A really lovely place to stay near Prague, and Pavla is an extremely helpful and gracious host. As described and the photos accurately depict the house. As some others have mentioned, there is an issue with a smell from the pipework near the boiler and in bathrooms, but we found that got better after a while (either we got used to it or regular use of the water meant that the smell lessened). This is probably worth noting if you are sensitive to smells. Aside from that, the place is extremely clean, warm (it was 0°C outside during our stay) and the kitchen has modern well-functioning appliances. Thanks Pavla!

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt, vymazlená chaloupka do nejmenších detailů, absolutní balzám pro moji duši, i duši mých kamarádek, byly jsme naprosto uchvácené. Krásné, čisté, harmonické, klid a pohoda uvnitř i na dvorečku. Paní majitelka i paní správkyně milé a komunikativní. Pobyt jsme si opravdu moc krásně užily. Děkuji a všem doporučuji ❤️

Alles, wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist alt, was man bei einer Buchung berücksichtigen muss. Dafür liegt es fantastisch an einem schönen See, mit schöner Wiese zum spielen. Alles, was man benötigt, wie Bad, Dusche, WC funktioniert. Wir waren mitten im Winter da und die Heizung und die Kaminöfen sorgten für heimelige Wärme.

Super für einen kurzen Urlaub. Gastgeber waren freundlich und nett. Die Schlafzimmer waren super sauber sowie die Küche, die Unterwäsche und die Handtücher. Die Terrasse konnte sauberer sein. Draußen beim Pool gab es nur ein kleines Licht. Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Im Allgemeinen war es einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Am letzten Tag hat der Ofen nicht funktioniert, dann haben sie sogar unsere Pizzen in Ihrer Küche für uns gebacken. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this chalet near Stříbrná Skalice! The location is perfect for discovering all the surrounding places where the game Kingdom Come is set. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking, and we really enjoyed evenings by the grill. The hot tub with a view was the cherry on top — such a great way to relax after exploring the surroundings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

We celebrated New Year with friends in this house. We liked everything very much, it was clean, warm and comfortable 🥰

Nataliya's place was clean, easy to access, and a comfortable stay. She had great recommendations for us and was very friendly.

Відпочивав з родиною в даному помешканні вже не перший раз. Господар привітний, завжди готовий допомогти з будь яких питань щодо своєї оселі. Помешкання знаходиться в гарному місці, де є вся необхідна інфраструктура досить близько. Помешкання досить комфортне та чисте. Вдячний господарю. Рекомендую.

The best accommodation I have ever experienced. David and his family guided us how to check-in and out in clear and friendly way. Their kitchen utensils are immaculate and basic spices are provided which we didn't expect. You will not regret your choice to stay here.

Really nice flat, exactly like the picture in the centre of the town, we are gonna back for sure. Thomas was really kind and ready for help me with info and other need.

Jana is a top host :) very friendly and her apartment was very comfy I spent a very good week here in Podebrady. I recommend 👍

AWESOME AirBnB. Loved Vincent’s place. Felt like we were in a medieval castle. Right next to a bar but you can’t hear any noise and we didn’t come across anyone. Very nice touches throughout and plenty of tourist guidance provided by Vincent through pamphlets and other information. No washer but that was already specified. I washed by hand and clothes dried when hung up to dry. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to inclement weather. So sorry to leave this wonderful place.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden , eine schöne Unterkunft mit sehr attraktiver Umgebung und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a útulné. Cítily jsme se tam jak doma. Paní velmi milá, pohotová. Nemůžeme nic vytknout. Doporučujeme.

Приємне спілкування з господарем, дуже чиста квартира у центрі міста, прекрасне розташування!

Velmi příjemné ubytování. Byt je zařízen účelně a přitom útulně. Co bych vyzdvihla je komunikace s majitelem/spoluhostitelkou - nesla se v milém, vstřícném duchu, odpovídali velmi rychle. Ubytování se nachází na půl cesty mezi hlavním nádražím a centrem Kutné Hory. Obchody jsou doslova u domu, do centra si člověk 2 km dojde, ale s tím jsme počítaly. Čtvrť byla večer klidná. Příště se znovu rády ubytujeme zde.

Pobyt byl super, hostitel odepisuje téměř okamžitě, nic nebyl problém včetně dalšího parkovacího stani. Hostitel se zajímal, zda je vše podle našich představ. Mohu jedině doporučit.
