A nice and tidy place to base our selves while we explored Osaka and visited Universal Studios. A 10 minute walk to the train station and then we were able to get anywhere. The apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. There is a convenient supermarket down stairs below the apartment for food and anything else you might need. A lovely stay thankyou.

非常温馨的住房，闹中取静的不错选择。与房东的沟通顺利，非常贴心的准备了宝宝的用品。 周围有很多洗衣店，便利店也是24小时的。

첫 일본 여행에서 선택한 숙소인데 너무 청결하고 내부가 깔끔했어요. 여유공간도 많아서 캐리어 펴고 생활했고 원룸같은 느낌이라 여행객이 주로 묵는 데와는 거리가 있습니다. 욕실이 너무 좋아서 입욕도 많이 했어요. 다만 한국과 다르게 집이 좀 춥다는 점은 감안하셔야 될 것 같아요!

A retro feel with modern perks (projector and washing machine). Walking distance to Dotonbori and the new station was a huge plus. A small shout out to the Chinese kiosk downstairs who provides hot snacks till late.

The location is good, easy to go to the train station. There is a storage area for us to keep our luggage before check in which is convenient and useful for us. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped and matches the description and photos on Airbnb. We can open two big luggage and do packing easily. My 4 yo son has enjoyed watching YouTube videos with the big projecting screen. It’s worth to stay.

Really great place to stay in Osaka, very central to main attractions in the city. Also very close to trains etc.

梅田や難波へのアクセスがしやすい立地でありながらも、宿の周辺はとても静かでゆっくり滞在を楽しむことができました。 最寄り駅前にショッピングモールがあるので、宿に戻るついでに買い出しができたのもありがたかったです。 ホストの方は返信が早く、スムーズにやり取りができたのもとても助かりました！

We had a great time at Akiko’s place! The apartment was spotless and all of the amenities were amazing. Everything in the apartment had clear instructions to operate and Akiko was extremely responsive during our entire stay -she even let us check in early! Would definitely stay again :)

Asa’s place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at during my time in Japan. Instructions were clear for how to get in and do check-in, the location was great, and the place was super cozy. We even decided to stay in one night just to enjoy the Airbnb more!

Location is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I requested to arrange van to the airport after check out. They afforded their time to get the vans to accommodate all luggage and our group of 12. I am very appreciated them.

We had an absolute blast staying here! Yuniko-San was extremely responsive and accommodating to us during our stay and even went out of her way to give us food recommendations. The location was also great, with it being just a 5min walk away from Taisho station, as well as being surrounded with many great eateries.

great size and location. neighborhood noise and street is a bit loud and whoever runs the upstairs unit has no control over how loud thier guests are. we had some incredibly inconsiderate upstairs neighbors stomping and screaming until 3am consistently.

房屋位置非常好，无论是搭乘铁路还是公交都很方便，周围环境非常住家，是我喜欢的当地居民区。周围有很多便利店以及咖啡馆和餐厅，我想下一次来京都还会选择这里

大人数でも全員で楽しく泊まれました！ ベットが12個ある点がとても良かったです！2段ベットというのもワクワク感があって良かったです！とても清潔でした！

Ted was extremely helpful and responsive during the check-in process. The check-in documents include everything you need to know to work the systems in the house and even came with helpful recommendations for restaurants for food/drinks. The place was clean and gorgeous with plenty of space for 5+ people. One of my favorite places I stayed at during my time in Japan.

Very nice overall, just a bit unusual that the baby cot is provided for a fee, despite being shown as an amenity of the apartment.

Great place with free shuttle from RESI stay reception to your hotel/house (one way only)

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
