Such an amazing stay, we loved it so much that we asked to stay another night. Very close to everything but still quiet. The hosts responded immediately every time, and were incredibly sweet, thoughtful and helpful! The shower was awesome, great water pressure and heating and that’s a rare occurrence around the islands. ☺️ + Cute decoration!

Great stay! Really cool place and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, the beach, etc. We loved the rooftop hangout spot, especially good on a couple rainy afternoons we had!

Die Villa war sehr schön, zu Fuß ist man in 10 min am Strand. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos und das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sehr sauber. Becky hat uns sehr geholfen Aktivitäten und Transporte zu buchen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Diese Villa ist ein Traum! Wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar, die Unterkunft ist klasse! Vor Ort haben wir super Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is breathtaking - day and night. We loved watching the stars. Communication was excellent and very convenient with pick up from pier and scooter rental 😊 we also enjoyed several of the recommendations we got from the host! We would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Quite literally the best view I’ve ever witnessed from an air bnb. If you are visiting Koh Tao I would strongly suggest you pick Phin’s listing!! Taxi is organised to pick you up from the pier to the apartment, super responsive host and very clean. When I’m coming back to Koh Tao I’m 100% staying here again and I have already sent this listing to a friend in Thailand to visit themselves. If this listing is free during your trip, it’s a no brainer to stay here

Everything amazing! I would soooo recommend this place. Everything you need, perfect location and lovely host. Would definitely recommend renting bikes to get round the island. But Alf was great and was able to book us a taxi on the last day! A 5-10 minute walk to the beach - quite an uphill walk back however!

The hosts went above and beyond, booking our bikes for us, meeting us at the shop, and even ensuring we got back home safely. They were incredibly responsive, always available to help with anything that came up. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was unmatched—by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Thailand. What truly stood out was their attention to detail. The house had everything you could possibly need, from a first aid kit and mosquito repellent to flashlights and a comprehensive list of restaurants, takeout options, and local recommendations. Since I’m not very experienced with riding a bike and Koh Tao has a lot of steep hills (including the one leading to the house), I had some concerns before booking. The hosts took the time to make sure I would be safe before confirming the reservation, which I really appreciated. They also arranged a daily boat tour on the last minute which was really nice. thank you guys for the hospitality!

Ein absolut grossartiger Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Philipp, unser Gastgeber, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns da. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat all unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Möglichkeit, direkt beim Gastgeber Roller oder Autos zu einem fairen Preis zu mieten super praktisch und unkompliziert! The place was great for my short stay, located in a decent area surrounded by bamboo trees. A few things to note: The kitchen and bathroom (bathroom does have a door) are connected to the terrace and open to the outdoors. The only fully enclosed, air-conditioned space is the bedroom, which is also the only part of the apartment that locks. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Incredible house, clean, spacious and incredible view. Cannot recommend the place and hosts enough! You will definitely need a scooter to get around but you’ll need one for most places here. We loved it!

This is a great stay at a reasonable price. There's a great view from the deck. The pool is deep and refreshing. Aircon worked great. Everything was as described. The caretaker Lin is fantastic. He is always very responsive and knows a lot about a lot. They had 2 nice scooters waiting and ready for us on arrival. I'd say scooters are a must at this location, although I'm sure Lin could seamlessly set up a taxi for you at your request. This place splits the distance difference between Ao Leuk and Tanote beaches which in my opinion area the best beaches. Great snorkeling and nice beaches and bars/restaurants over looking that clear blue water. Sairee and Mae Haad beaches are less than 10 minutes from the Koh Tao Studios where there's many restaurants, bars and shops. Peaceful place where all you hear is the sounds of geckos and kingfishers. Can't wait to come back.

Wow this place is so beautiful and the host Raine was absolutely incredible! We felt completely spoilt and looked after. It was an absolute 10/10 experience and I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend.

Probably one of the best airbnb we have ever been to. For sure it has the best view: the pictures in airbnb do not reflect how beautiful the place is. We also both worked. The internet worked perfectly all the time, we made video calls all day without any issue. Also, they warned us that there might be noise from the construction sites around there. We can confirm that we didnt hear anything for the entire stay. Watcharin helped us with everything needed (bike, atm..). We stayed there a month, and we really enjoyed it. Pool is also very nice.
