Had guys out there for a job from Michigan, they enjoyed every bit of the stay from house to location. Very easy communication. Will be staying again!

Johanna’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from town where you don’t feel rushed but close enough to be apart of the life in Anchorage. The amenities she lists are as described. She is the perfect host. She gives you privacy but is also very responsive. It is definitely a home away from home.

Allisons place was so beautiful! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the loons. We were visiting our son who is in the Air Force and it was so nice to spend a few days with him in the peace and quiet. We used the canoe and kayak to go fishing and our son caught a pike. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described, artistic, great location-close to the airport and family friendly. Knowing you built your home is even more special, extremely beautiful!

Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

This beautiful house is only exceeded by the awesome lake and mountain view. 6 of us stayed here for a week and we're more than comfortable. The house has everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, lots of pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. There was plenty of staples too. I highly recommend renting this house you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! Everything was clean. They even had breakfast items left for us. So accommodating! And very close to the airport and restaurants in town.

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was Dan’s exceptional hospitality. He was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We highly recommend this property to future guests - it's a gem! 5 stars ⭐️ for it! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the thoughtful touches made my stay even more special. Loved our weekend in this lakeside cabin. It was perfectly cozy and the view from the lake can't be beat! Perfect for 2-4 people for a weekend getaway. We hope to stay again sometime!

This place was AMAZING. It was comfy & cozy not too far away from Anchorage but definitely secluded to make you feel like you were in Alaska. The lakes are amazing and the Mountain View’s. We will definitely be back!
