Overall it was an amazing stay! Benjamin was very clear with his procedures and desires for his guests. The house was a fantastic place to stay and lounge for a week of fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second stay at Phil's place, and just like the time before my family really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived and got settled it, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. The house was neat as a pin and was beautiful decorated with unique works of art. With lots of shops, restaurants and plenty of fun activities to do near by we never ran out of something to do. The host was friendly and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and have to say this is my family's most favorite places to stay.

The coop was a wonderful place to rest. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the entire space, everything was well thought out and extremely comfortable. Location was great, less than 30 minutes from several pigeon forge attractions when we felt like going out. Thanks to Lisa who had everything prepared for our stay!

My friend and I very much enjoyed our time at Roberta’s guesthouse. The living space is spacious and relaxing and the kitchenette is well appointed. Though we didn’t take advantage of the pool, that amenity is enough to make me want to book another stay in warmer weather! The house and grounds are beautifully maintained and make for a quiet, tranquil stay at the end of a cul de sac. I also loved Roberta’s communication and hospitality from before check-in through checkout and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Great space! Even though it’s located beneath the host’s living space it was quiet. We enjoyed the lounge pool even with it being 40 degrees outside! My girls stayed out for quite a while splashing around. Clear instructions for everything inside the house. No guessing on how things worked!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Gives off warm & cozy vibes. Shanna was very accommodating for me and my family. She was great to work with! I would 10/10 recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, comfortable home. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were excellent and very clean. Plenty of hot water. Gas Grill was clean and in good order.

Was very accommodating and close our Fanboy event at a really good price. The building was easy to get into, right next to UT campus, and very clean. Christie was a gracious host answering all of our questions before and during our stay, highly recommended.
