Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

Had a one night stay here whilst visiting Manchester. Really easy to find and great location as it’s right next to the city. House was spotless and the beds were really comfy. Host was really easy to get in touch with and responded fast . Would definitely recommend or stay again.

The apartment was on the ground floor and perfect for anyone with mobility issues like my Mum. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely clean bedding and fluffy towels. Can certainly recommend it and if we are in the area again would stay again.

Lovely house, nice central location, would definitely stay again

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and relaxed in the cottage. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a great shower with plenty of hot water, the beds were very comfortable. We were able to park the car directly outside the front door and Martin left the parking permit for us in the front room. The cottage is situated just a few minutes walk from the main town centre which allowed us easy access to the shops and restaurants. I would like to stay again in the future.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! Lovely place to stay, great location and all amenities provided. Lovely welcome pack too. Loved having a garden for our dogs so they could venture out quite easily but still be safe. Gary & Coleen have clearly put a lot of effort into providing a lovely serine place to stay. It’s a bit top end price wise but totally worth it and all the best bits of Southport are close by. Will definitely be returning.

James’s place was an exceptional stay from start to finish. The interior is beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and spacious feel that immediately puts you at ease. The location strikes a perfect balance—quiet and serene, yet conveniently close to restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. James himself was a standout host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay- super host! I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

J'ai passé un super séjour dans cet appartement, à deux pas du stade OLD TRAFFORD, mais aussi du tramway. Facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport, à cinq minutes du centre-ville, l'emplacement est super. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs, l'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Bref, je recommande !

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't ask for better host❤️It's a beautiful flat with huge attention to details and small personal touches were super cute😊It's a great location and wee balcony was my personal favourite! Warren is awesome and never met another host who cared so much about their guests.Honestly couldn't fault it and will book again next time I'm in Manchester Massive thank you once again for making us feel so welcome❤️❤️
