We had a wonderful time on our trip. The condo was beautiful and the most well stocked air bnb we have ever stayed in. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The location is perfect. We felt comfortable and at home. We would absolutely stay again.

Great stay! Yoko and Rocco have thought of everything, from a full body mirror, clothing line for wet clothes after the beach, filtered water and a big bonus was the beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards for use. It really felt like home. Thanks for a great stay on the big island.

Ruby’s place is a great find. Walkable distance to Kona downtown. The sunset view from the patio was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils and basic condiments that eased our cooking. Beach equipments were an added bonus which made our beach outing more enjoyable. Apart from all these, what stood out the most was clear labels and instructions through the apartment. Overall, we found the place and the host to be amazing.

The place was spotless. I appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and cozy and perfect. I would love to return.

Kathleen's place is an easy walk to restaurants and activities in Kona. The pool area was clean and not crowded when we were there. We utilized the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler that were available.

My husband and I had a great time at the Pineapple Studio, we felt very comfortable and relaxed, it was a great home base for our time in Kona. The studio was clean, Yoko and her husband were super helpful and responsive, the amenities were perfect. It was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend

Alexy is an amazing host and his home is lovely. The description matches every detail in his listing and was a perfect fit for our family of 6. We had 2 meals everyday at the house and never missed any appliance or utensils that we needed. We had a little hiccup the first night but Alexy is very responsive with any issues that arise. We highly recommend his place.

3 nights is not enough! This place was centrally located to explore the northern part of the island and Mauna Kea mountain. A little private jungle all your own. With the sound of a waterfall as you sleep. Be prepared for roosters, cats, possibly a random pig and geckos! Great views from every room. We ate meals at the table on the covered porch every day. Only 45 mins from soft sandy beaches and 10 mins to grocery store. Don’t forget to check out the farmers markets on Sat/ Sunday. In the area. Cheaper than the stores! Bring your own beach towels . Home made soaps and fruits/chocolates were a nice touch. Thanks again! Looking forward to staying in the future.

I thought it was a lovely House and Location! I just wanted to share that the second bedroom with the queen bed is located in the back of the house. You have a combination entry. The bathroom is separate. The king bedroom is inside the house with the living room attached and a private bathroom. If two couples are coming I just wanted to make note there is a difference between the two rooms. That king room is also Experiencing an ocean view. We loved the proximity to the reef with the sea life with turtles and fish. Fun to watch the surfers! Loved the outdoor kitchen area!

Some of the reviews indicated that the driveway was steep. We had a normal car and had no problems getting in and out. The driveway is a bit steep but it's not intimidating. We have 5 kids ranging from 20 to 8. The pool was fun for the kids and a real highlight. Charles invited us to a morning meditation which was really wonderful. We have never meditated before and he taught us the fundamentals and basics and it was really interesting to learn. These are great hosts and good people. We were thankful for the fruit basket, and the martinelli's. These are warm hosts. This is a great place to stay. The property is beautiful and it has a great vibe and energy to it. the three King bedrooms were really delightful and really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to families as it's a great place to stay. The host recommended a couple beaches and they were all spectacular. A word about the hosts: truly decent and kind people, not intrusive but available and helpful.

Quiet and peaceful stay away from the city! The location was prefect to see beaches and visit the national park. I initially had a hard time trying to get the ac to turn on, but Rob and his son came by within 10 minutes to help!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt's. We felt right at home being able to use the kitchen and family room. Our private bathroom was well equipped and even beach towels were provided. We had a few opportunities to visit with Matt who always shared great information even told us when the volcano was erupting so we could plan to go see it. We were treated to wonderful coffee and homemade jam. We even got to bond with Koa his beautiful dog. We feel very lucky to have found Matt's place and will definitely book with him when visiting the big island again.

We had an amazing time staying with Charles. I was worried about the amount of privacy with the shared grounds but found it to be very private and enjoyable. We used the pool and BBQ several times with no issue or run in with other guests. The road down is very steep, make sure to get a good vehicle that can handle the climb in and out of the property. The road is well maintained and we had no issue. We arrived to fresh fruit and used the kitchen daily with no issues. Lots of information provided on local events and sights to see. The hosts even shared their favorite stops on the way to Volcano. Location was ideal for heading to black sand, green sand, volcano and Kona. Beds were comfortable and space was larger than we expected. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Condo- The space was updated and ideal for the 2 of us. Comfortable furnishings, bed, and AC. The Lanai is right on the ocean facing west, amazing sunsets, waves and the rocks that tumble into the ocean are full of beautiful yellow tang fish. We even saw a full whale breach! Wendy provides all you need, Snorkle gear, boogie boards (great boogie board beach next door), lawn chairs, cooler and clubs for golfing. Kitchen is well stocked even with food containers and baggies, etc. no need to buy coffee filters, it’s a basket. She even starts you off with some Carmel roasted coffee if you’d like. The pool is lovely, there are grills for you to use. You can walk right into town with all the restaurants and shops. Wendy will give you ideas for where to Snorkle, eat, and tours. She’s extremely responsive and a delight! It was our 1st time on the Big Island and we hope to return!

Lori’s condo is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer location on the beach, within an easy 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of Kona. Five minute drive to Banyans and Lyman’s surf breaks too. We were so incredibly comfortable and the condo has everything you could possibly need. The description is right-on. We would definitely stay here next time.

What a lovely place!! We absolutely loved the views from the lanai and watched sunsets there every night. Would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful place! The nightly sunset ceremony with the other residents gathered around the grounds was truly a looked forward to moment every evening. Condo was very clean; bed was comfortable, and the view was magnificent. There is AC but with the screen door we had a breeze coming through the living room most of the time and never even needed the AC unit. Kona Dave is a delight to have as a host. Very attentive and has a vast wealth of anything and everything to see and do on the big island! Will plan on a return visit.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Everything was great from the location to just the vibes being there. Debra was a great host & i recommend her for anyone’s next stay on the island. And i definitely would love to stay there again

We have been travelling to the big island for over 25 years. This was our first time staying at the Hapuna residences. We will be sure to return every year to this location. The condo itself was perfect beautiful sunsets every night with walking distance to the beach and the pools. Extremely clean unit that had unbelievable amenities and also fully stocked with everything you could need for apleasant stay. We will be returning. Miranda Reece

The place was fabulous and the was location great. The pics are exactly what you'll be checking into. There was no surprises and everything worked out perfectly. Communication with Wendy was spot on with no issues. I would highly recommend the location and Wendy.
