We had a great time at Edward’s place! Great host and wonderful space, with plenty of dishes, towels, spices, coffee and tea, etc. Felt like a home away from home, which I can’t always say for Airbnbs. Edward was also incredibly responsive and friendly—I know the Knoxville area well, but I’m certain Edward would be glad to provide some knowledgeable recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this space, and if the need arises, will 100% stay again.

Great place to stay! It has all the comforts of home and wish very clean. The location is great too. Brenda is a great host. She was very responsive to my questions and needs.

This place is top notch! Tucked away but still close to shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and spotless. The split level layout was perfect for our family stay for the weekend. Matthew and his wife were very responsive and so kind! This place felt like HOME and if ever in Knoxville again, we will be booking here.

The Pleasant House was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for my family. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. It was very cozy inside and out. J and T even went the extra mile to personalize a welcome sign for us! They were helpful and the home was excellent.

So sweet, we also got to talk to the neighbors. Everything was comfortable and clean thank you.

No garage access would be the only note I’d add! We wanted to throw our bikes in there when not using them!

Very clean and spacious. Dark curtains and sound machine made sleeping a breeze! Would stay again.

Annie’s place was amazing! She was super easy to communicate with and the place is just so cute and beautiful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re back in town :-)!

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

WOW, just WOW! We could not believe how beautiful this cabin was. The sunrises and sunsets were just breaktaking. It was so peaceful and everything we were looking for. We will definitely be staying again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent. Cat took care of everything and was very responsive with any questions. The coffee and snacks made us feel at home!

This is our second stay at Phil's place, and just like the time before my family really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived and got settled it, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. The house was neat as a pin and was beautiful decorated with unique works of art. With lots of shops, restaurants and plenty of fun activities to do near by we never ran out of something to do. The host was friendly and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and have to say this is my family's most favorite places to stay.

Pamela was an awesome host! She anticipated our needs upon arrival and made check-in incredibly easy, despite it being late at night. Her directions were clear and easy, and her email responses were always within five minutes. When we arrived inside her basement apartment it was more than we expected, and had clearly been designed to be calm and comfortable. There was a dartboard with darts, several books and games, and an easy to use television system. We highly recommend Pamela and her place.

Stayed five nights. The location was private. The house was clean. The pool and outdoor area was better than a hotel. Highly recommend. We will stay again if we travel to this area in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here while we were in town for a wedding. The house was clean and offered everything we needed. The airbnb host was communicative and welcoming. The location was conveniently located near Lakeshore Park which had several playgrounds for our small children to enjoy. We would book again!

Judi's place was great! Everything you need, including any nice backyard for the pups (they likely will be able to get out through the gate, even if closed, so be careful leaving them unattended). Wi-fi was fast, and the memory foam topper for the pull out couch was great

Beverly’s place was super cute and comfortable, I loved the bed and the location, the hardwood and the eclectic vibe. She’s up the hill from this gorgeous little creek and the woods surrounding gives a sense of comfort and privacy. She’s also an excellent host, we got in a bind because of the weather in Nashville she gave us the option of a flexible checkout which helped immensely. Thank you again Beverly!!!

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay. Donna was a wonderful host and everything is just as described. If traveling with a pet, this place is perfect. The door opens up to a smaller fenced in area that is secure and easily accessible for your pet. Beyond that, there is access to the larger fenced in back yard that is great for your pet to get exercise. We were conveniently located close to our son. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and peaceful. The apartment is modern and includes anything one would need. We didn’t cook in the unit but there is a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom is gorgeous and the king bed is very comfortable. There is even an option for you to have your clothes laundered for a small fee, which I thought was very considerate of a host. Great place!

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

I loved staying at Christie and Katelyn’s place. The house was spacious, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the sunroom was my favorite spot! The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard was perfect for our dogs. I would certainly stay here again!

If I could only use one word to describe this place it would be "Cozy." This property is PERFECT! The decor is straight out of a magazine, all the utensils and appliances were SO NICE! Also, the beds? Phenomenal! Everyone remarked about how much we loved our pillows! I know that sounds weird to mention in a review, but they were that impressive. I need to know where they got them!!! The ceiling fan situation was also super great and easy to use. I want those in every room of my own house now! Checkout was super easy and the instructions were clear. Kim was super friendly and informative, leaving no need for additional questions! Plus, there were a lot of little items to make our stay more comfortable and convenient such as a make-up mirror in the bathroom, nice soaps, easy to find utensils, and comfy throw blankets galore! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. I would go so far to say this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!
