Lovely apartment in Mitte. Very easy to locate from the main railway station. Well served for useful shops. Supermarket just next door, pharmacy around the corner and post office just down the road. The apartment has everything you need and is well appointed. We walked everywhere as such a central location. Really recommend booking a walking tour to get your bearings and an overview of the history of Berlin. Other top visits for us were the Reichstag, which is free of charge but you must book ahead, the Berlin Philharmonic, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and museum plus the Barberini museum in Potsdam. The latter has a superb collection of impressionist paintings.

The location of this apartment is superb, it’s easy to get around by walking or with the train. The apartment was clean and warm, and the beds were especially comfortable. Whenever we needed something, Uta responded quickly. There’s a lot of storage, so you can stay neat and organized, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you Uta! We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, cozy spot in Kreuzberg—just like the photos. Quick walk to the U-Bahn, plenty of cafes and nightlife nearby, and a helpful host. Perfect home base for exploring Berlin.

Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Highlight und ich kann sie nur jedem Interessenten wärmstens ans Herz legen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, hell sowie grosszügig geschnitten. Der Gastgeber ist aufmerksam, kommunikativ, stets erreichbar und tut alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ein Glückstreffer!

Modern eingerichtetes ,saubers Apartment. Günstige Verkehrsanbindung nach Berlin und Potsdam . Zwei gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Natalie ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Rundum ein sehr empfehlenswertes Paket. Gerne wieder!

To start with, I should mention how Claudia was very friendly and responsive to what we needed and never said no to anything. She took the trip to visit us just to fix a small incident which we had, and we really appreciate that. About the place, it is as described and as the photos showed. What was not in the photos , is the neighborhood which is quite and peaceful and suitable for a family. There was enough rooms and tow bathrooms and hot water all the time. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary things you might need. There was a place to park our car just in front of the house. The backyard looks lovely even though it was covered by snow during our visit, which we liked very much being from a country that never seen something like that. I recommend Claudia place and hopefully if we have another chance, we would go there definitely.

Totally fabulous in every way Beautiful spacious loft apartment Lots of light Super cool ! Perfekt! Anders kann man es gar nicht beschreiben. Das Haus ist ein wahres Schmuckstück in einer ruhigen und waldreichen Gegend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an Regine und Erik.

Die Kommunikation mit Nina war reibungslos und freundlich. Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur schön, sondern auch praktisch gelegen – ideal für Ausflüge nach Potsdam und die Umgebung. Perfekt für alle, die eine entspannte und gut angebundene Unterkunft suchen. Klare Empfehlung!

Eine großartige Unterkunft – perfekt für große Gruppen! Das absolute Highlight war der wunderschöne Wintergarten mit Küche.Die Küchenausstattung war hervorragend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Hubert und seine Frau, die unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend waren. Auch die Sauna war einfach genial und hat das Wochenende perfekt abgerundet. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wie haben mit Freunden, insgesamt 4 Pärchen, ein paar Tage über den Jahreswechsel verbracht und fühlten uns ab Minute 1 sehr wohl. Besonders war die weihnachtliche Dekoration, der Kamin, die Sauna sowie die Ausstattung in der Küche. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ebenso die liebevollen Details im Wohnbereich bis hin zu vorrätig Teelichtern, Spielen ... Katarina ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wir können das Ferienhaus zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

Mirco's apartment is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were visiting from the USA and Mirco was so friendly and helpful. He showed us his beautiful apartment and gave us recommendations of places to visit around the city. The apartment has a very nice outdoor seating area, a spacious bedroom and a beautiful kitchen area. It is on the ground floor, no stairs! It is on the outskirts of the city, so all of the convience with out all the noise and hassle. I highly recommend to any one visiting Berlin!

This condo is beautiful / stunning! Definitely worth the stay. Simon was helpful and accommodating with flexible check in. Great that it comes with car garage parking as well. Just a heads up because it wasn’t super clear in the listing that it is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Also the parking garage can be a little tricky to access in and out on foot, if we weren’t leaving super early in the morning I would have asked Simon for clearer instructions though.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay at Bert’s beautiful apartment - everything was just as the photos. The apartment is convenient for public transport to explore other areas of Berlin which is such an interesting city. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen - teas and coffee etc all provided as well as a stunning roof terrace of the weather is warm! 5 stars

This place was great! Spacious and private, with many restaurants just outside. It felt safe as a solo traveler. He isn't kidding about the stairs, though. So be prepared! The sauna was a great addition! After exploring the city, it was a great way to relax!

We loved our stay at the Carlotta Apartments. It was absolutely perfect for our needs as we were visiting our son who lives in the neighborhood. We also took advantage of all the wonderful offerings at Lotta (the coffee shop downstairs) who also provided exceptional food and service. We will definitely be staying at the Carlotta Apartments again.
