Отличное жилье. Хозяин - очень внимательный и гостеприимный, заселение прошло легко. Само жилье находится совсем недалеко от моря, рядом с домом есть минимум три места с хорошими отзывами: креп кафе, пиде и лахмаджун и кафе с пиццей. Магазины и нужные остановки тоже находятся поблизости. Жилье чистое, просторное, светлое, есть балкон, где удобно сушить вещи, современный ремонт и выглядит стильно. Меня очень впечатлило наличие деталей, делающих пребывание таким комфортным: для жизни есть реально все. Стиральный порошок, утюг, фен, таз для стирки, стиральная машина, прищепки для сушки белья тд. Отдельно хочется сказать о кухне - оказалось там есть духовка! Многообразие красивой посуды и емкостей для приготовления пищи, даже есть чеснокодав и чистилка для овощей, салфетки, тряпочки, подставки под горячее, и всё это такое милое. На этой кухне мы готовили вкусные завтраки, спасибо большое. Тихо и спокойно, очень здорово тут было жить. Спасибо большое!

Great place to stay. Gürcan is a friendly, hospitable and helpful host. We arrived late at night, and she came out ot to find us. We were travelling with kids, and she provided us with step stool and kids chair that she probably bought especially for us, because they were spotless. Everything was clean. Armchairs and sofa are new. Kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Good and safe place to leave with kids: ground floor, terrace, safe windows (windows are at the ground level) electric oven. Unfortunately no window in the smaller room, but is very well illuminated with electric lights. Peaceful location, surrounded by villas and small hotels, but the bus stop is in 3 minutes. Sea is in 7 minutes, convenient to reach with kids stroller. Great views from the roof as an extra bonus ;)

Türker Bey konaklamamızın başlangıcından sonuna kadar bizimle fazlasıyla ilgilendi. Evi çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Huzurlu ve sakin bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için tamamen ideal bir seçenek. Mutfak kullanımı için gerekli her türlü alet ve tüketim malzemesi düşünülmüş. Kendisine mükemmel ev sahipliği için teşekkür ederiz.

Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Antalya! The location was perfect – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Ev beklentimizi karşıladı. dizaynı güzeldi, tüm istekler için evde her şey mevcuttu. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesinde olması da avantaj. Ev teknolojik olarak da donanımlı ve 3 klima olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Ancak caddeye çok yakın olması ve yalıtımın çok iyi olmaması sebebiyle yol & araç sesi evin içinde sürekli vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, tekrar konaklamak isteriz.

This apartment is extremely spacious, convenient and well-located. Host is as responsive as you can only imagine, my messages and additional requests were handled within 10 min, which is amazing! Neighborhood is quite and has a lot of shops and restaurants. I do recommend this place!

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Stay was excellent, location is great right next to old town and there is places to swim and sunbathe nearby. Taxi ranks very close and there is a great friendly neighbourhood dog !! Will definitely stay here again when back in Antalya.

It‘s a great apartment and a great host! The view was amazing, especially for sunrise. It’s perfect to have walks by the beach and to relax. I felt like at home and would definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya. Thank you!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser
