Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato stupendo! La casa è bellissima e Gordana è stata incredibilmente accogliente e ha pensato a tutto. Ci ha riempito il frigorifero con molti prodotti del suo orto e anche acquisti apposta per noi! Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per farci vivere al meglio la zona. Infine, quando siamo andati via, ci ha fatto anche un regalo! Grazie!

Nous avons passé un super séjour, endroit trés calme, logement propre et agréable . Molunat est magnifique. Merci à Zeljko pour son charmant accueil. A recommander.

The place is possibly even downplayed on Airbnb. So many bathrooms, showers - an incredibly clean pool and jacuzzi and local contacts who are super helpful. Paulino who we dealt with was on hand and speedy with replies throughout the trip. Overall a lovely space, well worth the costs. Cars into the capital do work out quite expensive but we were a big group so it was understandable.

Thank you to Marina and Marko for an unforgettable stay at your beautiful home. Right from enquiring about the Villa, Marina was quick to respond and extremely informative. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the villa and shown around by Marko, they had very kindly left us a fruit platter, biscuits and some beers. The Villa is beautiful inside and out and the air conditioning is extremely welcomed in the heat. The Villa is only a 5 minute drive to Cavtat (which we thought was amazing). We had a car for a couple of days but found we didn’t really need it as an Uber was only around 40kuna each way, and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking in the town. There is a lovely little bakery less than a 5 minute walk and a small supermarket about a 2 minute walk so we had everything available that we could need. If you want a nice relaxed holiday with the friendliest hosts, then this villa is a must. Thank you again

Marina was fantastic- she was so kind, always quick to respond to our questions and extremely friendly- although we stayed in their home, Marina was never intrusive. We had a fantastic week!

Wir sind zu 6 angereist. 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Jeder hat sich von Anfang an dort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sie war für Fragen immer ansprechbar und hat gute Tipps gegeben.Der Pool war warm, sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Die kinder hatten ihren größten Spaß. Ausstattung der Küche wirklich gut , alles gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden wieder kommen. Achso weil es hier immer wieder negative Bewertungen gab wegen dem Frühen säubern des Pools und dem frühen Check Out. Also ich habe niemanden gehört am Morgen. Die Vermieterin war sehr leise, der Pool sauber, der Grill aufgeräumt und Asche entfernt, was will man mehr. Der Check Out um 10 Uhr ist normal. Im Hotel muß ich auch aus dem Zimmer um 10 Uhr. Wenn nachmittags wieder Gäste kommen, sind 4 Stunden nichts um das Haus , die zwei Stockwerke , zu putzen.

Amazing Apartment, perfect location. Super warm and welcoming neighbor who made sure we had everything we needed. Looks even better than these pictures. Would definitely recommend this place! So close to everything you need in Cavtat:)

The location is very close by two of gorgeous beach, it is very calm very local and giving out a distinct folk vibe of interior. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other friends.:)

Great family owned and run place. Always responsive to our need and very helpful when needed. The place was very clean and linen smelt amazing. Towels Provided for the outside pool and just great to be close to Dubrovnik but away from the hustle and bustle. Just really loved the place so much, great hospitality from a local family.

We stayed 4 nights in Ivana place, the apartment is stunning clean and very comfortable bed. Good location and both Ivana and her husband were outstanding helpful they picked us up from nearest town/Zvekovica to the apartment/Cavtat as we had a very long waiting hours in the Montenegro Border (due to staff on strike), on the top of that they took us to the nearest supermarket to do shopping and we highly appreciated their assistance. We diffently recommend the place to other people 10/10

Ane hat für ihre Gäste ein kleines Paradies geschaffen! Das Haus liegt an einem bewaldeten Hang, mit direkten Blick auf die traumhafte Bucht von Cavtat! Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, die Apartments sind modern und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage lässt keinen Wunsch offen, von Pool und Whirlpool über Sauna, Gym, Barbecue Grill oder Waschmaschine, es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen luxuriösen Urlaub möchte! Ane ist den ganzen Tag über nebenan, sie ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch oder Fragen offen. Check in und Check out sind absolut problemlos. Ane ist so eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, wie man sich nur wünschen kann!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🌺🌊🐟🏝️

Lovely apartment great value for money, only downside is it’s on the flight path to the airport, lots of airplane noise until late at night

We had a very good experience staying at this apartment. It was clean and functional, offering all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. However, it’s a bit far from the city center, so having a car is recommended, although there is a bus stop nearby. A few amenities like soap and a hairdryer were missing, but I’m sure if we had asked Niko, he would have provided them. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it for those looking for a quiet place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

This place is like a fairy tale. Every detail was made with thoughts. we stayed for 3 days and this is place to relax and enjoy yourself. we had a barbecue the last day, but you can also have a magical dich at the restaurant. in the garden you could find two turtle families. and the surroundings are stunning. there will be nothing else you could ask for. we loved it

Nino was a great host. Good communication before, during checkin and throughout our stay. The villa is wonderful. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and provided hours of fun for everyone. The mountain view from the villa is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Super flot og velholdt feriehus. Faciliteterne i og omkring huset var helt i top. Utrolig smuk placering, den mest fantastiske udsigt. Nena svarede hurtigt og informativt på vores henvendelser forud for vores besøg i huset. Nena gav os gode forslag til ting at gøre i området, havde lavet os et detaljeret kort. Alt i alt et pragtfuldt ophold med de bedste værter.

We really enjoyed our stayed in the Villa, specially with our 3 kids (8yrs, 6 yes and 3 yes old). The Villa is situated in a very calm, peaceful area. The Villa is very clean and complete (Pool, Jaccuzzi, seperated playroom- poolhouse billard/kicker/Sauna, salle football/basketball court), there is a kitchenette in the poolhouse with BBQ, seperated toilet. We rented a car to be able to reach the beautiful places to visit like Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Ston. We also went to Sokol Grad which we are thankful to our host who recommended us to go. We definitely recommend the Villa Matteo for family! Thanks again to our host

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the villa at the end of August. When booking Ivana was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and although we arrived quite late at Dubrovnik airport, her husband Maro kindly met us, and showed us around the villa, which they had thoughtfully stocked with some groceries for our first night. The villa itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped in the kitchen, with aircon throughout and a smart TV in the lounge. The pool was lovely especially as the weather was so hot. It is a tranquil place in the hills but also close enough to easily visit Cavtat, Dubrovnik, and the quieter local beaches. Really, everything you could want for a family holiday. We would happily return :)

Schitterende locatie met super vriendelijke hosts Ana en Ivica, beschikbaar voor alle mogelijke vragen. Super proper huis en prachtige tuin met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn voor een top vakantie. Goed werkende airco voor een aangenaam klimaat in huis en goede bedden. Iedere ochtend controleerde Ivica de kwaliteit van het zwembad water en zorgde voor een proper geveegd terras. Echt de moeite waard, we zouden 100% zeker opnieuw boeken op basis van deze ervaring. Dankjewel Ana en Ivica voor deze fijne vakantie!

This house is AMAZING and has everything you need. Immaculately cleaned on arrival and lovely welcome drinks and food. Great property for a big group or 2 families- lots of areas around the property to spread out and chill. So much to do in the house too. The pool area is the best bit- it was truly magical. The photos of this house do not do it justice- it was much better than we imagined. All our transfers and other requests were met. For future guests - make sure you have a car as this house is quite far away in the mountains- stunning views but definitely need a car as it's not exactly where it is on the Airbnb map. Loca taxi drivers were amazing though. We will definitely return!
