Wonderful hosts in a lovely village. Apartment exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the private access to the sea just a few steps from the apartment.

Lovely apartment with private area to Lou he by the sea, the photos don’t do this space justice it is bigger than it looks including the outdoor terrace to eat and relax on if you want. Matea was very thoughtful, and always available and gave good recommendations of the local bay and where to find food and walk. Very good stay and will be coming back.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – modern, sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, was das Kochen vor Ort super angenehm gemacht hat. Die Kombination aus Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage hat den Aufenthalt auch im Winter unglaublich angenehm gemacht. Es war immer schön warm und gemütlich, perfekt für die kältere Jahreszeit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Sandra war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der nach einer komfortablen und hochwertigen Unterkunft sucht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

We stayed at Adriano’s apartment for our holiday to Croatia, with our two teenage daughters. It had everything we needed with lots of space, a good sized swimming pool, two bathrooms, kitchen - and Netflix for the occasional night in! We loved it and the view from the lounge is glorious, particularly as the sun goes down. We hired a car, but you can walk down to Cavtat or catch the no.10 bus on the main road a few minutes away. Adriano was a great host, friendly and helpful and responding to any questions quickly. We would definitely recommend his place and hope to go back as we fell in love with beautiful Cavtat!

The view from the terrace is quite simply breathtaking. We never got tired of walking out there every morning. The Villa is ideally situated, just a 5 minute walk into town and a short climb back. The village is deceptively large and has everything that you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Marko was easy to communicate with and swift and to respond when we had a question

Un grand merci à Hilarije, le logement était impeccable et très bien situé! À 20 min de Dubrovnik et 10 min à peine de l’aéroport. Facile à trouver également. Très belle vue avec une magnifique terrasse où nous avons pu profiter des rayons du soleil en ce début janvier! Le logement est très bien équipé avec des chambres spacieuse, nous étions 5 et c’était parfait! Je recommande vivement et garde l’adresse précieusement! À bientôt ✌️

We needed somewhere close to amenities because of recent knee surgery. This apartment was ideal. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower excellent and it was well stocked with crockery, books and a washing machine. It would benefit from larger outdoor space, but that is practically difficult. However, when one can walk out of the front door and be only 50 m from the sea, that is not a major difficulty. We were much assisted by collection from and delivery to the airport. The apartment precisely met our needs. it was fairly and accurately described in its advertisement. It was precisely what we expected and wanted.

Nikša and Anamaria’s place is excellent. The view is brilliant and the surroundings are peaceful but very close to town. It is a new, very well appointed apartment with everything you could possibly need. We had a great stay in Cavtat and we are very happy we made the choice to stay at Nikša and Anamaria’s apartment.

Gordana er imøtekommende, hyggelig og veldig hjelpsom. Vi hadde ikke bil. hun kjørte oss til supermarked slik at vi kunne kjøpe alt vi trengte. Hun var daglig i nærheten, uten å være påtrengende. Hun spurte om ofte om det var noe vi trengte, og fremskaffet det straks. Gordana bidro til at en ukes ferie ble vellykket. Hun er en strålende vertinne.

Great Host , great house great view. Thomas helped us from the beginning to organise our holiday and his suggestions were really helpful. A beautiful house with an extraordinary terrace with view on Cavtat sea . It seemed to touch it, and the moon and stars at night were fantastic. We had amazing dinners and breakfasts. We didn’t have cars but we could easily move by bus and taxi . Cavtat is a typical sea village very nice and quiet only 20 minutes by bus far from Dubrovnik

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

We loved everything about this place. Superb location, newly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment, friendly host are just few things that will make your stay there exceptional. We hope to be back there again on our next trip to Cavtat and vicinity.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marijana ! La maison était conforme à la description, propre et bien équipée. Surtout la petite plage privée était merveilleuse. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible et un petit havre de paix, je vous recommande à 100% ce logement ! Nous avons passé un séjour hors du temps. De plus Marijana a été une hôte plus que parfaite et qui s’est toujours assurée que tout se passait bien pour nous.

Fantastic place, tucked away close to the harbour in Cavtat. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Very comfy beds too. The location was excellent for us - a couple of mins down to the seafront with many excellent restaurants to choose from. All of the outside space is shaded. We visited at the end of October so did miss being able to sit outside in the sun, but I'm sure this shade would be welcome in the summer months. This was the only very minor negative for us. Overall a wonderful stay and I'd thoroughly recommend this place to anyone staying in Cavtat.

We were 4 ladies, the apartment was perfect with two bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom, clean linen and towels, comfortable beds. The big private terrace was perfect for breakfast and dinner. In the afternoon we used the shared terrace with lounge furniture, a glas of wine in the sun. Bathroom and shower was perfect, toiletpaper and soap for handwash provided. The location is great, just a few steps down to the supermarkets, bakery and beachwalk with restaurants. Very quiet surroundings. Only noice is from the airplanes, but that's because the airport is very close, which make it extremely easy to get from the airport to Cavtat, taxi is like 10minutes drive, 20Euro. Very nice walking around the island along the sea, you can stop at many places for a swim. We really appreciated the possibility for late checkout. Marijana is a perfect host and we highly recommend her apartment if you visit Cavtat.

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had to book Mario’s place last minute and we are very glad we did! Mario’s dad Luka gave us a warm welcome and great recommendations! Old town is about a 10 mins Uber ride. We would stay here again, Thank you Mario!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jasna et Stjepan. Nous étions à 15-20min en taxi ou en bus de Dubrovnik. Zaton est un bon compromis car nous sommes loin de la foule touristique de Dubrovnik tout en étant proche. Quelques restaurants pas très loin du logement, pratique si nous ne voulons pas retourner à Dubrovnik. La vue sur la mer de notre balcon était très agréable! Je recommande !

We loved staying here and hope to return. The location was perfect, far enough outside the centre of Dubrovnik to be a slower pace of holiday. Everything was right on the doorstep, we enjoyed the walk around the bay everyday and swimming in the sea. The boat trip with Bruno was a real highlight and he took great care over our trip. We hired paddleboards on a couple of occasions too, it's very safe, calm and enjoyable way to explore the bay. Being upstairs the apartment felt quite private and has a lovely view from the balcony across the bay, we liked seeing the swifts flying around and the fish in the water too. Anita and family were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and arranged airport transfers. The apartment is really modern and a relaxing place to stay - wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thanks so much for a great stay!

We found this an excellent location to base our visit to Dubrovnik! Directly across the street was public beach access to a sandy beach, and this location is just a few minutes away from the Ploce Gate to the old town with ample restaurants. The apartment itself had spacious rooms, all ensuite, well-equipped kitchen, lovely sitting and dining area, and a little balcony with 2 seats that was perfect for sunsets over the town and sunrise looking out to sea.

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb apartment in Dubrovnik!
