어머니와 여동생을 데리고 여행을 왔어요 호스트 부부가 너무 친절하게 대응해줘서 시작부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 이마고몰에 위치한 숙소라 여기저기 쇼핑하기 편했네요 몇가지 팁을 작성해보면 1. 수영장, 웨이트장 이용시 숙소 나가자마자 왼쪽 끝 비상구를 이용하면 쉽게 이용가능합니다 수영장은 오전 9시부터 이용가능해요 2. 이마고몰 이용시 3a층 및 그냥 3층으로도 이동이가능합니다 3. 엘리베이터에서 내리면 위치가 헷갈리는데 소화기가 없는 쪽으로 가면 쉽게 찾을 수 있어요(숙소 및 이마고몰 입구 둘다 동일) 4. 쇼파가 딱딱해서 조심히 앉아주세요 전 첫날 너무 들뜬나머지 점프했다가 다칠뻔했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋ 5. 몰 가장 꼭대기 층에 현지 먹거리가 싸게 있습니다. 한 번 쯤 이용해도 좋을거 같아요 저희는 거의 마지막 말에 찾아서 안타까웠네요 6. 대부분 물에 대해서 파란, 초록뚜껑 마시라고 유튜브나 커뮤니티에서 봤을텐데 저희는 그냥 희뚜껑물 마셨어요 sasa라는 브렌드물 1주일 마셨는데 아무 이상 없었어요 참고로 전 장이 매우 약하답니다. 7. 무슬림이 많아 현지 술이나 담배가격이 비쌉니다 8. 택시를 부르거나 목적지로 설정할때 숙소로 바로 들어가려면 loft e residences로 설정하면 편하고 쇼핑몰을 이용하고 들어가려면 main entrance a로가면 쉽게 이동가능해요 9. 저는 샤워 필터 사용안했어요 문제는 없었습니다, 수압도 쎕니다 10. 전자레인지, 오븐, 커피포트, 세탁기, 스마트 tv가 있어요 이상으로 너무 즐거운 여행 마치고 갑니다 호스트 부부는 행복하세요 나중에 또 코타에 방문하면 여기로 할게요

Very nice apartment, beautiful view and lovely interior, rooms are very clean and tidy, super convenient location，and the host is really sweet and helpful, highly recommend to stay!

I had a very nice stay at Catherine’s place. This place is highly recommended for a week’s stay and I really recommend Catherine as a host. She knows how to entertain guests and in my experience of booking Airbnbs, she was the friendliest I met. The place is really spacious, and there’s even a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine inside. It was like being at home even if I was actually in a different city. I highly recommend people to book her place. Thanks Catherine for the hospitality and for being approachable. You even adjusted my check in and check out times just to fit in with my flight and move in schedules. That’s superior service. 💯

Safety to stay

Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

quiet neighborhood, neat and clean house, convenient location to supermarket, restaurant, food court. House is clean and comfortable.

My family and I had a great stay at Laura’s Airbnb! It was the perfect spot especially being so close to the beach. The home is beautiful and spacious and was the perfect choice for my big family :)

숙소 위치는 제셀톤을 가기에 너무 좋았고, 3면에 창이 있어서 전망도 너무 좋았습니다. 5일을 머무는동안 아주 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다.

10/10 Experience – Exceeded All Expectations! I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with my stay – it wasn’t just a 5-star experience, it was a solid 10 stars! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spotless, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions and the helpful staff, Bibi, who made everything so easy. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made me feel so welcome. Her professionalism and kindness truly added to the overall experience. If I ever return to KK, I will without a doubt book this accommodation again. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this one truly did. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

We stayed only for one night. Perfect place for a night stay, 10 minutes using Grab to the airport, even in the morning 8am as the traffic is opposite way. There's a Laundromat in the same building, at ground level next to the parking - it worked out pretty well. Check in was pretty easy, cleaning was perfect and communication was also easy, as I had asked a few questions before and they replied immediately. We highly recommend this place to stay if you have a layover in Kota Kinabalu. We also noticed there was a night market right in front of the building but we had no time to check it. We would definitely recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

나의 가족들은 5일동안 여기 집에서 지냈습니다. 집은 사진과 같이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며 필요한 모든 물건과 집기들이 충분히 있었습니다. 숙소에 들어온 순간 나쁜냄새가 없었으며 에어컨은 모두 잘 작동되었고 간단한 요리를 해서 먹기에도 문제 없었습니다. 영화를 보며 휴식을 취했고 아름다운 인피니티 수영장에서 수영도 하였습니다. 1층에는 24시간 편의점이 있고 많은 음식점들이 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 호스트님은 친절하십니다. 우리의 비행기가 딜레이 되었을때 우리는 9시간을 집에서 더 머물 필요가 있었고 호스트님은 절반의 금액으로 머물게 해 주었습니다.

Really love the place. Recommend others to stay here. It was very clean and had pleasant smell. Bonus point for washing machine and drying machine!! And.. smart toilet bowl 🤯 !! Easy 5 stars. hehe. They also provide water dispenser, no need to restock drinking water ☺️ Swimming pool is just outside the balcony, we can monitor from our living room 🤭 Car park is quite far, but it was not an issue for us, we can just park the car right next to lobby to unload/load our luggages.

좋아요 그랩이용하면 위치도 나쁘지않고 앞에보이는 수상가옥은 좀 정신없고 청결하지 못하지만 그나름의 말레이시아 느낌을 물씬줘요 숙소컨디션은 좋아요 4명이서 묵기에는 가성비의 숙소임엔 확실합니다 친구랑 네명이서 아주 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다
