We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

Just a great place to stay.

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay, it was about 30-minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The BnB was clean and spacious, while the neighborhood was peaceful.

This was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were in town for a Memorial Service and our relative's home was a 5 minute walk from Brett's. It was an extremely comfortable place to rest - peaceful and quiet. Brett and his Family were wonderful hosts.

Everything about this stay was incredible! The house is perfect for a couples getaway. Lise and Brian are amazing hosts and are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

Amazing location, amazing bunkhouse! Had a great time cooking dinner and making s'mores around the fire pit. Nice secluded area, but close to any type of hiking you want to do (there is literally a trail right on the property). Would definitely (and have briefly discussed already) come back again!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

This cottage is special. There is a beautiful, peaceful feeling about. The hosts go above and beyond with warm hospitality I would highly recommend it. The only draw back are the very steep stairs to the loft which would prohibit many adults from using it. The loft is fine for kids.

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Super private location and peaceful place to stay away from the crowds.!

Cooper’s Nest is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Pam and Jon’s place is lovely, so well designed and decorated. The details were perfect, fresh flowers, handmade soap! The location is great, close to Maryville and a decent distant from Smokey Mountains sights. There are so many windows, open them and enjoy the fresh air! Pam and Jon were so kind and personable, available if needed and lovely to speak with. I’m looking forward to a future stay!

This being my first experience with Airbnb I was nervous of the unknowns. My nerves were calmed immediately upon meeting and talking with Mandee. Amazing experience! Friendly, helpful, communicative. The rental was better than any hotel could be. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants to visit Knoxville Tn.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und Wolfgang ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig, dabei ist sie sehr zentral gelegen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Ich war 2 Wochen dort und habe mich zu jeder zeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt: 5 Sterne! Würde ich empfehlen.
