I can't believe it's my fourth time staying at maki's lovely home. that's how much I love this place, it truly feels like home to me. and just when I thought maki couldn't get any nicer or kinder, our car got stuck in a ditch and she got her parents to help us tow it out. amazing, amazing hospitality as always, my friend. thank you.

The stay was really nice, very spacious and with a nice bathtub.. location is walkable from the subway and the apartment had a lot of privacy. The owner is very responsive, easy check in and out, with clear instructions. Only thing is the big bathroom gets in wind. Overall experience is great! Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Hokkaido!

We had an excellent stay. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was perfect. Kitchen was great. Living space was very cozy. Family loved the hot tub. Hope to be back soon. Thank you to the Elite Havens team.

We really loved this place. It was quite spacious, great amenities, close to restaurants, and a very easy check-in and check-out process.

The place was beautiful and is located at the top floor of a building - this gives us beautiful views of Mt Youtei and convenient access to restaurants and even Arabica nearby! Do note that the restaurants do close rather early in July - perhaps due to lull season. The signs on the entrance also indicated that checkin had to be done at a different building which we were not informed prior of but they are walkable in 1 to 2 mins and the host was really responsive so great stay!

place is easy to find and generally very clean, my kids liked the property. There was a jacuzzi in the balcony which was nice feature. Property is located very central in hirafu

15 min walk from Odori/city center. Lots to do. Nice location on the river. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay.. we had an incredible stay at Yoko’s place. From the moment we arrived, it was very welcoming, communicative, and make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, close to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The little touches made all the differences.

친할머니처럼 따듯하게 대해주십니다. 그리고 평화로운 분위기가 좋습니다.

일단 진짜 깨끗하고 주방 정리정돈 잘되있습니다. 식기류도 어디에 있는지 사진으로 찍어 붙여져있고 아기가 있어서 침대를 붙이느라 한개를 이동시켰는데 그 바닥조차 깨끗해서 감동이였습니다. 일본집 춥다 들었는데 여긴 온풍기의 성능이 아주좋아서 더워서 중간중간 껐습니다. 뜨신물잘나오고 따뜻하니 추운줄 모르고 2박 잘 지냈습니다^^ 다만 와이파이가 잘안되어서 일행들의 핫스팟을 켜서 서로 공유하며 아이들 핸드폰 시켰습니다. 와이파이 말고는 모든 시설 깔끔하고 동네조용하고 엎어지면 코닿는 거리에 편의점 있고 진짜 좋았습니다 참고로 세가족이 이용했습니다

딱 원하던 숙소였습니다.

아주 좋습니다. 교통패스권을 이용하는 분들이라면 숙소와 전철역이 가깝기 때문에 이동이 편리할 것입니다. 호스트가 친절해서 질문에 대한 응답을 즉각 처리해줍니다. 겨울엔 온풍기로 난방하는 방식은 다소 추울 수도 있으나 이불에 핫팩 하나정도 넣으면 따뜻하게 잘 수 있습니다. 집앞 30초 거리에 유료 주차장이 있어서 렌트카 이용해도 좋습니다.

All the listed amenities were there though we did not use most of them since we were leaving very early in the morning and coming back late at night throughout our stay. But the most important ones: a comfortable bed with clean sheets, a much-needed working heater, a strong bathroom shower (though temperature was a bit hard to control as it suddenly gets very hot or very cold in the middle of your shower) and fast wi-fi all made our stay a relaxing one. We also appreciated the big spacious closet emptied out for our use, the cozy couch for our morning coffee and the bar table with stools which was perfect for computer work. Finding the place is a bit tricky though even if it was close to the train station, especially under below freezing temperature and unlighted streets. Yuka gave detailed instructions but following it still proved challenging considering we could not see or read building/street signs when we arrived close to 10PM. We would still recommend and rent the place again.

너무너무너무 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 류타와 미이코는 훌륭한 호스트였어요 매우 친절했고 따듯하게 대해주셨으며 웃음을 안겨주셨거든요 저희 가족에게 삿포로는 너무 인상깊은 곳으로 기억하게 되었어요 숙소도 너무 깔끔했고 일본 전통 다다미 숙소였어서 더 좋았습니다 근처 버스정류장도 가깝고 시내와도 가까워서 움직이기엔 문제 없었습니다 다음에도 꼭 여기를 방문할거에요 꼬옥 모두들 방문해보셨으면 좋겠습니다 적극추천!👍

Wonderful location near Nakajima park and station. About a 10-15 walk to Susukino and Odori. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings and not too far away from the main attractions. Haru was friendly and responsive. The apartment was comfortable and had all of the essentials including a washer. Staying here made our trip to Sapporo enjoyable and convenient!
