We had a great stay here with our dog! It was quiet, warm and peaceful, just what we are looking for!

This is such a cute little spot! Host is very kind and super responsive. The space was so clean and welcoming and there was even a large selection of delicious teas to choose from! The views were lovely and put us an easy distance from a Crater lake adventure day! Highly recommend this cozy spot! Thanks Theresa!

There was issues with the toilet backing up but they had it fixed for us within a few hours! As others have said the water quality is definitely well water and probably has some sort of either hydrogen sulfur or organics in it (you can smell the sulfur). But there's an RO machine in the house itself so there was no lack of clean water for brushing teeth or drinking. A bit away from any restaurants but beautiful location

Lots of room and great location. May be tough for a large group with only two showers. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to bring your own knives.

This is a unique property -peaceful and serene - with plenty of room for our large family gathering. The setting is very peaceful and beautiful. Having the kayaks and canoes available to us right by the beautiful clear water stream was a fantastic amenity. The swimming pond for cooling off was also a welcome relief on hot days. There were many trails and ample room to explore the natural surroundings on the property. The commercial kitchen was well stocked and grills on the deck made it easy for us to prepare meals for everyone. we enjoyed time on the deck and watching beautiful sunrises and the night sky. As reported in a previous review, good to bring all the groceries you need if possible as the closest grocery store is 45-50 min. away. Was great location to get to Crater Lake which was spectacular! Greg was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all questions and helpful with suggestions. We would love to return in the future.

Amazing large house right on the lake at the bottom of Klamath Lake. Two large terraces with lots of wildlife to watch. We felt we were staying a movie set house! SUP and kayaks available for free. We used Klamath Falls as a base for Crater Lake which was incredible to see and swim and boat on. Up there with the Grand Canyon in terms of awe inspiring nature.

Stayed one night for an over night ski trip. Perfect location! The staff was very friendly and even gave us welcome cookies for Valentine's Day. During our stay a big snow storm rolled through and the road was fully plowed by the time we were leaving the next morning. The views were amazing and my pup loved watching the snow fall from the window. We will be back!
