We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

This is the best Airbnb my friends and I have ever visited. The host is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is really comfortable and very very clean. I am very lucky that I have booked this place. All the guests are very happy during the stay. Thank you.

A perfect place to stop, relax and unwind. The house is well designed to take in the breathtaking views from every room. Loved the day bed and spent hours on the back deck soaking up the valley view and the visits from the friendly local wildlife. The hot tub was a perfect place to kick back with a glass of wine....or two. Jenny was a great host, adding many personal touches to make this an even more wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This would have to be the best b & b I have ever stayed in. Everything I might possibly need was provided. It was comfortable, clean and generous. The garden was really lovely.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Susan’s place! Her house was incredibly cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Susan was also very accommodating and responsive to all our needs, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! DJDVE

A very relaxing and quiet stay in a beautiful old country homestead with sensational views of sunsets, rain storms, early morning hot air balloons and the local wildlife, especially from the back verandah. Very convenient to all the main attractions in the Hunter Valley, especially Lovedale. Melissa is a terrific host and the house and location is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcus’s place in Cessnock! It’s a cosy, comfortable home — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the local facilities, wineries, and everything else the Hunter Valley has to offer. A really nice touch was the complimentary bottle of wine left for us, which made us feel very welcome. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Thanks again, Marcus — we would definitely love to stay again!

Brian was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our group stay. So many extras included. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. Thanks Brian we loved our stay and definitely would come back

We had a beautiful time at Allan's. The apartment was excellent and incredibly clean. It is worth noting that it is situated on a main road and the walk to the beaches and restaurants is steep but these small inconveniences are reflected in the price. Allan was an excellent host and we would happily visit again.

Sue and Brian are really good hosts! They have a beautiful well-equipped and comfortable studio. The space was spotless and there were extremely helpful instructions everywhere. I enjoyed my stay at their studio. Also, I liked the location - close to the local beach and to the town center. Sue was very responsive and her check-in instructions were super clear and helpful. Her local recommendations were also very handy and useful. I loved her place and highly recommend it to others!

We loved our stay and would come back. The accommodation is just like the photos, it's clean, beds are comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay in the well equipped kitchen. The floor to celing windows allow you to really enjoy the stunning view. There were lots of thoughtful touches like cereal for breakfast, pantry essentials, moisturiser and hair products in the bathroom, and plenty of washing products in the kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the views. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but the ceiling fans made it cool and pleasant to sleep.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs around the world and this is by far the most quirky and funky one yet!! We were blown away, the pictures don’t do it justice🤩 The attention to detail was amazing, everywhere we looked we noticed something else & spent most of our time pointing things out to each other in amazement! Not only was it the most quirky but also the cleanest place we’ve stayed! Every room and all utensils were spotless. The bath was a total dream. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The bed was SO comfortable. We planned to eat out whilst there but we just felt so at home and happy with the Airbnb we ate in every night instead! The location was also amazing, so close to restaurants / bars and a short drive to the beach, perfect spot to explore Newcastle from. You could not wish for better or kinder hosts than Mel & Adam, communication was 10/10 with prompt responses and always happy to help. Thank you❤️ P.s the vinyl/bluetooth speaker was an awesome touch!

This was our first Air BnB stay as a new family of 3, we had our 3 month old baby with us and Haley made the accomodation so comfortable for us , had a high chair and toys all ready ! The accomodation is exactly as listed , and the little touches that are there when you arrive make your stay a home away from home. Nothing was any trouble , and for over a weeks stay we could not of asked for any better. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !! 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage. The location was fantastic – just a short walk to shops, the station, ferry, and all the local amenities. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful touches like the breakfast basket, snacks, and milk were so appreciated. The space was cozy and comfortable, and we especially loved the peaceful garden – such a lovely spot to relax. A truly delightful place to stay!

I stayed here for two nights and the place was absolutely lovely. Attached to the main house but had its own private entrance and space. Karen and Sean provided a range of amenities including fresh bread, multiple spreads, juice and milk. They are very thoughtful hosts! One of the drawers even had a sleeping mask and earplugs, not that I needed them. The location is close enough to most things on central coast but you will need a car to get around.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

What a stay! What a stunning place to be! I felt so at home straight away, the room and bathroom are so superbly decorated and everything you could need was there, baked goodies, fresh fruit, milk, juice and so much more. Staying at the Tumbi Tiny was an absolute delight! Nestled in the serene forests surrounding Newcastle, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The cabin itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while embracing the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of leaves felt truly magical, and the outdoor seating area provided stunning views of the forest. Fiona and Dean were incredibly welcoming, offering detailed recommendations for nearby hiking trails and local attractions. Our children had an amazing time Fiona even let them collect eggs from the chicken coop and provided plenty of games to keep them entertained. We had initially planned to visit the beaches, but staying at the Tumbi Tiny was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go anywhere else! This stay was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a

Such a great stay at Ian’s place. Wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything you need for a wonderful stay. The bed was comfy, bathroom very clean, kitchen had everything you need and we felt very at home. It’s styled wonderfully with use of the outdoor space adding an extra touch. About 10/15 mins walk to town, and just a stones throw from all the beach walks. Can’t recommend it any more. Thank you so much Ian we hope to be back :)
