Very nice stay in one side of Kris and Hal's duplex. This is a great location in Anchorage - walking distance from a nice market/coffee shop, downtown Anchorage with many places to eat and drink, and a short walk to the beautiful coastal trail for walking, biking, skiing. The two of us were very comfortable, felt nicely welcomed by Kris and Hal, and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful apartment with a cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommend this place and location in Anchorage!

Loved the location! Close to downtown Anchorage but a little ways off the road so it felt quiet and peaceful. Very homey on the inside! We only stayed 2 nights but would happily stay here longer next time.

This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Ashleigh was quick to respond to questions and so nice. The house was stocked with so many extra necessities and is great if you’re traveling with children. My daughter loved playing with the toys and games that were provided. We loved that it was an easy 10 minutes into downtown!

this was our second time staying in the last few weeks. we love this place. the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and away from bust roads. has everything we needed for our stay. it's a great family place!!

What a perfect home for a family to stay in Anchorage. We really loved the location with a backyard and across from the playground and coastal path. The house itself is fantastic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay including board games and books and thoughtful extras like a basket of cozy blankets next to the reading chair in the living room, bear spray, and bikes. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and they provided great local advice. We appreciated the clear instructions for arrival and departure. Everything was easy to find and there’s even laundry. We hope to stay here again in our next visit to Anchorage.

Tyler’s place was a perfect place for my friend and I to stay while up from Anchorage to attend the Homesteading Expo! It was clean, warm and the bed allowed for a good nites rest! Perfect space for a great price!

Teals place was clean, centrally located and spacious. It was quiet and everything worked like it was suppose to. When I had a little trouble with the TV she was quick on the solution. We’ll be back up in Anchorage in 6 weeks for anther round of doctors appointments and would definitely like to stay again.

Have booked Joe's place on multiple occasions for several different employees. Always pleased with the stay. Host is always responsive and friendly.

We landed at 12:30 am. I didn’t realize the check in was at 4 pm that day. I messaged Daniel at 1 am, to see if we could check in early so we could sleep for the night. He responded promptly and was super accommodating. The place was spic and span. Kitchen amenities were great. Stocked with coffee, hot cocoa, creamer. Had tourist info pamphlets. Lots of extra towels and blankets in the linen closet. We forgot to get quarters for the clothes dryer. We happened to see Daniel in the hallway and asked if he could make change. He gave us a handful of quarters for free. Not right in downtown, but very conveniently located if you have a car. In a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.

Place super clean very nice.Just like what you saw on the photos. I would 💯 recommend their place to anyone. The location was nice, and quite it wasn't what I expected to be from outside. But the moment I walked in, it made me feel like at home nice, clean, and cozy. If u are looking for a place in Alaska. Check them out.Won't be disappointed!

An absolute favorite of mine! This place is perfect for when I’m staying in Anchorage for work and need to be a walkable distance to downtown. Teresa goes above and beyond for her guests! Her place has everything you could need, and some really amazing additional touches and amenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to be a regular! Teresa is so accommodating and friendly. The heated garage, yoga mats and exercise equipment, fully stocked kitchen and coffee supplies….*chef’s kiss*

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was Dan’s exceptional hospitality. This is an ideal location for playing tourist. It’s close to restaurants and entertainment but also easily accessible to the freeway if you want to head to the mountains. We were very comfy and Grace had everything we needed for a great stay.

What a gem of a property! This home is comfortable, spacious, clean and located in a great spot. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. Host really takes care of her guests with the added comfort of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Highly recommend this location for your anchorage stay.

Had an amazing stay in Anchorage! The living room offered stunning views, and the bed was comfortable and spotless. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, along with great amenities that made my stay even better. I felt safe and truly at ease throughout my time here—highly recommend!

Erica stayed in such great communication throughout my stay and was so helpful with the very few hiccups that came about for the month I was there. I love the location being easy access to places I needed to be while also having a more private feel to the space!
