Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Klausen

The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week in het huis van Patrick en Nadja gehad. Het is een heerlijk, authentiek en ruim huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime kamers en op een prachtige locatie. Wij waren er een weekje in februari om te gaan skiën in het skigebied Hochzeiger. De bus richting het ski gebied stopt op 100 meter van het huis en brengt je in ongeveer 25 minuten naar de skilift. Perfect dus. Halverwege onze vakantie week hebben we het huis al weer geboekt voor volgend jaar. Een echte aanrader dus!

Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Liegt super, die Aussicht ist Wahnsinn und der Ofen macht alles gemütlich. Ich kann es echt empfehlen, das Dorf und die Region ist schön. Nach einem langen Tag freut man sich nach Hause zu kommen :)

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Loved our stay! The house is cute and comfortable with beautiful panorama type view of mountain ranges in backyard. Perfect location for drive to Lake Garda, but also options locally since we wanted to stay close by (15 min drive) our host recommended Chalet Rocce Rosse Mountain Lodge for delicious food and stunning outdoor terrace/ views. Within a few minutes of Lodge there is a walking area Val Gardena- a perfect relaxing day if you don’t want to drive so much. Also recommend Bar Bufo cute bar 5 min away from house on a little lake/pond Our host Corrado was very kind and accommodating to any questions that came up (even when there was a misunderstanding he was quick to resolve the situation) so we were very pleased. All in we loved our time here!

Super liebe Gastgeber und sehr schönes AirBnb. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt gewesen. Auch mit Hund war das Ganze kein Problem. Wir werden früher oder später zurückkehren.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Silvia, we had a great time, your apartment was as advertised and it we had everything we needed. Walking to the ski lifts was about 19 minutes the help from the rental agency was perfect. So we do advise your apartment to other people . Thank You

The apartment is nicely located on the sunny side of the valley. It was a quick downhill walk to the stores, restaurants, and the Seiser Alm ski lifts. Less quick on the way back up, but nothing to worry about. The Seceda lift is almost next door. We walked, fully geared up, back and forth to both lifts without a problem. The kitchen is a bit small but well stocked.

Irene persona fantastica! Appartamento decisamente bellissimo, pulito e con tutte le comodità che si hanno a casa. Camere spaziose, bagni grandi, spazi adatti ad una gestione ottimale di 6 persone. Posizione molto tranquilla, il torrente che scorre a pochi metri dal balcone crea un sottofondo perfetto per i momenti di relax. Posto auto sotto casa e un magnifico garage per un’altra vettura. Vacanza perfetta, assolutamente da ripetere. Grazie Irene e a presto!!!

Bella casa di montagna, funzionale e pulita. Impianti sciistici a 5 minuti a piedi. Contatto con l’ host facile e veloce. Ci torneremo. Molto consigliata

Per il nostro weekend sulla neve abbiamo deciso di soggiornare presso l’appartamento di Tatiana, e siamo stati veramente contenti. Vicinissimo ai più importanti comprensori di Dolomiti super Ski, situata in una località tranquilla e con vicino supermercati, decisamente comodi per le cene in questa casetta così accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli (tra le lenzuola più morbide di sempre). Tatiana è stata davvero gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Un alloggio che consiglio vivamente e nel quale ci piacerebbe tornare! Grazie Tatiana di cuore.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella chalet gli ultimi giorni di dicembre e i primi di gennaio Casa molto bella e pulita ottima posizione sia per la vista spettacolare che per la vicinanza alle piste Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con un cagnolino di piccola taglia che ha girato nel grande giardino che circonda la casa Jacopo ragazzo disponibile e gentile Speriamo di tornarci presto

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. We had an incredible stay at Anna’s house. We were an extended family of 8 on a ski trip to the Dolomites. We received a generous weekly basket on arrival and the house was amazing - it’s just like the pictures! The kitchen in particular was excellent, perfect for large family dinners. The house is also conveniently located, within walking distance from the gondola in Alleghe. We would be happy to go back!

Villa Gere is an absolutely stunning residence. The amenities are first rate and the house has so much flexibility that our family of ten had loads of space to relax in any number of ways. The sauna and hot tub were hugely popular as was the games room and gym. Our host, Roberto was brilliant, guiding us through the facilities and local amenities and helping us make as much of the house as we needed to; whilst he left us to enjoy the house, he was always responsive to our queries, no matter how minor. In addition, he provided some local produce as gifts which were very well received by everyone. The whole family were thrilled with the house and its facilities and its proximity to the outdoors activities that we were in the area to enjoy. I can’t praise the house and Roberto highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway whatever the season. I have no doubt that we will return in the near future.

We had a wonderful vacation in this luxurious home which is designed with beauty and sophistication. The pool and the backyard peaceful and green. The proximity to the village center makes everything so easy. Claudia , the host, was always attentive. Kaltern is a sweet place. don't miss a swim in Caldaro Lake!
