superbe appartement, avec des services très appréciables (fitness et piscine enfants au 7eme étage, piscine rooftop superbe avec vue magnifique sur la Lotus tower. grand appartement luxueux au 28eme étage... Savon, notre interlocuteur sur place très réactif et amical. seule petite remarque: il faudrait 2 cartes et 2 clés (nécessaire dès que vous voulez prendre l'ascenseur!) car quand vous êtes plusieurs et que tout le monde ne fait pas la même chose c'est un peu pénible. on entends un peu les bruits de la circulation en bas le matin. sinon logement TOP!

Mahesha has a beautiful apartment. It was a pleasure to spend three weeks there. I would like to say that it was a great vacation in a beautiful beach with a swimming pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful scenery and a very safe and peaceful environment. I enjoyed a peaceful week at Faazil's apartment. It's very spacious, clean and offers good facilities for self catering... having use of a washing machine and oven was much appreciated. The bedroom is quiet and bed comfortable. ACs are installed throughout the apartment. It was nice to have house plants and good natural light. The location is great for strolling to Galle Face Green. Many thanks to Faazil for easy communication, hassle free check in and flexible check in-out times.

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

Danke an Harsha und Familie. Sie haben uns gut umsorgt und das Appartement war sauber und perfekt für 2 Personen. Bei der Ruhe dort haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, trotzdem nur 10 Minuten zum Strand! Gerne wieder!

Ces premières nuits au Sri Lanka passées chez Mallika ont été incroyables d’apprentissage et d’informations. Mallika est une merveilleuse personne, attentive mais discrète. Pas besoin de chercher un restaurant, elle est aussi une formidable cuisinière. Quant à son fils Randeer, il pourra vous conduire où vous voulez et venir vous chercher à l’arrivée à l’aéroport même en pleine nuit. Bon massage dans la rue, la plage à 200 mètres. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain 🙏🏼😍

Highly recommended and will stay again. Host, Arosha is super responsive and the place is clean and neat. All the amenities ara available and food courts and keels super market is located within a 50m radius.

We had a fantastic stay! Dilini is such a kind and sunny person—her warm welcome and gorgeous smile truly reflect the hospitality of Sri Lankan people. The accommodation itself is excellent—very new, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. The water pressure was great, the fans and AC kept us comfortable, and the kitchen, fridge, and bathroom with hot water were all in top condition. The beds were also very comfortable, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing. What stood out most was the hospitality and patience of our wonderful hosts. Despite our late arrival, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. The location was peaceful at night, ensuring a restful sleep, and there was plenty of parking space. We absolutely loved our stay and would return any day. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at Ashan’s place. Everything was exactly as described. It was a lovely place. Ashan was really helpful. Highly recommended to anyone as I was there with my daughter and we felt safe and cosy all the time. Looking forward to come back again in our next visit.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Shilpi is a wonderful host. Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, she had everything set up for our check-in and was very active in responding to my queries.. The apartment is beautiful, very peaceful and is equipped with the basic necessities. The terrace opens to a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will consider this place during our next visits. Thanks!

The apartment was nice and cosy. Had lovely views of the city and the sea. Located in a safe area with security at the ground level. Lots of amenities within walking distance or a short tuk ride away. Ahmed and Shaira are also sweet and very responsive hosts. They personally came to check us in and out. They even have a little guide with recommendations for tourists. No regrets staying in Alfred Fern. Definitely will go back again on our next trip to Colombo!

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Vi skulle bruge lejligheden til overnatning inden hjemrejse. Hvilket den var rigtig fin til. Dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen, vores husvært var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxa. Smuk udsigt, gode spisesteder i nærheden.

Altaf is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Anything extra we needed, he saw to it that we got. He is extremely responsive on text. This is a comfortable two bedroom property. The furniture is all brand new and all the appliances are brand new. Bathroom fittings etc are all brand new too. It is a perfect air bnb property as Altaf only stays there on the rare occasion so it is neat, modern and uncluttered with personal stuff. Agree, the pictures don't do it full justice. Plenty of storage for suitcases clothes. Excellent wifi (we used this a lot!!) and the TV comes with Netflix. The building itself is quiet in that there aren't many other residents yet so often we had the pool and the gym to ourselves. We ordered Uber Eats many times and they only got lost once. Lots of security and there is a person at reception to collect deliveries. MUST check out the roof which is available for booking. Massive kitchen and private party area (indoor and outdoor space). Incredible view. Location will be good once the Cinnamon Life Mall etc is built. Partial view of the sea from the balcony. Good sized balcony with enough space for four chairs and a table. The only thing is it is a low floor, and there was a lot of construction noise from the approach road that is being built. However, this is almost done and shouldn't be a problem in the near future. Overall we had an excellent month long stay and I can highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Altaf for going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and for being so responsive. Excellent price point too.
