Had an amazing stay at the shelter Hakuba for our week skiing. Kanako was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us out with local taxis, transport to our bus and recommendations. I would recommend anyone staying in hakuba to stay at Kanako’s place . It’s spacious, modern, warm and cozy. 10/10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Not knowing the area very well when I first booked it was a bonus to have such an approachable and accommodating host. He went out of his way to communicate with us and make sure our needs were taken care of throughout the stay. He even turned up at the perfect time upon departure and gave us a lift to the bus stop . I would recommend highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a great location just off the Main Street in Echoland. Still quiet and peaceful.

We loved staying at Shoko's place! When we arrived Shoko had turned on the fairy lights and left the door unlocked so we didn't have to worry about fiddling with the lock box or anything. She then came round and explained some things about the place and generously also gifted us a bottle of apple juice as it's a specialty in Nagano. The house was clean, cosy, warm, well equipped, and an absolute delight. Everyone in our group of 6 talked about how they didn't want to leave; it was a highlight of our trip. The house also had recommendations for local services and restaurants. We would love to go back again someday and definitely recommend it!

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend to everyone. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. Neighbourhood is perfect distance from the main street, but still very quiet at the house with amazing neighbours. The house is everything you can ask for plus more. We had 6 people stay, with plenty of room extra. Thank you so much for airbnb’ing your house to the world. Muchly appreciate it and loved the stay.

le "chalet" était super grand et confortable. l'emplacement est parfait à 5 minutes des restaurants. je suggère d'avoir des voitures pour mieux profiter de toute la vallée. les employés étaient très gentil. le check-in et check-out ont été super simple. les lits ne sont pas les plus confortable mais nous avons trouver des petits matelas à mettre par dessus et c'était parfait. je recommande ce logement pour des groupes d'amis, 2 grande douche et une multitude de toilette font que personne n'attend après personne

We only stayed one night but liked the place very much. It’s fun and original, yet comfortable and functional. We enjoyed the fireplace after a chilly day. One stand-out feature is the high tech and well designed equipment & furniture

The apartment is perfectly clean & comfy and located about 50 metres from the closest chair lift. The lounge room & bedroom have huge windows looking out over the ski fields so you can sit in the warmth & watch the action before and after getting out there yourself. Iwatake is a great area to ski at with a brand new fast gondola and plenty of chair lifts. The host Daniel & his staff are really friendly and helpful so we really loved staying here & highly recommend to do so too if you get the chance! It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave!!

We stayed in apartment C1 for 10 days. It was comfortable and had plenty of room. Kitchen was clean and good And everything in the apartment worked perfectly We had a car which made things easier as it’s almost impossible to get a cab anywhere

We were so impressed with Peter & Shiho’s hospitality and their incredible accommodation. They put us in touch with both the best ski rental company and ski school which made our stay so seamless and fun for the kids. Apartment B was such a warm and pleasant spot for our family of four - not to mention the amazing views! We will definitely be back as soon as we possibly can.

とても綺麗な宿でした。 窓からの景色もよく、落ち着いた雰囲気でした。 ただ、チェックイン時にオーナーが不在で、従業員に聞いてもちょっと待ってと言って、暇そうにしていました。 チェックインまで30分ほど待たされたのが、少し残念なポイントです。

Dan is an excellent host and the place is as advertised. They went above and beyond for our stay by helping us with various things that enhanced our experience. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place. It's a great location, lovely setting in the woods, we were there in winter and with the snow its incredibly beautiful and also walkable to the gondala or chair lift. This Airbnb is a seperate apartment attached to the Mojo lodge, so you get all that's listed, 2 bedrooms + living room/kitchen/bathroom etc etc but also in Winter season you can use the communal area of the lodge as well which is great, plus you get an excellent cooked breakfast and a morning lift to the gondala. Plus all the staff at the lodge are super friendly and very approachable for advise on the area whether that's where to eat or the best onsen or other local knowledge. We really felt welcomed and at home for the whole week we were here and we'd definitely stay again.
