We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

Shravani's place was right on spot, beautiful decor, clean place, had entertainment zone with games like carrom, table tennis. The caretaker was also helpful. It basically near to most of the well-known food joints. Everything was amazing.

Perfect Getaway at Sukant Homestay! As an Airbnb host myself, I truly appreciate a stay where hospitality, comfort, and nature come together—and Sukant Homestay delivered on all fronts! Mandar was an incredible host, ensuring everything was seamless from the moment we arrived. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel completely at home. The highlight was the serene surroundings—the private lake, the soothing sounds of nature, and the peaceful atmosphere. And let’s not forget the amazing homecooked food! It was the perfect blend of simplicity and flavor, making our stay even more special. A big thanks to Mandar and the caretaker for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Had visited the place for 2 nights with my wife and dog, the place is exactly the way it was described and is in a peaceful and private location. Its recommended you have your own private vehicle to get around as the place is little more than 1km away from highway/ main road. There are restaurants around to go and eat food, one restaurant food can get delivered to the stay by the caretaker. Caretaker Deepak is very helpful and responsive. Overall i loved the place and would consider booking again if i am around again. Thanks to Nikhil and Deepak for making our stay memorable and peaceful.

Usha Paradise is a good place to stay. I stayed with my parents and they also did not have any problems. The caretaker is very polite and helped us getting basic needs like Milk, curd shampoos etc from the market. She also prepared us dinner and breakfast which were both delicious and homely (simple food with good taste at reasonable cost). The place mostly looks the same as in pictures. Have good interiors with extra beddings if needed (we did not use it). Kitchen is also nice and clean. They provide good amount of crockery and utensils which can cover all basic needs. Overall a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Sanika’s place was a really good villa, and she as a host is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and responsive. The villa overall was good, but seemed much smaller than the pictures that we saw. Hence we felt it to be a bit pricey. Breakfast provided was decent, could be improved upon a little. Loved the hot tub and the outside sitting space. location is really good, all the required shops and food places are near by.

The place was luxurious and beautiful. Wonderful valley views and a fantastic infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and huge, and the place is done up beautifully.. very eclectic taste. The food was so so good. And Ushama was on top of everything and nothing moved an inch without her approval. She was so helpful and she recommended us great dishes. The only hitch in a near perfect vacation was the approach road… we went with 2 SUVs yet, one couldn’t make it all the way to the house.. as the tyre punctured while trying to race up the gravel… and the second one barely made it.. but Ushama made sure we got proper parking and a mechanic for the car which didn’t make it. But I would recommend this place and although we went in March, I’m sure it’ll look divine in the monsoons .. big thumbs up for this one .

Satish is such a lovely soul.  He's definitely there to help you in any way he can. As I was going to be leaving early every morning for training, he organised a reliable rickshaw driver for pickup/drop off. Which I appreciated. Also, I had somewhat of an odd request that I asked of him (the supply of an electric kettle!), and he had it sorted the next day.  The house itself is lovely and nestled nicely at the foothills of the mountains, far from the madding crowd!  My only regret was that I wasn't there much, as I was gone most of the time.

Host was very helpful and acclimating. Probably one of the coolest villa in goa, great interiors and fitting, exceptional service by the staff and overall a must book villa. Definitely staying there again next time!

Neo retro is a such a fantastic find that it’s definitely making it to our repeat list. I have proactively told anyone I care to talk to about using this property as a getaway from Bombay. Accurate description, extremely clean and well maintained. Very thoughtfully laid out spaces for multiple groups of people to hang out together or do their own thing. The caretaking staff is respectful, ever present but very non intrusive. Ruchi is such a gracious and accommodating host, very responsive and mindful. The whole operation is run like a very tight ship, from check in, check out to food service. The food service from Ruchi’s home kitchen is exactly what the doctor ordered, simple home cooked style food, but very tasty. I have to say I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with this find. Definitely got a lot of brownie points from my family for finding this space. Do not miss this one!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and fell in love with the BnB. The accommodations were warm and inviting, with a home-like atmosphere and all the necessary amenities. A highlight of our stay was being able to take in the breathtaking sunset directly from our bedroom. Our host, Anshuman, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting us with arranging taxis and scooters. Overall, our experience was truly lovely, and we highly recommend this wonderful place.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and private atmosphere that made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The surroundings were quiet, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay If you're looking for a peaceful retreat to recharge and relax, I highly recommend this place.
