Perfectly located near campus and downtown, easy walking distance to some fun and good restaurants/beer gardens, nice and comfortable place to stay, and equipped with everything you need. Only thing to be aware of is that the bedroom on the second floor has limited privacy. You need to walk through it to get to the third floor bedroom. I would stay here again, it would be good for families, and my wife and I would stay here if it was just the two of us.

Nora was a fantastic host for our stay and her Airbnb was perfect for our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Knoxville!

I had a wonderful stay at Beverly’s listing! Everything was just as described! Also, Beverly was super responsive and able to accommodate me last minute when other housing fell through. I can’t recommend her enough!

This place is truly special! Even better in person than what the photos show. Barb has spared no attention to detail. From the towel warmer in the bathroom, to the chilled glasses in the freezer, to the toothbrushes and tiny toothpaste, to the beautiful modern farm decor, …this place is a STAND OUT among any AirBnb locations I’ve been to. Perfect for a quiet getaway! The apartment was fully stocked with everything you might need. Barb was very communicative, friendly, and immediately made us feel welcomed. The surroundings are beautiful! We enjoyed walking around the farm seeing turkeys, horses, and wildlife. The landscape is immaculate. The unit was SPARKLING clean. Furniture, bathroom, linens, floors, walls, …totally clean and look brand new. We arrived late in the evening after moving my son in at UTK. As soon as we walked in the door we felt right at home. I’d give this a 20/10 if I could! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Donna was a wonderful host and everything is just as described. If traveling with a pet, this place is perfect. The door opens up to a smaller fenced in area that is secure and easily accessible for your pet. Beyond that, there is access to the larger fenced in back yard that is great for your pet to get exercise. We were conveniently located close to our son. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and peaceful. The apartment is modern and includes anything one would need. We didn’t cook in the unit but there is a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom is gorgeous and the king bed is very comfortable. There is even an option for you to have your clothes laundered for a small fee, which I thought was very considerate of a host. Great place!

Omari’s place was very clean and the aesthetics of the decor are commendable. Very comfortable and I felt at home. Very responsive. I must say that you will likely hear a couple of trains pass at about 1:50 am and almost 6:00 am but that is beyond her control. Very convenient to highways. Kitchen was adequately equipped as we cook often when booking airbnbs. Great little studio.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We were welcomed with a lovely care package upon arrival and checkout was such a breeze! Great location in town as well!!!!

Very peaceful surroundings. We saw deer (be careful driving). Very pleased with the stay and was convenient location for us.

No garage access would be the only note I’d add! We wanted to throw our bikes in there when not using them!

I enjoyed my stay at Chris and Kelly's residence. I don't have much to say and I think that is a good thing. Everything was in order as any guest would like. They were kind and proactive with communication. I would certainly stay at this location again.

As soon as we walked into the duplex we felt at home and extremely comfortable. The entire space is so cute and colorful while still being very tasteful. We especially enjoyed all the original artwork done by Chad. We highly recommend this space.

Annie’s place was amazing! She was super easy to communicate with and the place is just so cute and beautiful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re back in town :-)!

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

Went to Knoxville for the Big Ears Music Festival and this place was in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the river and bridge. It is a basement apartment in an old building, so it lacks some light and has some of the quirks and noises to be expected. Was a perfect place to stay for our purposes; we would stay again.

Christian had to extend our stay several times and was always responsive and accommodating.

5 Star Hidden Gem! We LOVED Peyton's Closet. The location, the included parking, pet friendly, easy instructions, the attention to detail, super clean...the list goes on. Coffee for the morning, a basket of snacks - everything you need is in this sweet little space. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The hosts were super communicative and friendly. I will check availability every time I come to visit my son at UTK and will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for my mom and I and our dog. Note: We kept our dog with us and found out there is UBER/LYFT with pet which was great not having to find parking everywhere. If you plan to leave your dog bring your crate. This place was perfect for us. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Julie was a fantastic host. Communication was proactive and prompt. The place was very clean and well stocked. The apartment is close to the highway, which you can hear at night, but there’s a white noise machine and ear plugs available in each bedroom to ensure a good nights sleep. The location of the apartment is by Old Town and the Town Square, which has lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and venues a short walk away. I’d highly recommend staying here for a visit to Knoxville.

We stayed 2 nights on road-trip. Didn’t get a chance to see immediate neighborhood. Easy access to sites we wanted to see. Host top notch.

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

We had a great stay! Layout of the house was really cool and everything was clean. The host was responsive and checkout was super simple. Short drive to downtown Knoxville. Definitely a great location and place
