Dylan and Suzanne's place was great! They provided clear instructions and promptly responded to my questions and requests. The place was great for my daughter and me to visit the area. The parking is paid for by the day and is about a block away and spots are rented every 24 hours. I'm sure there were other options, but we didn't make the time to research. Overall it was great and we felt safe. The hosts were super responsive to questions and requests. I would recommend their place.

Great get-away stay! Perfect for walking to all things downtown.

The loft is immaculate and within walking distance to all of the wonderful downtown shops and restaurants. We also walked to the Sunsphere and the gorgeous Tennessee Theatre for a show. Would return over and over! Don’t miss out on Jack’s coffee (and plants!) across the street and the rare bookshop almost next door!

Although we were only there for a night, we loved our time at Dylan and Suzanne's. It was spacious and in a great location! We are a family of 5 and we loved having 3 bedrooms for all of us to spread out and have our own space! Definitely would stay again

We had such an amazing stay! The Airbnb is located right in downtown, walkable to so many restaurants and bars. The loft was adorable and we felt right as home. Dylan and Suzanne were amazing hosts!! Definitely would love to come back!

You're not going to find a better location in Knoxville. Right in the heart of downtown and the space is really unique and comfortable. Be ready for some noise at night, but you can't be right downtown and expect it to be quiet.

If I could stay at this loft every time I’m in Knoxville for school, I would. The location is great, the host is very responsive, and the place itself is lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. There are quite a few trains that run at night nearby but I’m from the city, so the noise does not bother me. I love that it’s within walking distance to a lot of good food. It was a great place to stay!

It was great getting instant communication as I had to pivot to a home that was closer for my Goddaughter's TYR Pro Swim meet at UT. Seems the host was reading my mind in what our needs were. This home is beautiful, clean, and in a safe area.. The host was responsive and informative. Will definitely consider this home for future visits.

You can hear your neighbors so if they’re having a good time you’ll hear it. They did put a very loud fan in the room to drown out the noise. Watch out for the metal plates under the poles. I stubbed my toe. Other than that this place was awesome for our wedding at The Mill and Mine!

This place is extra cute and a great springboard to explore all that Knoxville has to offer! The host was also very responsive and helped when I had questions. Worth the trip and worth the price!

Beautiful loft. Love the industrial feel and look. It is indeed directly next to the train tracks as mentioned so you’ll want the noise machines or noise cancelling earplugs if that bothers you. So convenient for down town walking…the “reserved parking space” was taken so we had to pay to park but otherwise everything went smoothly and again, it’s a beautiful space. Super clean.
