Title: Wonderful Stay! Review: We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place. From start to finish, everything was great. The communication with Lynn was smooth and prompt, making everything hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautiful , providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, what I loved most was that the apartment had 24/7 security , a super market , Sauna and a Gym with in the premises , Quality shopping centre was with in 5 mins and had beautiful shops , cafes and restaurants . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. I will miss my morning walks in the hills of beautiful Lubowa. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Sharon and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back.

My family and I had an incredible time in this beautiful home! We created wonderful memories that we’ll cherish forever. Carolyn and Junior were exceptionally helpful and flexible, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property caretakers were also fantastic. Our adult children and grandchildren absolutely loved the swimming pool—it was the highlight of their trip! The location was very private, safe, and quiet, providing the perfect retreat for our family. I can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Uganda. We had a wonderful stay at Khadija’s oasis of comfort! The accommodation is very easy to reach from the city center and offers direct shopping options, as well as a safe environment. We really enjoyed our time there – the small pool was definitely a highlight! Everything was exactly as described, and Khadija was an excellent host. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the amazing time!

A perfect 2 weeks. This property is truly beautiful. I was close to tears when we were leaving… my children actually cried! We all fell in love with this home from the minute we entered the gates. It’s truly breathtaking. I asked my wife to describe the house in 3 words & she said “Rustic, Charming, Paradise”. You can tell the owners of this home have put much time, love & thought into this home. The art, the books, the garden…. The view! Sigh…. Just writing this review, I’m smiling with the memories. The house comes with a live in Housekeeper, Halima. She was great, she was so kind and helpful. There’s also a lovely Labrador named Biyance… my youngest child was obsessed with her. She was a very friendly dog. Delia was great with her communication. She was very friendly & helpful. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay! We definitely will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's home,very clean,has a very hospitable care taker by the names of Francis kamya,the place is very secure in a very decent and quiet environment, its close to the main road for easy commute.Francis is always at the gate to open especially when u return from bars and clubs for late night.Just give him a call,he will always open the gate and ensure for ya safety. The home has a very tall huge fence with lights and cameras every where.The home has both electricity and solar power plus a standby generator. Francis can make life a lot easier especially he can ran to the stores to buy u whatever is missing, he can hook up with all the extra services u need to enjoy ya stay,if u are looking for the best place to live with family this home is a perfect fit especially for those on vacation from the diaspora and overseas.

I’ve been a frequent traveler in UG the past 8 years. This is my 4th trip to Uganda in that time. I chose this house for its location near family and friends. It’s nicely situated just south of the Northern Bypass in Kiwatule. Kiwatule is a nice calm suburb and easy access to Ntinda Road and into town. There are shops and restaurants around. The road it’s on is safe and quiet by Ugandan standards. The house itself has all the basics, but by western standards it is basic. It’s clean and well kept by the helpful caretaker who is a female and stays onsite. I stayed here with my son and his aunt and we felt welcome and well cared for. She was helpful at all hours and offered to do housekeeping and laundry for us for a reasonable fee. You will want to bring washcloths and maybe an extra bath towel and dish towels for the kitchen. You’ll need to supply your own TP once the roll you’re given is used up. There are mosquito nets on the bed. But you might want to bring a top sheet if the nice clean duvet is too hot for you. There are no fans. As is common in UG you’ll have to pay for power/electric via a little box on the wall and if you use a lot of gas for the stove (but the fee is very reasonable). There is also WiFi for a fee but I didn’t use it so I can’t say how fast it is. The house is well secured and has a gate and bars on the windows. The neighborhood is nice and one of my favorite places in all Uganda. I would use this house again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Munyonyo, Kampala! The place was absolutely perfect for our family, including our two little kids. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Racheal, our host was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay; and Amos the onsite caretaker is a gem. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful touches in the home, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is a 5-star stay in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Kampala as a family. We would definitely return!

Since this was my 2nd stay this year, i knew what to expect. Nevertheless, there were a few improvements which made my stay even more comfortable.

I had a great long stay at Sophie’s place, which became like home away from home. Sophie was communicative and responsive throughout my stay and timely met all my concerns and requests. The small house is well built and equipped, and resides in a safe and centrally-located convenient location. I highly recommend it!

Sandra's place is great. There is always somebody 24/7 to take care of you. It is small but efficient and clean. It is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. We loved it and will gladly come back. It is worth the money.

We loved staying at Hibiscus House and were very sad to leave. We felt right at home and Joseph was friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and everything worked properly. Joseph was always around when we needed but never obtrusive or in the way and it was lovely to see his friendly face in the morning or end of a long day in Kampala. The garden and outside spaces created are beautiful and peaceful, a little haven amongst the city chaos. Joseph was quick to resolve any issues we had or teach us how to use something like the stove and geysers etc. The house is as advertised with the right rooms and bathrooms etc. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again and hope the opportunity does arise one day.

This wonderful Airbnb is in a serene neighbourhood of Kampala, perfect for escaping city life. The charming exterior, and well-maintained garden, add to the peaceful ambience. The delightful patio, surrounded by lush greenery, was perfect for relaxing with my Kindle and coffee. Inside, the home is beautifully decorated, featuring a cosy living room with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (though I only used the fridge). The spacious bedroom has an incredibly comfortable bed, ensuring restful sleep. The clean, stylish bathroom has all the necessary amenities. A highlight was the fast, reliable WiFi, ideal for work and streaming Disney+. The attention to detail throughout, from thoughtful decor to high-quality linens, was impressive. The host's prompt communication made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, my stay was fantastic with no negatives. This property is perfect for a peaceful, comfortable retreat. Highly recommended!

Capstone is a nice, quiet place. The security is good and we felt safe during daytime and nighttime. We appreciate that Mary provided clean bedsheets and towels for our stay and she responded quickly when assistance was needed. She made us feel at home. The Wi-Fi service was inconsistent in our first week. However, with a simple phone call, it improved in the following weeks. We had a brief water shortage, but it was fixed promptly. Perhaps there could be basins or jerrycans for an emergency water shortage? We would also be willing to mop floors and do our own basic housekeeping if basins or mops were made available to us. The solar inverter worked well in the Capstone lower section. It could work better in our upper section. We need to remember to pack a torch in case of a power outage. Overall, we had a great time and our girls really liked staying at Capstone. It was a perfect spot for our holiday break.
