Meredith’s place was fabulous for our anniversary weekend getaway. The location and views were top notch. We visited during the off season so the weather wasn’t the best for taking advantage of all the beach and water goodies that were provided at the home. Meredith was a great communicator. Plenty of towels and basic toiletries to get us through the weekend. Would stay again.

We contacted last minute to stay for one night.. They were very accommodating. Our unit was comfortable, clean and the manager was on hand to help us get settled.. We had a very pleasant stay and would return.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Salty Sunrise. Boon was an incredible host who was quick to respond with any questions we had. Very cozy condo with an excellent view in a great resort community that hosted several events for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to staying at your home again in the future. 5 stars!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

Fantastic condo was exactly as described and expected. Host communication was excellent. Full kitchen was provided with cookware, silverware, cookware, and even a wine opener. Property amenities and beach access were greatly appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful in the off-season. Direct access to bike path was greatly appreciated for walking, running, and cycling. Town is a little over 2 miles south, so you can choose a long walk or quick bike ride for morning coffee and the famous Duck Donuts. Building G fronts the main road and will help you wake up in the morning so you can look out over the sound and make the most of the beautiful days. We look forward to staying on this property again or any other property with the excellent host!

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. Patrick was extremely responsive. the rental was even bigger than the pictures make it look and we had no problems with space. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. To go along with everything else the unit is perfect distance to the beach. would absolutely recommend this property.

Location, location, location! We loved the easy beach access from the complex (direct boardwalk over the dunes from the pool) as well as the ability to walk to several restaurants (loved Kill Devil Grill!) and the Swells'a brewery. Having Harris Teeter about half a mile away made it easy to take care of any grocery needs. The condo itself was exactly as described in the listing, compact in size but completely reasonable for a couple or small family to enjoy. The deck outside the living room is a great amenity, complete with ocean sounds and an area to sit and enjoy the sea breeze. The place was immaculately clean and furnished comfortably so we felt right at home for our short stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Will come back if we are back in the area. Location was great and the burger bar next door was great! Hosts were very accommodating on late check out since no one was checking in after us. Stayed with a dog and there was a great area to play fetch.

Wonderful condo right on the beach, exactly as described! Clean, easy access, covered parking, indoor pool was much appreciated. We’d stay there again!

This was my very first time reserving one of these! It was awesome… we just didn’t stay long enough due to the weather we had to go back home! We will be booking again REALLY SOON for a longer stay!

I loved staying here for a last minute trip to the Outer Banks! Lisa was very professional, proactive, and attentive throughout the duration of my stay. She didn’t hesitate to reach out and let me know she was there for any questions or needs that may arise. The place was beautiful, clean, and served every need for a weekend getaway at the beach! Highly recommend staying here, I know I’ll be back!

We spent a very cozy March weekend here. The space is inviting and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable (firm, not saggy). The owners were helpful, proactive and responsive. It was great to have a beach pass we could use, since none of the beaches in Duck are public - and we appreciated the local recommendations for food, etc.

Adorable beach stay in a super-clean and cute 2BR, 2BA w/ amenities. Handicap accessible, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach in a private location at the north end of the Outer Banks, this place welcomed my wife and I from the second we walked in because it was charming, clean, comfortable, and accommodated our two girls (Yellow Labrador and Golden Retriever). Nestled in the Corolla/Corova location, it is surrounded by beaches, wild horses, 4WD beach driving, museums, lighthouse, restaurants, shopping, and a throwback view of what it was like in the 1920s at the Whalehead Club. Quaint schools and churches speckle the inshore line. I'd return in a heartbeat.

The property was absolutely fantastic. right on the beach with great views.

We were very impressed with Katy’s Airbnb. It was clean and well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and she had everything we needed to make our meals. This location is very close to the beach too. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! We were steps away from the beach and were provided a wagon to haul the chairs, umbrellas and cooler to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Great location to get to the wild horse tour and many restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Lynn always responded immediately with clear directions. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay in SC04 and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The view was incredible and we loved drinking coffee on the porch while watching the gorgeous sunrises. The beach was literally at our doorstep. Coastal Carolina was a top notch company to work with, they were instantly available when we needed help getting in initially, and there was a tech at our door within 15 mins fixing the dishwasher when it had an issue. We had a 180 degree view of the ocean from the bedroom and could see it from every window. Kitchen is super well stocked for good cooking. We had the best vacation here!

We loved Matt’s place. It is quiet, roomy, and well equipped, including nice furniture and super comfortable beds. It also has a great deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. It was also great to have the pool when it was too windy to get in the ocean. Matt’s place was perfect for our family.

This location was really terrific. Such an easy walk to the beach. House was well equipped and recently updated. Internet easy to use. It was not as clean as it could have been (long strands of hair found in various places, random sink clogs and overflowing trash outside) but we are pretty low maintenance and did not mention it (I imagine they would have addressed it if we said something). Some residents in this neighborhood aren’t particularly kind and have some very unfriendly dogs, so be aware of that if you have a dog who is scared of other dogs. Otherwise, it was a good experience, and great house.
