Stayed here with a group of friends and we had the best time! The place was perfect for us and Jay and Vivian were awesome hosts and super accommodating! Highly recommend this peaceful and fun place!

This was great lodging for 5 adults meeting for a ski trip (3 out of 5 days). Peter was helpful, detailed, and responsive. It's clear that he is a very diligent host. Glad we stayed. I would return and recommend others to stay. It's a 3-5 minute walk (1/4mi) to the Timberline Lodge shuttle ($2). You don't need to worry about driving/parking if you ski at Timberline. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans/basic cooking ingredients and spices. We were able to prep good meals without buying basics like spices. Town is small but has plenty to get you by. You can get forgotten items at the general store nearby, but I would recommend making a true grocery run on the way. Queen beds were comfy, bunk beds were better than expected, pull-out couch was decent but not as good as a bed. With the pull-out couch in use, all 5 of us had a bed to ourselves (2 in the bunk bed room, one in each queen room). Hot tub/sauna were solid. Very good activities on days off or after a day of skiing.

A great a family base camp for all things Packwood, Mt Rainier and White Pass. Just minutes to town for restaurants, but the house has a nicely appointed kitchen. The yard is mostly fenced, just missing a gate at the driveway. Was perfect for our two well traveled dogs. We had warm weather and really enjoyed the porch. Tha game room was a real bonus for our teenage son and us to have fun.

Beautiful unit perfectly located for outdoor activities in the area. We found the closest restaurants to be mediocre, but it didn’t matter because the condo was so comfortable and we enjoyed cooking there. Gov Camp is a perfect location to access all the skiing in the area. Look forward to returning!

Lovely open log cabin, with multiple sleeping areas. Hot tub out back and massage chair upstairs were big surprise bonuses that were thoroughly enjoyed.

We really enjoyed this as a home base for a cousin ski week. Our group, two couples and five kids, had plenty of room to spread out while also having the ability to gather together in the common areas. The fireplace warmed us up quickly and it got so toasty that we wound up having to crack a window! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements and basic food items. The main bedroom is massive and accommodated one couple and a kid, with room for another kid if needed. We were able to walk into town (albeit along the highway) for groceries and restaurant options, and there are a couple cute shops too! The hot tub got a lot of use. Finally, the elk and wild turkey came right up to the house, which was so fun!

Mona was sooo incredibly helpful to us! We had a last minute late night need for a place and she made it happen! We had a small hiccup the first night but that also got smoother over quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend staying here or at another property Mona oversees because she did such a nice job helping us!

fantastic place with great views and enough space to move around. the only issue we ran into was as hot as it was this weekend we were not able to get the AC to run in all of the rooms making it a bit hot and muggy in the front areas.
