We had a great stay in this apartment. Everything went smoothly and the apartment was clean. It is not on the beach though, so you need to always take a taxi to go to the beach. We knew that when we did the booking and did not mind. There was a very nice rooftop restaurant in the complex with great views.

Room is huge, with a large tv and balcony. Location is perfect, near dive schools and with lots of restaurants nearby. The host is kind enough to also rent us a scooter which made travelling around a breeze.

We had such an incredible time, absolutely perfect for remote working with very reliable internet and many places to work across the complex. If we come back to Koh Lanta we will 100% be staying back here, very convenient, great food, great staff and the hosts were incredibly helpful with arranging ick up and drop offs even with our flight delays. We loved staying at Malee highlands. It was perfect for our 4 week stay with our family. Felt like home away from home, staff were lovely and apartment complex had fantastic infrastructure. Restaurant, pools, spa, cafe and free taxi shuttle all super useful while staying on the island. Beautiful sunsets and great views!

Second time at Malee Highlands and the apartment with pool was even nicer and more comfortable than the first time. And we were absolutely satisfied and happy there too. Great accommodation with the best amenity for the whole family! The adult pool is relaxing and the kids pool are fun for the kids. They have a restaurant on site and a mini mart in the office. We rented our scooters from the office which made things very convenient for us. The onsite drivers are very friendly and would take us to places but we have to get our own transport going back which is completely okay because the tuktuk and taxi are super cheap anyway. The taxi can go all the way up but the tuktuk can’t, so bear that in mind in case you’re hauling a lot of grocery items. There’s tons of restaurants, cafe and massage place in the area. Can’t wait to go back

It's comfortable, clean, peaceful small bungalow house with big terrace space. Close to lovely small beach (walking distance). The furniture and amenities are getting old a little bit but they are well maintained so function correctly. A lot of seasonings are prepared for cooking. Nick and Sita are very kind and helpful hosts. You will get many cat friends. Recommended! 가성비 좋습니다. 잘 지어진 집이라 틈이 없고, 방충망 다 있어서 ㅂ레가 거의 안들어 오는 편 이나 일층짜리고 정원에 있다보니 열대 바ㅋ벌ㄹ 가 한달간 두번 들어왔습니다.

I stayed here for a month and it was wonderful from start to finish! Nick and Sita went over and above to ensure I always had everything I needed and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. It’s only a five-minute walk to Beautiful Beach (also known as Secret Beach), which is a huge asset! Regular cleaning is provided. The apartment is on a small compound that Nick has made a lot of effort to make look very beautiful and functional - lots of trees, big lawn, a couple of sunbeds, clear trash disposal system and a gym! Also a small office set-up in case you need to ask about day trips or recommendations of any kind. I feel like some Airbnb hosts only focus on maintaining profit margins but Nick and his team clearly really care about creating a wonderful space that is a joy to be in. So you can rest assured that if you stay here the hosts genuinely care about ensuring you have a really enjoyable stay. Thank you, Nick and Sita, once again for everything! I’m truly so grateful! 💫

Quel bel endroit! La villa est conforme aux photos, malgré que le tapis et le fauteuil auraient besoin d’un nettoyage. La villa est situé à proximité de la plage, à proximité des restos, du 7 eleven et d’une buanderie. Mme Dang qui était notre contact était très réactive pour nos demandes et aussi elle nous a donné de bons conseils. La cuisine est bien équipée, les lits confortables, les air conditionné fonctionnaient bien. On s’est senti comme à la maison. J’ai apprécié la construction de la villa sur pilotis ce qui permet d’éloigner les moustiques et autres surprises. Le patio est très agréable. La verdure et les fleurs permettent d’avoir une intimité avec les autres villas. C’est propre. Que des bons mots pour cet endroit, nous y reviendront c’est certain. Nous vous la recommandons sans hésiter.

Stefans villa was wonderful ! From beginning to end, we enjoyed our week there very much. Very quiet area, walk to the beach, private but walkable to everything you'd need. It was spotless inside and have everything we needed. My only comment is how firm the beds are but I feel that's a Thailand thing because all the beds we've had here have been similar. We love Koh Lanta and will be back!
