We stayed at Adriano’s apartment for our holiday to Croatia, with our two teenage daughters. It had everything we needed with lots of space, a good sized swimming pool, two bathrooms, kitchen - and Netflix for the occasional night in! We loved it and the view from the lounge is glorious, particularly as the sun goes down. We hired a car, but you can walk down to Cavtat or catch the no.10 bus on the main road a few minutes away. Adriano was a great host, friendly and helpful and responding to any questions quickly. We would definitely recommend his place and hope to go back as we fell in love with beautiful Cavtat!

Apparemment très fonctionnel, avec une vue sublime et une situation pratique près de l’aéroport. Le quartier est calme et reposant avec un accès à la mer en bas de l’appartement. Jelena est très sympathique et accueillante.

We really enjoyed our week in the apartment. It is beautifully done and a good size for 2. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking down to the harbour. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. We loved Cavtat itself, reasonably quiet towards the end of October, with plenty of nice restaurants still open. It took us about 5 minutes to walk down to the front. It was easy to get to Dubrovnik by bus or boat - we did one trip on each - but it was nice to escape back to the much quieter atmosphere of Cavtat. And of course Aldo was a friendly and welcoming host.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous avons pu entrer dans le logement avant l'heure autorisée. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et ont répondu à nos demandes très rapidement. De plus, pour notre départ, ils nous transporté à l'aéroport, et ce, moyennant quelques euros. Le logement était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. La vue de notre balcon était tout simplement WOW et nous en avons profité grandement. La présence d'une épicerie à environ 3 minutes est un précieux atout, car le logement est situé à bonne distance du centre-ville. Pour le retour de la plage ou de la ville, il y a une bonne pente à monter, mais, ça nous a fait faire de l'exercice et nous l'avons fait tous les jours. Sachez qu'il y a toujours l'option de prendre un taxi à partir du centre-ville. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et nous y retournerions n'importe quand, ne serait-ce que pour prendre un verre de vin sur le balcon.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous apartment it was stylish , comfortable , clean. It was so well equipped with everything you could need , great to have beach towels provided too and lovely bottle wine on arrival. Nevia responded to any questions so promptly and was so helpful , this really made our holiday even better especially providing us with a great taxi number and advice around restaurants. Nevia even helped us find accommodation for the next part of our adventure . This property is amazing we loved it and it made our first trip to Croatia very special ❤️

Ranka's place was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The highlight was the balcony with its stunning sea view—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Ranka is an incredibly warm and welcoming host, always ready to help with anything we needed and responding promptly. Five stars all the way!

The view from the terrace of the apartment are wonderful. Views of the sunset were outstanding Apartment has lovely bathroom with a good shower. Bedroom had a large comfortable bed. The kitchen and living area also very comfortable. Aircon and Wi-Fi great. The walk into Cavtat is about 20/25 mins down hill and steep to return but you can easily get a taxi or bus if needed. There is a shop and bus stop to Dubrovnik 5 minutes walk from apartment. Cavtat is very beautiful with lots of restaurants and excursion options. We were so pleased to have chosen this apartment as it was much more relaxing than staying in Dubrovnik. Will definitely come back.

A great position directly on the waterfront above cafes/restaurants. It was up, I believe, 36 steps (I didn't actually count them). We had the apartment no. 2 which was up in the eves. There was a staircase to climb, so if you are carrying large luggage you may need to consider that. The apartment was finished to a high standard and with a large bathroom with a good powerful shower. The kitchen was well equipped. There were velux windows, so difficult to see the port side. That didn't matter to us. At the rear There were two seating areas, one of which was elevated with two sundowners and 2 chairs and a small table. you get a decent view of the harbour from there. The lower area had larger tables and more chairs. In the laundry room there were beach towels for guest usage. To sum it up; it is a bright, airy & modern apartment in a super position. There is no doubt the lower apartment, no. 1,has a great advantage for those that wish to spend a little more time indoors as it has windows

Lovely accommodation perfectly situated to explore the local area. Terrace lovely for breakfast and in the evening. Zorana is perfect host, responsive, helpful and flexible with check in. Highly recommended all round.

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

We loved everything about this place. Superb location, newly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment, friendly host are just few things that will make your stay there exceptional. We hope to be back there again on our next trip to Cavtat and vicinity.

Such a beautiful spot, private enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, but close enough that it only takes a few minutes to walk there. There are lots of stairs but we knew that from other reviews and we personally liked it as it felt like we were burning off our desserts on the way home from dinner! Toni was a great host, really responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. Check in was extremely easy as there were clear instructions and photos showing you where to turn and where to go. The apartment itself is beautiful and just like the photos with everything you could need. Lots of cats in the beautiful garden that love to come up for some fuss if you sit outside on the terrace. Everyone we met where the apartment was (whether it was a resident or someone on holiday) were extremely friendly and happy to chat. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here, personally wish we had longer as had such a lovely time. Thank you Toni :)

Beautiful view from the balcony, worth the price of the stay. Place is very spacious and has all the facilities you might need for your stay.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful. The photos are accurate but can't fully convey the stunning views from the apartment. Simply fantastic views of the old town and harbour, Lokrum Island and across the Adriatic to the horizon. Pasko's place is faultless. Super comfortable bed, great shower and very quiet. If this place is available for your dates, don't hesitate to book. We'll be recommending it to friends for sure.

This airbnb was amazing - phenomenal location, fabulous/breathtaking views, walkable to everything, very comfortable beds, and the host went above and beyond. Due to unfortunate flight mechanical issues, we had last minute arrival changes (one at 11 pm at night) and the host Goga (the host) had to set up transportation for us at three different times (we were all supposed to arrive together earlier in the day). She was AMAZING to do that for us and so helpful during our entire stay. I am a host myself and have stayed in numerous airbnb's and think this one has been the best so far! Hope to come back and would happily be able to stay here again.

Iva was a great host and her apartment is perfectly located in the old town. There aren’t too many steps to get there which was perfect as I was travelling with a big suitcase and my older parents. Iva gave clear instructions and was a great communicator. All her recommendations were fabulous and her apartment was spotless. It’s in the middle of the old town so expect some noise in the morning, but it’s worth it for the location. If I were back in Dubrovnik I would stay in Iva’s apartment again.
