Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

This was my third time at this place and I consider it as my second home! I love everything about it. Ike is just a lovely host and made sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive and answered quickly on my messages. Can absolutely recommend this place although I really would like to keep it to myself!

Sébastien ist extrem aufmerksam, kümmert sich um alles,und macht sehr gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge, Essen und Taxifahrten! Der Strand ist super und überhaupt nicht überlaufen! Quasi Geheimtipp! Der Aufenthalt hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

We had a great stay at Eden Villas. Our family of 5 stayed with our friends, also a family of 5, and the villa had plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are spacious, and the outdoor area around the pool is great with beautiful views. The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful section of Krabi, but it was still very convenient to everything we wanted to do. There are also some great cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minutes drive. Lee and Sati are great hosts. Very responsive both prior to and during our stay.

It was a very nice stay. Communication was excellent, and Ilja is a great host. Everything was exactly as described. Just note that electricity is charged separately. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. Thank you!

Wow, photos dont do this place justice. The moment we walked in I felt at home. The house is super clean and modern. I loved the location. I actually loved everything thing about this place. Honestly I would give this home an 11/10. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again

We've just returned a 6 week stay in Tree Tops. This was a return visit as we enjoyed our trip so much last year We weren't disappointed. It's a great house in a superb location. Michael is an excellent host who has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Unfortunately my husband was taken ill during the holiday and was admitted to hospital. Michael helped with advice and support during an anxious time. He helped with phone calls, making contact with various agencies. Without his help and advice I doubt I could have handled the situation. His calm approach was such a blessing Before we came home, Michael arranged a session at an amazing spa for me. It was just what the doctor ordered. Words can not express enough how grateful we both are for his kindness

Phag was a great host. Great communication and greeted us upon arrival. A great location for exploring Phuket Old Town, all very Walkable. The flat clean and as per pictures. Recommend for a short stay.

My Stay At Pk's place was perfect. It was uneventful and calm, just like it should be. Pk and Lynn are great responsible hosts. I will be back! Cape Panwa is a beautiful place. The balcony has a partial sea view, perfect for watching the sunset. I recommend renting a scooter (ONLY if you have experience with two-wheelers) Distance from the Main Centre is around 35 Mins which is perfect for a peaceful stay.

Great location. Quiet little spot on the beach. Very nice place to get away from the crowds. Having a car will make it easier to get around. But I was able to call a grab to get around and had no issues. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place makes you feel like you are at your own place, it is in a great location, surrounded by all simple amenities, restaurants, and massage places. Access to the sea is so easy. We wish we come back soon.

Lovely place. We felt at home right away and it was a very comfortable stay. The place itslef is very clean and has everything that you might need for a short or long stay. Also we loved various plants and trees on the territory, they are soo beautiful. Kathrin was flexible for check in and out time and very responsive for any questions. Highly recommend!

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

Piękne miejsce, super basen, plaża czysta . Bardzo daleko do centrum i miejsc rozrywkowych.Dobre miejsce wypadowe jeżeli ktoś tak jak my chcemy zwiedzić całe Phuket ale samochodem. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny w wynajęciu transportu. Dom dobrze wyposażony ale faktycznie w jednej z sypialni okropnie śmierdzi z łazienki. I nie jest to nowy obiekt. Jak się okazało później w tej cenie można wynająć bardziej luksusowe i nowsze domy. Największy plus za basen i położenie przy samym morzu.

Great, spacious apartment. The beach is very close and easy to reach. A supermarket is nearby. I only missed a café with good coffee, but there are many construction projects in the area, so perhaps one will open in the near future.

Host is very polite. It was worth staying, It is 2 min walk to central festival. Suil is very responsive and replies very promptly Every was well managed before check in It was our home for 8 days.

Очень понравилась квартира. Есть всё необходимое, бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Очень понравился бассейн и зона отдыха на 8 этаже. Также есть стоянка для транспорта. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, приятно было с ним контактировать. Вопросов по квартире нет никаких, только приятные воспоминания, мы прожили здесь месяц и теперь даже немного скучаем 🥲 Спасибо, мы отлично провели здесь время.

The condo is new built. The facilities are included gym, swimming pools and common rest areas under trees. It is comfy and feels like home in the apt. If you driving to check in, it has to do the early registration. When I was checked in, due to long queue of cars getting in, I was able to get in easily without an ask for security. The home keys are easy to attain in the mail box of lobby. The parking is spacious. Parking lot is quite near to the lift for me to check in the apt. It’s few footsteps. The apt is clean and equipped new furnitures. However it is recommended for more toilet papers and kitchen paper. The TV remote was out of battery, so I didn’t enjoy TV with Netflix. The door lock was a bit malfunctioned, it needed a harder push for door locked. When I told the host, he is responsive to send staff to check the door lock, it’s warmed. It is close to Phuket town, a lot of good restaurants out there. Overall, the apt is recommended to stay for weeks.

Overall it's exactly what I expected it to be. No surprises which is very important for an airbnb experience. One negative thing that stood out is potential fatal danger if you stay there with small kids. The rails of hallway outside of the unit right in front of elevator got very big gaps that people or kids up to 30 kg who aren't careful can easily get through the gaps and fall off. When coming home or leaving home adults must always be vigilant and keep the kids close and away from potential disaster. Please bring this up to management of the building and close those dangerous fatal gaps

nice apartments, as described. very clean and spacious. washing machine was a great addition, especially for anyone travelling for an extended period of time. nice swimming pool. (is a communal pool with other residents and other hotel companies in the same building complex, but not crowded despite the lack of seating area) very easy check in/out. messaging service/ chat and videos provided made it really easy to get access to the apartment would stay again if in the area

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Communication was very quick, informative and welcoming. The location was exactly what we were looking for: quiet and relaxed with enough food options for a few days plus the beach is simply beautiful. Would definitely recommend, especially when traveling with children.
