The house is amazing. It have a small clean pool where kids can play around, it located in the middle of kampung so you'll have a fresh and clean air, it have a vintage spacious joglo where you can place an additional extra bed if needed or a common place from guest and visitor to hang around. They serve you with delicious breakfast and pack you with a wonderful take away local food. Wonderful.

Pulas is probably the finest villa in all of Jogja—cozy, ultra-modern, and thoughtfully designed with ample space to unwind. It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and a prime, central location, making it both a retreat and a convenience. Truly an oasis. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jogja or seeking a rejuvenating staycation.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights at Aga's place; and we absolutely LOVED it! 💖 The check-in was super easy. The house looked just as advertised. There was a ramp in the parking spot, but we bring a small car so it wasn't an issue. My mother-in-law loved how we were able to walk to Pasar Patuk and Pasar Senen. We also got a chance to visit the famous Pasar Beringharjo and the Malioboro street. On the last day we go to Stasiun Tugu to visit Solo and it was really close. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and families! 👍

besok kl libjran yogya mesti nginep disini kalau rame rame. lokasi sangat strategis tepi jalan raya tp suasana tetap tenang, deket gembiraloka, malioboro.. ugm. tempatnya bersih banget.. wangi. kamar luas, 3 kamar tidur, 4 tempat tidur quenn plus lemari..meja rias.. dna semua ber AC .. Mantab. + 2 kamar mandi, salah satunya ada bathup dan tentunya ada air panas plus dpt handuk 8 pcs dapur bersih... perlegkapan makan juga komplit ++ kulkas besar dan rice cooker ada tv.. ruang tamu luas.. ruang makan dan juga ruang keluarga .. mantab dah bisa buat ngumpul rame rame. ada garasi.. jemuran, bisa cuci mobil, plus disediakan kanebonya.. mantab

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan, rumah besar, bersih dan lengkap fasilitasnya. Kursi, sofa hingga kasur semua nya nyaman. Host ramah dan informatif. Terimakasi !

Nice House, clean, complete fascilities. Near to everything

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this villa. The owner was friendly and gave us a tour. The villa's design is impressive, with a decent view. We didn't mind the shared toilet since it was just us. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the owner provided supplies like Indomie ,coffee and eggs. Being in a village, insects were present, but sprays and devices were available. It's a quiet area, so you need to travel 15 minutes to reach attractions. A rental motorcycle made it easier, and the owner let us use his garage. Our stay was comfortable, with the owner treating us to pizza and croissants. Overall, it's a lovely, peaceful retreat, sharing part of the owner's house. It was a delightful and tranquil experience.

This villa is great for traveller who want to escape from busy city life. Its very calm and natural. You can see great scenery of merapi mountain from the villa. The hospitality from nino's family is the best, thank you for welcoming us. They give us voucher for the next stay. Hope we can meet again someday.

Lovely and unique place in Yogyakarta, perfectly equipped and located for me and my family. Koldo and his team were super helpful and accommodating and were able to check us in early. Breakfast was also great. My family and I had a great stay. Would book again 😊

The outdoor kitchen became my morning coffee ritual spot. 🗻 Beyond Hospitality - A Cultural Bridge She took me buzzing through villages on her motorbike for amazing food especially mie goreng(fried noodles). Our jeep bumped over fields still warm beneath the surface Anyway 120% recommended. Not only amazing villa but also nice people and abundant culture here!!
