Everything as described, great secluded location, amazing views all around. Excellent host, always available and gets back to you within a matter of minutes, friendly and helpful! If you’re visiting during the winter months keep in mind that you will probably need an additional heater, as the one provided can serve one room at a time and the fireplace requires the kitchen window to be slightly open at all times. Great experience overall, will visit again for sure!

Sans hesiter, notre logement prefere durant notre long séjour en Albanie. Le voisinage très chaleureux, depaysement garanti. Quel accueil ! Vue des terrasses magnifique. Tout le confort. Appartement superbe. Ideal en famille ou entre amis. Airco en très bon état de fonctionnement, ce qui fait du bien quand grosses chaleurs. Wifi rapide, parfait. La plage a 50m peu frequentee et paisible. Ideale pour les enfants et se detendre. Transats, parasols, restaurant et possibilité de se deshalterer a tres petit prix. Emplacement ideal pour visiter la région et proche de la ville de Pogradec (15min en voiture). Cette ville si joliment animee le soir. A 40minutes en voiture de la Macedoine du Nord. Ideal pour y passer une journée et randonner dans la superbe reserve naturelle de la Galice (pour les Europeens, carte identite suffisante a la frontiere). Nombreux restaurants proches a pied. Magnifique village de Lin avec restaurants vue sur le lac. Petit magasin tout proche. Venez sans hesiter 💝

Nous nous sentons un peu coupable d’avoir oublié de laisser une super note pour notre séjour 2023 !! Erisa, Sogot et leur adorable famille sont des hôtes accueillant qui vous accueille avec le sourire et prennent soin de vous. On aime discuter en anglais/français/albanais, avec un outil de traduction … Bref passer du temps et se connaître. Nous recommandons vivement

Was a beautiful home withing walking distance of the village bazaar. Very nice and tranquile place to stay.

I got this Airbnb because it was so close to the center of the city and was not disappointed. I was just a 2 minute walk from the cathedral and around a dozen wonderful coffee shops and restaurants. It was really spacious and the heaters supplied in each room made it comfortable even in the winter. The garage was easy to get into and out of despite the tiny and often congested side streets.

My girlfriend and I had a really nice stay in Adil's penthouse apartment. We were greeted by his sweet mother, who handed over the key and showed us the apartment when we checked in. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, the place was super clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal and the space outside the apartment offers great views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend staying here - both for short and longer visits.

Alles war super und äußerst reibungslos, gerne wieder

Het was wel even zoeken omdat het adres niet bekend was op google maps. Brug over en meteen rechts langs de rivier, langs de rots en dan (eerste?) bij hotel links af omhoog. Eindestraat zie jet het liggen, even links en meteen rechts en dan de poort in. Zeer warm onthaal door de ouders met lekker hapje. Groot verblijf. Wij waren er eind oktober, huis voelde fris maar met de airco (overal) als kachel kregen we het toch behaaglijk. Open haard buiten werking helaas. Balkon meteen zon en daar veel gezeten. Auto parkeren voor de deur, een etage omhoog. Tot verbazing van ons en de eigenaren ontbrak de kurkentrekker, we kregen die van hen. Voor de rest alles ruim aanwezig. Winkels nabij, 600 meter centrum in lopen. Schuin tegenover supermarkt euroster lekker gegeten in een serre (prettig eind oktober). We verbleven twee nachten, goed geslapen. De warme baden bezocht en daarna dal richting Griekenland gedaan. Bij de grens nog stukje door (mooi wijngebied) tot hoog gelegen dorp.

Our stay at Arben’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way! Arben was super friendly and made us feel right at home! He offered to pick us up from the station, and ensured we left Pogradec safely after our stay. When we arrived he was gracious enough to gift us some of his own wine, and traditional Albanian tea! (It was delicious) The apartment was fantastic, especially the view from the balcony. Pogradec itself was a blast! The flat was only a very short walk away from the beach and nearby to restaurants and shops. This has been the best value stay I’ve ever had and could not recommend Arben’s AirBnB enough!!

goede locatie, goed startpunt om përmet en omgeving te verkennen. binnen een straal van 5 min lopen vindt je alles wat je nodig hebt. mooi uitzicht, goede restaurants, winkels, bakker etc. echt een aanrader. Kamer netjes verzorgd, en makkelijk binnenkomen via sleutelkastje...

The apartment was close to the center and it had everything you needed to feel comfortable. It had all the accomodations and supplies. Everything was as in the photos, the apartment was clean and it had a big balcony. The host was helpful and friendly. It was totally worth it. Highly recommend! ☺️

Devis’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous! Devis was there for check in, which made finding the apartment super easy. Throughout the stay Devis brought supplies as needed, and he offered to come change sheets. I’ve never had an air bnb host that was so generous and thoughtful. The apartment is in spectacular condition, and it’s in a great location as well! I highly recommend staying here. You were a great host, we appreciate your kindness! Thankyou :)

Highly recommend this apartment. Central location, well though out, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and super comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 weeks, and that was made even better by Tedi’s mom, who is one of the kindest and most hospitable host(s)– since she kind of takes care of the flat, that we’ve had. But also Tedi replied fast whenever we had a question or needed something. Regarding the flat, the kitchen is quite ok for general cooking, the flat was clean and it is sort of stylish, it kind of feels like a real home rather than an airbnb. The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes walk from the lake. Although it is located on one of the most central streets, it was usually very peaceful. The internet is generally ok for work around 25mbps, but in the mornings and evenings it was sometimes unstable especially for video calls. The heater is quite good, but on the few days with minus and snow, it reached it’s limit a bit, especially in the bedroom. Overall the experience and flat were very positive, great host(s) and location. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended !

A lot of things to do in Permet and the place of Liz was very good. It was a great and a comfortable place for a family. New and renovation kitchen and a big balcony. Lizi was helpful and she give some tips for great place to be in Permet. Thank you Liz for all things. See you next time

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement, Robert a toujours été réactif et disponible pour répondre à nos messages. Il nous a conseillé des restaurants, bars, nous a renseigné sur les bus etc. Nous avons très bien été accueilli, il y a un bon rapport qualité / prix.

The host was very responsive and apartment was in excellent condition, same as on pictures. PS4 is a great plus if you have kids. The beach is across the street which is very convenient. I recommend this place.

Très grand appartement lumineux. Literie confortable. Grande cuisine peu équipée, tant en appareils (four et plaques uniquement) qu'en vaisselle. A noter la présence de machine à laver, visible sur les photos mais pas dans le descriptif. Pas de mobilier sur le balcon. Proche des commerces, du lac et donc de nombreux restaurants. Pas de souci de stationnement.

Die Wohnungsübergabe lief glatt. Die Wohnung is gut ausgestattet, sehr zentral gelegen und mit Tiefgarage. Korca ist eine wirklich interessante Stadt und es gibt auch einiges in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Petro war sehr nett und stets hiflreich. Er hat uns auch einige gute Tipps gegeben.

We stayed for 2 nights in January and the place was fantastic, very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The bed is super comfortable. The apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator. The staircase is pretty easy to climb. Our host is very responsive and let us check in early. I would definitely come back to stay here again.
