這次的體驗！希望下次還有機會再來😍

호스트의 응답 숙소가 매우빨랐고 1층이라 너무 편안하게 움직일 수 있었습니다 또한 도보 5분 거리에 지하철과 편의점이 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 숙소 안의 화장실도, 주방도 깨끗했습니다. 수압과 비품 준비도 너무 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있었습니다. 에어비앤비를 처음 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다.

Friendly for family. A lot of space for our 4 member of family. Clean, aircond , washing machine, hair dryer, water heater all work well. Near to aeon mini market, drug store, super market & Don quijote near koiwa station. Mr. Gang is very responsive & kind he allow us to check in 1 hour earlier & help us call a taxi. Tq sir we have a pleasant stay at your house

Most wonderful! Everything was perfect. And very close to the metro. Slept very well, great mattress and a quiet neighborhood.

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had, starting with C's responsiveness when first booking and all throughout the stay. The location is ideal for foodies, with a multitude of delicious dining experiences within a stone's throw, including a few on the Michelin list. Plus, you've got a 7-11 just across the street and two separate subway lines within a short walking distance. Some reviews said it might get loud with a bar just below, but we stayed 6 nights, including a full weekend, and there were no issues. Sure, the place is a bit small, but we expected that, and the beds not a five-star hotel, but for us, it felt more like being in Japan than the nicer western-style Airbnb we stayed at in Shinagawa the following week. Considering the location and what we paid, I think C's place has got to be one of the best values in Shinjuku.

位置在地下， 不用擔心搬行李， 晚上隔音較差， 經常聽再樓上腳步聲， 很難入睡。 沒有電視， 沒有窗戶。 地點算方便， 行去淺草8-10分鐘。

This place was right in the action, which is what I wanted from this experience. very happy 😁

Amazing place near the station and near connection to Haneda Airport and the Yamanote line (only 9 minutes normally), it's a comfortable place to leave the baggage and pretty secure. Definitely recommended and will stay at Josh's place next time I visit Tokyo for sure!

We loved the house! There were 6 of us so it was very spacious and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. It is a little further away from the city center but the space & comfort makes it worth it. Setsu was always responsive and very pleasant!

素敵なコテージをありがとうございました。 中々、晴れない日々が続いている中屋根付きのアウトリビングスペースでは準備も含めBBQを安心して楽しむことができました。 今回、20名弱で泊まって、スペース的には問題なかったのですが、トイレが一つだけだったので、そこだけが気になりました。 景色も良くゆったりワイワイできる素敵なコテージです。 ありがとうございました、また利用させてください。

Good location just a few minutes away from a train station and walkable to some good restaurants. Lots of space for our 6 people.
