Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Check in war super schnell und einfach von zuhause aus. Bei Schlüssel Übergabe wurde alles deutlich und sehr nett erklärt haben alles schnell gefunden, und sogar noch privat geschrieben :) wenn doch was unklar war, ist echt schön! Die Wohnung war wunderschön, modern und sehr gemütlich mit schönen Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed at Ferdinand’s place as a group of five adults, one toddler, and one infant for one week. The apartment is perfect for families and/or large groups as it has all the necessities you can think of and three separate bathrooms/showers. Ferdinand was very responsive and kind to provide us with a crib and high chair for our little one. Proximity to lifts and shops was also a plus. Finally, the apartment was very clean, and Ferdinand’s housekeeper was available whenever we needed assistance with anything. I’d highly recommend Ferdinand’s apartment not only for its value & conveniences, but also for the whole ‘feeling right at home’ experience. Thanks again Ferdinand and we hope to see you next time we visit Kitzbuhel!

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold hos Heinz. Boligen var flot, ren og hyggelig. Vi blev taget godt imod, og Heinz var hjælpsom og hurtig at kommunikere med. Vi giver Heinz vores bedste anbefaling.

Thank you for a nice stay. The apartment is small but perfect for two people. Well equipped. Purely. Warm. Nice view from the terrace. 4 ski resorts can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The hosts were very nice and discreet.

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté, prostorné a je velice blízko zastávky na skibus (5 min chůze). Pouze dvě zastávky od nejbližší lanovky. Je možnost si dokoupit snídaně, ale nevyužili jsme. V hotelu je moc pěkná sauna v ceně, lyžárna a velké parkoviště, takže ideální. Pouze bych vytknula drobnosti a to vybavení kuchyně. Nejsou k dispozici cedník na testoviny, nože, konvice na čaj/kávu, misky, vývrtka, poklice na hrnce, mikrovlnka, mrazák, myčka apod.

Merveilleux séjour d’une semaine ❄️😎 Le logement d'Evelyn, magnifiquement situé sur le versant ensoleillé du Kirchberg. Sur la terrasse spacieuse, il y a une vue magnifique vue sur les montagnes de Kitzbühel et le beau village de Kirchberg. L'appartement est très spacieux et assez bien équipé. (Manque peut être un four à micro-ondes) Evelyn nous a gentiment accueilli et a été à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous nous sommes très vite senti chez nous. Le logement est donc fortement recommandé si vous voulez passer des vacances de rêve. Merci à la famille Binder et plus particulièrement à Evelyn. 😘😎🎄

Ina was an incredible host. The place was perfect and very private. Short drive from Kitzbuhel city center. We were there for the world cup ski race and Ina went above and beyond helping us get tickets last second. We have had many visits on AirBnB but Ina was by far the best host we have ever encountered. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very walkable to the village center and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was very large and comfortable with beautiful light and views of the ski slopes. It was actually much larger than we anticipated; having two floors was very Nice. Karl was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying in his apartment!

Appartement is op loopafstand van het dorp en de skiliften (en skischool). De supermarkt is om de hoek. Parkeerplek voor de deur. Het appartement is efficiënt ingericht. De ruimte is niet groot, maar er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Voldoende opbergruimte voor kleding, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de bank is comfortabel (inclusief grote tv, PlayStation etc). Bedden zijn korter dan je gewend bent (zoals ook in de advertentie staat), maar liggen comfortabel. De host is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reactietijd is zeer snel.

What an absolutely unforgettable Christmas stay. We stayed in Beinwell apartment and there was over of room for all 8 of us. The teenagers bunk room was perfect . The place itself was perfect - so clean and with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The ski room with plenty of heaters was a real bonus and the restaurant was far enough away to make it feel completely peaceful on the stay but very helpful as a great place to go for rum hot chocolates after skiing ! We had a great time on the shared toboggans and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing broth fondue Sandra and the team prepared for us. The location is second to none with views right across the mountains and yet just a ten minute walk into picturesque kirchberg. The real highlight of the whole trip though was Sandra and her beautiful family who made us just so unbelievably welcome . There was absolutely nothing they could have done to make us feel more at home. Thank you for an unforgettable stay - we will be back!! X

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer geteilten Sauna + Innen- & Außenwhirpool für die 3 Appartements. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Appartements sind sehr geräumig. Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub mit einem kleinen Skigebiet direkt in Hochfilzen und dem großen Skigebiet Saalbach erreichbar von den umliegenden Orten. Eine Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal!

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum man konnte sich super erholen😍

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Die Lage am Rande des Dorfes war super, direkt gegenüber ein gutes Restaurant und Wanderwege hinauf zum Berg. Dazu war das Zimmer schön und modern eingerichtet und der hauseigene Wellnessbereich einladend und gemütlich.

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Maria war steht’s erreichbar wenn fragen o.ä. hatten und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Es wurde alles dafür getan das wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Immer wieder gerne :)

Wir wurden Herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Wer eine bleibe sucht kann ich nur die dringendsten empfehlen. Groß und geräumig. Die Bilder vom Innenbereich entspricht auch der Beschreibung! Im Ort ist auch alles zu haben ums sich bestens selbst zu verpflegen. Also Daumen hoch!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Andreas war reibungslos und die Lage war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
