Here in Kitzbühel for skiing. Sabine’s place is perfectly located in a quiet area close to a parking lot (if you travel by car). It is also a short walking distance into town and the ski lifts (about 10-15 minutes). However, if you don’t feel like walking with all your ski gears, the bus stop for the ring bus is only a very short distance away. The house itself is clean and spacious. The provided kitchen utensils are sufficient for a quick meal after a long day skiing. The beds are not bad as well, pillows are just a little too flat for my liking but that didn’t bother me. Bathroom is clean and nice! And yes, washer/dryer is not in the unit but it is within the building and you pay 5€ for it BUT, I think it’s reasonable because they provide laundry soap. It’s also a small amount to pay for convenience (at least you don’t have to go out looking for laundromats!). Highly recommend Sabine’s apartment for your trip to Kitzbühel!

Ina was an incredible host. The place was perfect and very private. Short drive from Kitzbuhel city center. We were there for the world cup ski race and Ina went above and beyond helping us get tickets last second. We have had many visits on AirBnB but Ina was by far the best host we have ever encountered. Would definitely stay again.

Het is een prachtig modern appartement. Ruim en voorzien van alle faciliteiten (o.a. wasmachine, oven, vaatwasser, Nespresso koffiezetapparaat etc.). Slaapkamers ruim met voldoende kastruimte. Parkeren in ondergrondse garage makkelijk toegankelijk m.b.v. de lift. In de garage is ook ruimte om je eigen fietsen in een afgesloten ruimte neer te zetten. Appartement ligt op loopafstand van centrum en gondel. Mooi groot terras aan de zonnige kant. Terras is gelegen aan een zijstraat van de hoofdweg, waardoor je helaas de auto's hoort/ziet. We kregen gästekarte waardoor je in de omgeving gratis met het OV kan en korting krijgt op activiteiten.

There were four of us staying here and we enjoyed our stay. The room was tidy, clean, and had everything we needed. The sauna and swimming pool were in fantastic condition and were just what you need after a day of skiing. Additionally, Steve was a very friendly, helpful, and proactive host, and will always answer any questions you may have, as well as give recommendations. The apartment was about a 7/8 min walk to the centre. If you are carrying skies and are in ski boots, then the walk is more like 10/15 mins Similar to the ski lifts. Overall, I highly recommend. It was well worth the price.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het was een fijne plek en van alle gemakken voorzien. Renate kwam nog checken of alles naar ons zin was en gaf ons de nodige tips. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het was een heerlijk ruim appartement, volop ruimte met mijn 3 grote kinderen en partner. De houtkachel stond al aan, dat we het appartement betraden, heerlijk warm. Alles was keurig netjes schoon en alles zat erop en eraan. Heel fijn dat we handdoeken ter beschikking hadden. We misten alleen een lekkere bank, na een dag skiën is dat wel zo relaxed. Het appartement staat midden tussen het skigebied, binnen 10 minuten met de auto naar Kitzbühel of Jochberg, kon ook eventueel met de bus naar de gondel toe. Ik zou zeker weer een keer terugkomen.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We had a lovely week skiing and staying in this apartment. Lots of space and comfortable stylish furniture. We all loved it.

WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Andrea und Gottfried gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, die Lage war für uns perfekt um von dort in mehrere Skigebiete zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, man hat schnell eine Antwort erhalten und auch der ein oder andere Sonderwunsch war kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

The accommodation perfectly matched the description we stayed in 4C. The only thing that surprised us were the stairs, which were a challenge after several days of skiing 😅. The ski room was an added bonus. I have never had such dry and heated ski boots. Just perfect. I would definitely recommend the accommodation. We had a lovely stay.

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Eine super tolle Ferienwohnung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir: 1. Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer 2. Jeder FeWo einen festen Parkplatz zuteilen Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Super gute Kommunikation und eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Danke für alles !!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

An ideal location in Kitzbühel! The main lift and ski rental are just steps away, making holidays with several kids so much easier. There’s even a special ski lesson area for the youngest children just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. With snow-covered mountains framed in the windows, the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Wir suchten eine schöne Unterkunft nahe dem Ski-Gebiet und haben diese bei Dmitri genauso vorgefunden. Dmitri hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und hatte viele Tipps. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
